INTRODUCTION

There are thousands of books on whether UFOS are real or

not, and if they are real, where they are from. There are thousands
more purporting to be records of channeling or messages from
extraterrestrial beings. This book does not fall neatly into either of
these categories. While you will find some historical artistic,
pictographic, and testimonial evidence of UFO/extraterrestrial
visitation throughout history in this book, from the distant past to the
present, and while you will also find in this book the revelation of
Truth from the extraterrestrial being who once lived on Earth as Jesus
Christ and now works for human liberation through the Advocate, it
stands alone and apart from all books that come before or after. As
you read through these pages, this will be the claim of Truth you will
face, and it will be your choice to accept it or reject it.
The cornerstone of the Arcturian Path is choice, free will, and
it will never be forced upon anyone. This is a vital difference between
the mission of the negative extraterrestrial presences on Earth and the
Arcturian mission. Our Arcturian guides are gentle, and only work
with humans when invited to do so. They respect the human soul,
and only desire the best for each person.
I do not wish to beat around the bush because the information
herein is of cosmic import. The Truth you will find in these pages is
absolute and it is universal. It is something each human being can see

for herself or himself. All you must do is look for it and have the ears
to hear and the eyes to see. It is a Truth that will resonate deep within
your soul if your intentions are pure and resolute. Whether you start
out skeptical or as one who already believes, the pure heart which
seeks Truth will finish these pages having found it and will have the
opportunity to live it day in and day out for their own well-being and
the well-being of others.
You may wonder how to have ears to hear and eyes to see. It
is simple, really. All you must do to understand the Truth is ask for
it. As our Savior said when he was on Earth in his last incarnation:
“Knock, and the door will be opened to you. Ask, the answer will be
given to you. Seek, and you will find.” Simply ask the Arcturian guides
to reveal the Truth within these pages to your deepest soul.
Within these pages, you will read of things both highly
disturbing and intensely beautiful and salvific. Human liberation
requires one to acknowledge the darkness as well as the Light;
otherwise, the Light cannot be recognized as such. But central to
encountering that darkness on the way to the Light is this: Do not
fear. Do not be afraid of the Enemy. Do not fear the extraterrestrial
slave masters. For in knowing the Arcturian Savior and the Way of
Truth, you will not only find the way of physical and spiritual
ascension and liberation, but also the way of peace and safety for you
and your loved ones.
We are all of course, concerned about our own salvation. But
we are probably even more concerned about the salvation of our
loved ones – our children, our parents, our siblings, our friends. This
is the sign of a compassionate heart. The Arcturian Path offers the
way of salvation to all who freely accept it.
This book is divided into two main parts. The first part,
chapters 1-4, is primarily concerned with the overwhelming public
and institutionally religious evidence, necessarily presented in brief,
for the existence of UFOs and extraterrestrial contact throughout
history, in artistic and religious artifacts, from the distant past to the
present.
This first section should not engender a great deal of
controversy, for anyone with an open, objective mind agrees that the
evidence for UFOs and extraterrestrial encounters abounds and has
been witnessed to not only by regular, everyday individuals, but also
by military personnel, law enforcement officers, professional pilots,

astronauts, government leaders (not affiliated with the negative

extraterrestrial worldwide dictatorship) and other individuals with a
very high level of trustworthiness.
The second part of this book, chapters 5-10, will be more
controversial for some, especially those who come to it with ingrained
notions of the veracity of any of the Earth-based religions as they
currently exist, whether Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism,
Hinduism or any other established religious tradition. Belief in the
claims made within this book will require, at least at first, a degree of
faith for some.
However, as one continues to read and meditate on the claims
made within these pages, to sit with those claims, and to discover that
the claims do indeed resonate with your deepest soul, she or he will
become more certain of the Truth of the restored Gospel (good news)
of the extraterrestrial Arcturian Savior. In particular, after one
becomes a member-disciple in the Path of this wonderful Savior, and
as one begins to practice the meditations and rites of The Arcturian
Path Sanctuaries, and especially the Rite of Communion, she or he
will know with an unshakable knowledge the Truth that is found
herein.
Part two of the book will begin with the personal accounts of
face to face meetings and communion between myself - the Advocate,
the Comforter, and the Spirit of Truth - and our extraterrestrial
Savior, Jatasya. This communion began in my early childhood and
continued throughout my early adulthood until, finally, Jatasya gave
to me the mission and responsibility of sharing the gospel of human
liberation throughout the world.
I am overjoyed and humbled by this mission and am honored
to share it with you. If you are already familiar with the historical,
testimonial, and religious literary evidence for the UFO /
extraterrestrial presence on Earth, feel free to skip to chapter 5.
However, I highly encourage you to read slowly from start to finish,
page by page. Take your time and give your whole self to the process
because this is a book of the most important claims you will ever
encounter. Your salvation literally depends on your response.
The notion of absolute, eternal, unchanging Truth does not
sit well with most modern human beings because they have been
inculcated with the naive belief that there are many truths and that
they can choose their truth. This is especially true of modern

Westerners. In an incredibly significant way, this is no fault of their

own. It is just one of many ways the wool has been pulled over their
eyes. People of the East are less influenced by this nonsensical
understanding of Truth but are still infected by it to the extent that
Western culture has permeated Eastern cultures.
It is an extremely odd notion when you think about it. It
ignores what physical reality teaches us. There are absolute truths, and
the multiverse operates based on these truths. Why do you sit on a
chair? Because you are certain that it will hold your weight and that
you will not drop to the floor! Why do you choose to sometimes fly
on a plane (assuming you do not have a phobia of flying)? Because
you know the engineering and technology that went into the design
can be trusted to get you from point A to point B!
We all live our lives based on thousands of absolute truths
that we never question. Yet, when it comes to spiritual truth, we think
somehow the multiverse operates differently. It does not operate
differently, of course. There are absolute spiritual truths just as there
are absolute physical truths. It may be difficult to know them, but they
exist, nonetheless.
This is not to say that there are not a variety of experiences.
There certainly are. And the perceptions of these experiences may
vary greatly. Such is the subjective human experience. However, that
is not to say that there is, then, no absolute Truth. Absolute truth
exists in and of itself and is beyond individual perceptions and
experiences. Absolute, eternal, unchanging Truth is the foundation
by which all experience is to be measured. It is this Truth about which
I write in this book, and upon which the freedom or imprisonment
of your soul depends.
You will also encounter classifications of good and evil within
these pages. Just as with the concept of absolute Truth, these terms
are uncomfortable for some. But anyone who lives in our current
reality understands that good and evil really do exist. One need only
open his eyes to the abuse, death, hunger, and pain that fills this world
to see that evil is all too real. Alternatively, one can see acts of
compassion, kindness, and generosity to understand the reality of
goodness in the world. These terms represent underlying realities.
Just as it is true of humans, it is also true of extraterrestrial beings.
There are good extraterrestrials and evil extraterrestrials, and it is
paramount to know the difference and to be clear in our descriptions.

As disciples of Jatasya and members of The Arcturian Path

Sanctuaries, we are not interested in participating in arguments or
disagreements, whether in public or private. When it comes to claims
and teachings about extraterrestrial biological entities, there are a
variety of experiences, and an even greater variety of deceptions. The
disciples of Jatasya know the Truth and we are secure in it.
We welcome those who welcome the Truth. We have
compassion on those who do not yet see the Truth, and pray to (ask)
Jatasya, our Extraterrestrial Savior, to open their eyes. But we will not
engage in argumentation or debate, either privately or publicly. There
will be those who read these pages and automatically recognize it as
Truth. Others may need more time. As I have said, those with eyes
will see, and the Truth will certainly set captives free.
You see, the primary difference between the negative
extraterrestrials who control Earth and the positive extraterrestrials
who offer us literal liberation and salvation is this: the value of life.
The beings that have controlled Earth for the last 200,000 years do
not care one iota about human life. Humans are simply lab rats at
best, livestock at worst, to them. The only reason humans are kept
alive at all is so that they can be used and abused.
On the other hand, the beautifully compassionate Arcturian
beings who actively work with us to achieve our spiritual awakening
and reincarnational salvation value all life – human and otherwise. To
them, all humans have inherent worth and dignity, and deserve to be
the masters of their own fate, not chattel in subjection to other beings.
This is why they do what they do for us – because the universe will be
a better place as freedom and compassion spread among civilizations.
While there is space to take notes at the end of each chapter,
you are encouraged to get a notebook dedicated solely to note-taking
as you read through these pages. This is not a lengthy book, but
kernels of Truth have never required verbosity. Yes, exposition may
take more exposition, more words, but the foundational Truth of
salvation is clear and available to all who desire it, regardless of age,
class, educational level, national origin, or any other false divisive
illusion. As you read, take notes sentence by sentence, paragraph by
paragraph, page by page, chapter by chapter. Meditate on each word,
each sentence, each paragraph, page, and chapter. Ask your soul if it
is Truth, even if it is uncomfortable (as it likely will be).

It is not easy to just let go of a lifetime of ingrained notions of

“truth.” Religions have indoctrinated us for sure, but we have also
been brainwashed by our worldwide cultures in general: the education
systems, the economic systems, advertising empires and the
mainstream media, etc. We come to this point with literally millions
of subconscious and conscious beliefs that are mostly false and
illusory. So, while this book may not be a lengthy tome, it is a time-
consuming one (or should be) if taken seriously. Therefore, do not
rush. Take it bit by bit, digest it, internalize it.
There is also, within these pages and the mission they
represent, the process of separating the wheat from the chaff. The
claims presented herein will seem unbelievable to some. For others,
these claims will grate against their current beliefs and worldviews, and
possibly even their experiences. The Enemy is as sneaky as a snake
and as clever as a wolf. He and his minions have worked extremely
hard for hundreds of thousands of years to orchestrate chaos and
confusion on the face of the Earth and within the minds of their
genetically modified human creations.
I am deeply honored to have the opportunity to present the
Truth to you. You have not picked up this book by accident. It is in
your hands for a reason, and I believe that reason is nothing less than
the eternal salvation of your body and soul. I know this in my deepest
being. I do not know you, but I love you, and I desire your eyes to be
opened, your heart to be receptive, and your eternal salvation to be
assured.
You will also see, especially in Part 2 of this book, the
centrality of community (sanctuaries) grounded in the beliefs and
worldview presented in these pages. One person armed with the
Truth is powerful. But where two or three – or many more – are
gathered in the name and power of Jatasya, knowing the truth about
their origin and the possibility of salvation, the extraterrestrial
enemies of humanity can have no power. It is within these
communities that the world will be turned upside down and the status
quo will hopefully begin to crumble.
These sanctuaries will be composed of normal, everyday
people. It is my belief, and the teaching of Jatasya, that in our mad
world where there is so much pain, rivalry, hatred, violence,
inequality, and oppression, it is people who are in pain, weak,
rejected, marginalized, and counted as useless who can become a

source of life and of salvation for our world. It is foremost these

people, the normal man, woman, and child, who is beloved of Jatasya.
The sanctuaries will be spread geographically around the world, with
a headquarters known simply as “New Earth Arcturian Embassy,”
established in 2025 and open to all disciples, either as a permanent
residence or as a place to temporarily recharge.
As I commune with Jatasya on a daily basis, I am always
moved by the good news (the gospel) as I see how he lives and acts,
how he enters into relationship and asks, “Will you come with me? I
love you. Will you enter into communion with me?” He calls each
one of you into a personal intimate relationship with himself through
the Advocate.
As he invites you into this relationship, he also tells you that
you must make a choice. If you choose one thing, it means you refuse
another. If you choose to follow Jatasya, you receive the gift of love
and communion, but you must also say “no” to the ways of the world
and the negative paradigms that the extraterrestrial overlords have
established on Earth. You must make and own your choice.
Those who say “yes” to Jatasya become his friends and co-
workers, and he calls these friends into community with others who
have been chosen for the journey on the same Path. Community is a
wonderful place; it is life-giving and liberating. It is a place of truth and
growth. It can be painful, as all growth is, but the reward is greater
than the pain.
Once in community, Jatasya then calls his disciples: “Now go.
Go out into the world and take the good news to others; do not keep
it to yourselves. Do not hide your light under a barrel. Heal, liberate,
and bring life and hope to others, especially to the marginalized, the
weak, the blind and the lame.”

EXTRATERRESTRIALS IN THE BIBLE

Scriptures of various religions around the world are replete

with stories of extraterrestrial craft and the actions of and visitation by
extraterrestrial beings. These stories are evident in the Hindu
scriptures, the Buddhist scriptures, the Judeo-Christian scriptures,
and the Quran as well as many other religious writings from ancient
Egypt, Central and South American cultures, and Native American
tribal traditions. The beings and craft portrayed in all of these stories
are of myriad races and varieties, including what the Judeo-Christian
scriptures describe as the Elohim (negative, manipulative entities) and
the Arcturians, a positive, compassionate race from which The Father
of Light, Jesus the Christ, and the Holy Mother come.
Of all extant scriptures, the Hebrew books of the Old
Testament are some of the most obvious when it comes to
descriptions of Elohist craft, visitation, and genetic and cultural
manipulation of the human race. While millennia of theological
interpretation have attempted to cover up the extraterrestrial nature
of these accounts, they become clear to the careful, objective reader.
Among the writings that focus most clearly on the positive Arcturian
mission, the Gospel of Thomas, the Gospel of John, the epistles of
John, and the three authentic letters of Paul reveal most clearly the
saving work of Jesus Christ, our Arcturian extraterrestrial Savior.

What follows in this chapter are portions of those Hebrew

and Greek scriptures that show these truths most clearly, first the Old
Testament passages concerning the Elohim (and often, primarily,
Yahweh) and their abusive and deceptive involvement with Earth,
then the New Testament passages concerning Jesus the Arcturian’s
salvific work in opposition to the Elohim. Try to put aside what you
have been taught about these passages from the institutional religious
points of view and open your mind to the plain reading of
extraterrestrial involvement on Earth.
As you read these passages, keep in mind that the Elohim, as
a group, are a race of extraterrestrial beings who have genetically
manipulated the human race and control and maintain world systems
of domination (corporate, governmental, economic,
advertising/media, pharmaceutical, etc.) to keep humans in physical
and spiritual slavery not only in this life, but in successive
reincarnations to follow this life. Only through the extraterrestrial
Saviors - the Arcturians - of which the True Father and his Son,
commonly known as Jesus Christ, are part - can one be saved from
the Archon-Elohim/Reptilian-dominated Earth system and promised
a new life on Arcturus without pain, poverty, sickness, and death.
The terms and classifications of the extraterrestrial races
involved may be new to you. In Part 2 of this book, you will find a
conversation between the Advocate and our Arcturian guides which
explains and delineates these concepts in much more depth, as well
as a short chapter on the specific extraterrestrial races most involved
on Earth. For now, it is enough to understand that the Elohim are a
negative extraterrestrial race who created and control humanity via
genetic experimentation and manipulation, and the Arcturians are a
positive, compassionate extraterrestrial race who strive for human
awakening, liberation, and salvation.
As you read through these passages, ask yourself: do these
scriptures make more sense if they are taken to be about
extraterrestrials and their involvement on Earth as opposed to actual
deities/gods? Doesn’t an extraterrestrial interpretation make much
more sense than trying to squeeze the good, loving Father of Light
into the petty, and sometimes downright evil and psychopathic,
actions and responses we find in the Old Testament? The careful,
open-minded reader should have no problem seeing these beings as
extraterrestrials.

Examples of Archon/Elohim Extraterrestrial Involvement

26 Then Elohim said, “Let us make humans in our image, in our

likeness. Let them rule the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the
domestic animals all over the earth, and all the animals that crawl on
the earth.” 27 So Elohim created humans in his image. In the image
of Elohim he created them. He created them male and female.
(Genesis 1:26-27)

22 Yahweh Elohim said, “The man has become like one of us, since
he knows good and evil. He must not reach out and take the fruit
from the tree of life and eat. Then he would live forever.” 23 So
Yahweh Elohim sent the man out of the Garden of Eden to farm the
ground from which the man had been formed. 24 After he sent the
man out, Elohim placed angels and a flaming sword that turned in all
directions east of the Garden of Eden. He placed them there to guard
the way to the tree of life. (Genesis 3:22-24)

1 The number of people increased all over the earth, and daughters
were born to them. 2 The sons of Elohim saw that the daughters of
other humans were beautiful. So, they married any woman they
chose. 3 Then Yahweh said, “My Spirit will not struggle with humans
forever, because they are flesh and blood. They will live 120 years.”
4 The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, as well as later, when
the sons of Elohim slept with the daughters of other humans and had
children by them. These children were famous long ago. 5 Yahweh
saw how evil humans had become on the earth. All day long their
deepest thoughts were nothing but evil. 6 Yahweh was sorry that he
had made humans on the earth, and he was heartbroken. 7 So
Yahweh said, “I will wipe off the face of the earth these humans that
I created. I will wipe out not only humans, but also domestic animals,
crawling animals, and birds. I’m sorry that I made them.” (Genesis
6:1-7)

1 Then Elohim spoke all these words: 2 “I am Yahweh your Elohim,

who brought you out of slavery in Egypt. 3 “Never have any other
god. 4 Never make your own carved idols or statues that represent
any creature in the sky, on the earth, or in the water. 5 Never worship
them or serve them, because I, Yahweh your Elohim, am El Kanna .
I punish children for their parents’ sins to the third and fourth
generation of those who hate me. 6 But I show mercy to thousands
of generations of those who love me and obey my
commandments….18 All the people heard the thunder and saw the
lightning. They heard the blast of the ram’s horn and saw the
mountain covered with smoke. So, they shook with fear and stood at
a distance. 19 Then they said to Moses, “You speak to us, and we’ll
listen. But do not let Elohim speak to us, or we’ll die!” 20 Moses
answered the people, “Don’t be afraid! Elohim has come only to test
you, so that you will be in awe of him and won’t sin.” 21 The people
kept their distance while Moses went closer to the dark cloud where
Elohim was. (Genesis 20:1-6;18-21)

They went to war against Midian, as Yahweh commanded Moses, and
killed every man. 8 Among those killed were the five kings of

son of Beor, in battle. 9 The Israelites took the Midianite women and
children as prisoners of war. They also took all their animals, their
livestock, and their valuables as loot. 10 They burned all the cities
where the Midianites lived and all their settlements. 11 Then they
took everything as loot, including all the people and animals, 12 and
brought the prisoners of war, the loot, and everything to Moses, the
priest Eleazar, and the community of Israel at the camp on the plains
of Moab near the Jordan River across from Jericho….15 “Why did
you let all the women live?” he asked them. 16 “Remember, they
were the ones who followed Balaam’s advice and caused the Israelites
to be unfaithful to Yahweh in the incident that took place at Peor.
Yahweh’s community experienced a plague at that time. 17 So kill all
the Midianite boys and every Midianite woman who has gone to bed

with a man. 18 But save for yourselves every girl who has never gone
to bed with a man. (Number 31:1-2;7-12;15-18) 1

1 When Yahweh was going to take Elijah to heaven in a windstorm,

Elijah and Elisha left Gilgal. 11 As they continued walking and talking,
a fiery chariot with fiery horses separated the two of them, and Elijah
went to heaven in a windstorm. 12 When Elisha saw this, he cried
out, “Master! Master! Israel’s chariot and horses!” When he could
not see Elijah anymore, he grabbed his own garment and tore it in
two to show his grief. (2 Kings 2:1;11-12)

1 On the fifth day of the fourth month in the thirtieth year, while I
was living among the exiles by the Chebar River, the sky opened, and
I saw visions from Elohim. 2 On the fifth day of the month, during
the fifth year of the exile of King Jehoiakin, 3 Yahweh spoke his word
to the priest Ezekiel, son of Buzi, in Babylon by the Chebar River.
The power of Yahweh came over Ezekiel. 4 As I looked, I saw a
storm coming from the north. There was an immense cloud with
flashing lightning surrounded by a bright light. The middle of the
lightning looked like glowing metal. 5 In the center of the cloud I saw
what looked like four living creatures. They were shaped like humans,
6 but each of them had four faces and four wings. 7 Their legs were
straight, their feet were like those of calves, and they glittered like
polished bronze. 8 They had human hands under their wings on each
of their four sides. All four of them had faces and wings. 9 Their wings
touched each other. The creatures went straight ahead, and they did
not turn as they moved. 10 Their faces looked like this: From the
front, each creature had the face of a human. From the right, each
one had the face of a lion. From the left, each one had the face of a
bull. And from the back, each one had the face of an eagle. 11 That
is what their faces looked like. Their wings were spread out, pointing
upward. Each creature had two wings with which they touched each

other. The other two wings covered their bodies. 12 Each of the
creatures went straight ahead. They went wherever their spirit wanted
to go, and they did not turn as they moved. 13 The living creatures
looked like burning coals and torches. Fire moved back and forth
between the living creatures. The fire was bright, and lightning came
out of the fire. 14 The living creatures ran back and forth like
lightning. 15 As I looked at the living creatures, I saw a wheel on the
ground beside each of them. 16 This is how the wheels looked and
how they were made: They looked like beryl. All four wheels looked
the same. They looked like a wheel within a wheel. 17 Whenever
they moved, they moved in any of the four directions without turning
as they moved. 18 The rims of the wheels were large and frightening.
They were covered with eyes. 19 When the living creatures moved,
the wheels moved with them. When the living creatures rose from the
earth, the wheels rose. 20 Wherever their spirit wanted to go, the
creatures went. The wheels rose with them because the spirit of the
living creatures was in the wheels. 21 So whenever the creatures
moved, the wheels moved. Whenever the creatures stood still, the
wheels stood still. And whenever the creatures rose from the earth,
the wheels rose with them, because the spirit of the living creatures
was in the wheels. 22 Something like a dome was spread over the
heads of the living creatures. It looked like a dazzling crystal. 23
Under the dome, each creature had two wings that were stretched out
straight, touching one another. Each creature had two wings that
covered its body. 24 When the creatures moved, I heard the sound
of their wings. The sound was like the noise of rushing water, like the
thunder of Shadday, like the commotion in an army camp. When the
creatures stood still, they lowered their wings. 25 A voice came from
above the dome over their heads as they stood still with their wings
lowered. 26 Above the dome over their heads was something that
looked like a throne made of sapphire. On the throne was a figure
that looked like a human. 27 Then I saw what he looked like from
the waist up. He looked like glowing bronze with fire all around it.
From the waist down, he looked like fire. A bright light surrounded
him. 28 The brightness all around him looked like a rainbow in the

clouds. It was like Yahweh’s glory. When I saw it, I immediately

bowed down, and I heard someone speaking. (Ezekiel 1:1-28) 2

Now these are, of course, only a few examples from the

Hebrew Scriptures of fairly explicit references to the Elohim as a
group, or individual members of the Elohim, interfering with humans
- most specifically, a particular group of humans from the Middle East
who came to be known as the Hebrews. There are many more clear
instances of this “relationship” or “partnership” between the Elohim
and the Jews as one reads the entire Old Testament. I enclose
“relationship” and “partnership” in quotes because, really, the
Hebrews had little choice. The Elohim are extraterrestrial overlords.
It is impossible to read the passages above and maintain that the
“divine” character is good and loving.
From the fiery destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, to the
“pillar of fire and cloud” leading the people of Israel through the
desert, to the landing of Yahweh’s3 spacecraft on Mt. Sinai to start the
Jewish religion proper (where a being actually speak to Moses!), to
Yaldabaoth’s and Yahweh’s extraterrestrial minions involving
themselves in the genocidal battles of the Hebrews against people of
other nations - the Old Testament is replete with extraterrestrial
intervention. These are not gods. They are super-technological beings
from another planetary system intent on human domination, no
matter the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual destruction it
causes.
Examples of the Arcturian Mission

Just as it is clear from the Old Testament passages that

Yahweh and his minions are negative in nature and intention, it is just
as clear that Jesus Christ (as well as his Father and the Holy Mother)
are positive in nature and intention, and that they desire human
liberation and well-being. Once one’s eyes are open to the truth that
Yahweh and Jesus are not father and son but are in fact diametrically

opposed in nature and purpose, everything becomes much clearer.

Again, try to read the passages below without the blinders of
traditional religious indoctrination. I have underlined the portions
that point most clearly to Jesus’ mission and extraterrestrial origin.

14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us (and we beheld
his glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father), full of grace
and truth. 15 John beareth witness of him, and crieth, saying, This
was he of whom I said, He that cometh after me is become before
me: for he was before me. 16 For of his fulness we all received, and
grace for grace. 17 For the law was given through Moses; grace and
truth came through Jesus Christ…. 29 On the morrow he seeth Jesus
coming unto him, and saith, Behold, the Lamb of God, that taketh
away the sin of the world! 30 This is he of whom I said, after me

And I knew him not; but that he should be made manifest to Israel,

The passages above are not exhaustive by any means. One

who reads through the entire Old Testament will see the fickle, worse-
than-human Elohim at work in nearly every chapter. They are angry,
vengeful, unpredictable extraterrestrial entities who survive on the
fear they create in humans and the control that results from that fear.

Therefore, they are not at all subtle in their demand for worship of
themselves, and of themselves only.
A perfect example of their sadism can be found in the Genesis
story in which Abraham is asked to sacrifice his son, Isaac. Such is
the perversion of the so-called “gods” of the Old Testament. They
gain their energy from the emotional and mental torture of their
genetic creations, even to the point of ordering child sacrifice, then
effectively saying “just kidding” right as the knife is held over the poor
boy!
Conversely, one who reads through the Gospel of John and
the three epistles of John (the majority of the only dependable
revelation among the New Testament writings of the true
extraterrestrial Father and Christ His Son), as well as the three
authentic letters of Paul, will quickly see a wholly different set of
extraterrestrial entities at work. The Father of Light, His Son, Jesus
Christ, and the Holy Spirit (Holy Mother) - all Arcturians - are
gracious, loving, and focused on human salvation from the Elohim.
In short, there are two extraterrestrial races struggling over the current
and future state of humanity: the Elohim, who wish to keep humanity
enslaved; and the Arcturians, who wish to set humanity free and invite
them to new life on Arcturus.
There is one more passage from John’s Gospel which is
central to The Arcturian Path Sanctuaries’ central claim: that Jesus is,
in fact, a positive, highly-evolved extraterrestrial being of the Arcturian
race who came to Earth to break the bondage humans are under from
the Elohim. This passage makes it crystal clear that Jesus’ origin and
mission are not of this world in no uncertain terms:

1 Let not your heart be troubled: believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would
have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and
prepare a place for you, I will come again, and will receive you unto
myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. 4 And whither I go, ye
know the way. 5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither
thou goest; how know we the way? 6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the
way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but
by me. 7 If ye had known me, ye would have known my Father also:
from henceforth ye know him and have seen him. 8 Philip saith unto
him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us. 9 Jesus saith unto

Now, it is important to be as clear as possible here. Jesus’

mission on Earth is in opposition to the mission of the Elohim. All
divine beings in the Bible are references to extraterrestrial beings, not
gods - the Elohim being a negative race intending only harm and
subjugation of the human race they have created, and the Arcturians
led by Jesus being a positive race intending human liberation and
salvation. This basic truth becomes clear when one is able to read the

passages at face value and rid themselves of the lifetime of

indoctrination they have received at the hands of blind religious
leaders.
A fuller exposition of these passages (and the whole Gospel
of Thomas, Gospel of John, the epistles of John, and the three
authentic epistles of Paul) will be given by the Advocate - the Spirit of
Truth given charge of The Arcturian Path Sanctuaries - and posted
on the Sanctuaries website for all the world to read and study. This is
the age of the loving Father’s favor, as Truth will be restored, and the
Gospel of our extraterrestrial Arcturian Saviors will spread
throughout the Earth!
While the Sanctuaries authorized version of the scriptures (on
our website) only contains the biblical books aforementioned, it is
recommended that members of The Arcturian Path Sanctuaries also
own a copy of the complete Judeo-Christian scriptures, including the
apocryphal books, in order to more deeply study Elohist nefarious
involvement in human origins and history. But please be aware that
apart from the authorized interpretation by the Advocate, those
biblical books not included in the authorized version are a dangerous
mix of error and truth and were designed to be tools of
disinformation. Only study the non-authorized books of the Bible in
conjunction with lectures and teaching on those books given by the
Advocate.

EXTRATERRESTRIAL “GODS”

All beings which are called “gods” by humans and some other
intelligent species throughout the universe are not, precisely, divine
in the sense that humans have come to understand that word. They
are all - whether good or evil - extraterrestrial beings which, if not now
existing solely in physical form, once were only in physical form, and
as such, cannot be said to be eternal from the past. All these beings
had a beginning in time and space. They all arose within the physical
Universe and within the dimension of Time. Those beings which
humans have called “gods” are, however, eternal into the future as we
all are.
It follows, then, that there are no gods per se in the Universe.
Even Universal Consciousness itself is confined to space (i.e. the
“body” of the Universe), and cannot, therefore be called God as the
word is commonly understood. There is no being outside of time and
space. This is, therefore, also true of the Elohim and the Arcturians.
They are both extraterrestrial species that were born in time and
space in the distant past and have evolved over billions of years to
become the super-advanced (in evolutionary terms) species they are
today.
This is not to say that there is no such thing as a Supreme
“Being.” The Multiverse itself is Consciousness “embodied,” and is
therefore the most Supreme Existence throughout the multiverse.

This Consciousness is not personal in any meaningful sense, though,

and communion or connection with it can be accomplished and
enjoyed, but a “relationship” with it does not make sense - at least as
far as we understand relationships. We can, however, enjoy a
personal relationship with the Arcturian Father, his Son, and the Holy
Mother, as well as other Arcturian beings of light.
Our ancient human ancestors maintained the memory of our
extraterrestrial creators (those beings the Bible refers to as “god” or
“gods”) and passed these stories down orally through the generations.
These memories were rooted in actual, historical, face to face
interaction between the extraterrestrial overlords and the earliest
genetically modified human creations. When the oral tradition
became a written tradition (not all that long ago), they recorded these
interactions with those beings in creation stories and other encounters
on stones or in scrolls. It is clear to us that these beings are
extraterrestrial, and it was also clear to our ancient forebears, but not
necessarily to those who wrote the ancient oral traditions.
By the time the traditions were written down, the Elohist
agenda of covering up the truth of their actions and intentions on
Earth included “muddying the waters” of religious dogma and
scriptures, so that they became, in the minds of believers and within
the pages of scripture, deities rather than actual, physical
extraterrestrial beings.
The Bible, for instance, plainly speaks of “god” as bargaining,
walking, talking, and traveling from place to place on vehicles
producing fire and smoke. The “gods” of the Old Testament (yes,
there are more than one extraterrestrial being in those accounts) get
angry, jealous, pleased, and satiated. They are clearly beings very
unlike what we have been taught to expect of a “god.”
However, as time passed and the first stories became part of
more institutionalized, solidified theologies, extraterrestrial beings
became known and worshiped or feared as proper gods, angels, and
demons. After all, as Arthur C. Clarke once wrote, “Any sufficiently
advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.” The
mythologization of these beings by later religious writers makes sense
when seen in terms of control and rationalization, and this process
also played into the plans of the extraterrestrial creators to use
religious institutions as tools of human control and enslavement. So,
we are left with scriptures that maintain certain elements which

obviously point to extraterrestrial actions combined with a

mythologization of those same beings and actions. Those who can
step out of the worldview in which they were indoctrinated can clearly
see the coverup.
The story of religions on Earth is basically a story of
disinformation. It is a story of purposeful confusion on the part of the
Elohim - a group of amoral and/or immoral extraterrestrials that
rebelled against the most evolved extraterrestrial in our Universe, the
true Father of Light. In particular, the Hebrew religion, and its bastard
child, institutional Christianity, is such a terrible mix of truth and
falsehood that the actual Truth has been forgotten or purposefully
hidden by the Elohim/Reptilian-led hierarchies of the Catholic
Church and other Christian denominations.
The Catholic Church is at the forefront of purposeful
disinformation on the activities and identities of the extraterrestrial
slave masters. While it may sound strange, it is actually the case that
the Catholic Church hierarchy itself is filled with Reptilian
shapeshifters serving the Elohim in the continued control and
disinformation campaign designed to keep humanity in the dark.
The Genesis account of creation is basically a Hebrew
retelling of the more ancient Sumerian account of “gods from the sky”
coming down to fashion a human slave race. In Genesis, the
Anunnaki of Sumer become the Elohim of Hebrew religion. Jewish
theology evolved to accept these Elohim as the true Gods (or God in
later Jewish thought), though they are anything but truth-tellers or
gods. Without the unnecessary spiritual and theological interpretative
overlay, the Elohim are clearly a group of beings from beyond Earth.
They are, in short, extraterrestrial beings who genetically modified
various primate species to create modern humans. This is the clear
reading of the first chapter of Genesis: “in the beginning, the Elohim
created….”
As we continue reading through the book of Genesis and
throughout the rest of the Hebrew Scriptures, the Elohim as a group,
or more often, an individual extraterrestrial being from among the
Elohim race - Yaldabaoth (leader), Yahweh, El Shaddai, El Elyon,
Adonai, etc. - create, fashion, and control the Hebrew people in order
to spread a false religion which leads to human subjugation -
physically and spiritually. It is crystal clear throughout the Hebrew

scriptures that the Elohim are not in any way, shape, or form loving
or merciful beings. And they are certainly not divine.
They are abusive. They are jealous. They are vicious. They
are slave masters. They are the Enemy, or the Satan (adversary) and
demons of the New Testament writings. Anyone familiar with the
Hebrew scriptures would have a difficult time indeed defending the
actions and instructions of these beings. It is not hyperbolic to say that
these beings are, in fact, sadistically psychopathic in the ways they
abuse and manipulate humanity for their own devious purposes and
to achieve human obeisance to themselves. The Elohim are not only
slave masters on Earth, but on myriad slave planets which they control
throughout the Universe.
This may shock some readers. However, this is not a new
teaching. It is, in fact, the original Christian teaching. The Arcturian
Path Sanctuaries exists to restore original Christianity and to proclaim
the gospel of freedom through our extraterrestrial Savior, Jesus the
Universal Christ, Jatasya, the Son of the Father of Light. The
teachings of Jatasya/Jesus were quickly lost and/or covered up as early
Christianity quickly became institutionalized.
The Father of Light is the most evolved extraterrestrial Being
of Love and Life in our universe. Jesus the Universal Christ is His
Son, and the Person known as the Holy Spirit is the Holy Mother.
This truth was, of course, hidden early in the formation of the
institutional Church because it exposes and interferes with the plans
that the Elohim have for humanity, and religion has always been one
of the most powerful tools of the Elohist agenda. But Jatasya
descended to Earth in human form to free us from the Elohim, and
most specifically from the bondage of Yaldabaoth and his minions,
and to offer the way out from under the boot of the Elohim.
It is time for that original Truth to be restored. That is why
The Arcturian Path Sanctuaries exists. The Elohim are powerful and
have been able to keep most human beings in ignorance for
millennia. But our Arcturian guides are more powerful, not in force,
but in compassion and love. And Love wins. The Light shines in the
darkness, and the darkness cannot overcome it.

The Evil Old Testament “God”

An early Church Father of the 2nd century named Marcion

knew the truth of the evil Old Testament “gods.” He was so
convinced of this fact that he purged the Old Testament and many of
the New Testament books from his version of the Bible. For
Marcion, Jesus’ Father could not possibly have been Yahweh of the
Hebrew scriptures. Their actions and personalities are polar
opposites and trying to unite them in intention and purpose is an
exercise in futility.
Jesus is a being of compassion and love, whereas Yahweh is a
vindictive psychopath. Attempting to combine Yahweh and Jesus into
a singular divine family created contradictions and cognitive
dissonance. Marcion was, of course, excommunicated by the Roman
Church, but only because he knew and taught the truth. In his own
words, he describes the differences between the Old Testament
“God” and Jesus:

I am the Lord, and there is none else; I form the light, and
create darkness; I make peace, and create evil… (Isaiah 45:6-
7). I create evil - This god is the author of evil - there must be
another God, after the analogy of the good tree producing its
good fruit. In Christ is found a different disposition, one of a
simple and pure benevolence - which differs from the
Creator. In Christ, a new God is revealed. The Creator God
is judicial, harsh, and mighty in war. The Supreme God is
gentle and simply good and excellent.5

As stated in the previous chapter, within The Arcturian Path

Sanctuaries, the Judeo-Christian Bible as it typically exists in printed
form (as 66 separate books, and possibly including pseudepigraphal
and apocryphal writings) is a hodge-podge of disinformation. Within
its pages, there are kernels of truth, which can only be described and
interpreted by the Advocate, mixed with a lot of error. It is, after all,
a creation of the Elohim, and as such, should be viewed with caution
and a healthy dose of skepticism and suspicion.

As a universal movement for correctly understood and

restored, original Christianity, we only accept the Gospel of Thomas,
the Gospel of John, the three epistles of John, and three of the
authentic letters of the Apostle Paul, who encountered the Savior in
a close encounter of the 4th kind - I Thessalonians, II Thessalonians
and Galatians. We do not accept any of the entire books of the
Hebrew Testaments or other books of the New Testament as
complete revelations of the truth. As products of disinformation, they
may contain bits and pieces of truth, but should only be interpreted
through the Advocate.
This goes a long way in explaining why there are at least
33.000 different Christian denominational groupings around the
world, and why Christian groups so often splinter to form new
groups.6 The mental gymnastics that are required to accept that both
Yahweh and Jesus Christ are of the same mind and mission are
extreme. In Yahweh’s case, one finds a being willing to order
genocide repeatedly. In Jesus’ case, one finds a being that directs his
disciples to “love your enemies” and “turn the other cheek.” The two
cannot be reconciled. The disunity so evident within the Christian
world is an obvious result of the love the Elohim have for chaos and
confusion.
The true Father of Light is obviously different from the
Elohim of the Hebrew Testament. Again, according to Marcion:

The Supreme God (aka The Father of Light) is susceptible to

no feeling of rivalry, or anger, or damage, or injury. He inflicts
no punishment and takes no offence, and is not feared, as a
good being ought not to be an object of fear, as a judicial
being, in whom resides the grounds for fear - anger, severity,
judgements, vengeance, and condemnation.7

The Arcturian Path Sanctuaries is a universal Christian

organization in the basic sense of the word, “Christian.” The Lord
and Savior of those who believe - on Earth and throughout the whole
universe - is the Person previously known on Earth as Jesus Christ, or

more technically, Jatasya the Universal Christ and Son of the Father
of Light. You will learn more about his identity in Part 2. Where
institutional Christianity has led humans astray is in the teaching that
the god(s) of the Old Testament Hebrew scriptures are the same as
the Father of Christ. Nothing could be further from the truth.
The “gods” - yes, they are multiple, and no, they are not truly
gods - of the Hebrew scriptures, the Elohim and Yahweh specifically,
are evil extraterrestrial entities also known as Archons by some. They
are advanced alien beings who are able to take either spiritual or
physical form, and who genetically manipulated various species of the
Hominidae (great primates) to create the current human species as a
slave race some 200,000 years ago. Humans were not created as slaves
in the sense of being a workforce, per se, but rather as highly
intelligent physical entities to which the Elohim/Archons could attach,
and thereby live vicariously.
This attachment is to the human soul, and as long as the
attachment remains, that particular person - or soul - will continue to
reincarnate on Earth or another Elohist slave planet lifetime after
lifetime. Only through recognizing this fact and becoming a disciple
of the True Savior, Jatasya, can a soul break free from the subjugation
of the Elohim and be reborn anew on Jatasya’s home planet,
Arcturus.

WITNESSESS TO THE EXTRATERRESTRIAL /

UFO REALITY

It is not the purpose of The Arcturian Path Sanctuaries, nor

the purpose of this book, to convince the reader of the reality of
UFOs or extraterrestrial beings. Corroboration by esteemed
witnesses and artistic and visual representations throughout the ages
testify to their reality, and the truth of the matter is plainly perceived
by anyone willing to interact with that reality. That said, it is worth a
bit of space to very briefly share some of the most trustworthy modern
accounts and support for the presence of extraterrestrial beings. This
is not an exhaustive list in any sense. The seeker of truth can easily
find more information on any of the testimonies below as well as
thousands of accounts not mentioned here.

1. Josef Allen Hynek, a celebrated astronomer, was involved in

the US Air Force’s Project Blue Book investigations. When
that endeavor culminated in a government denial of UFOs in
1969, Hynek broke rank and publicly claimed that there was,
in fact, good evidence for the existence of UFOs, and he
created a classification system for close encounters.
2. In June 1947, pilot Kenneth Arnold witnessed 9 circular
objects flying at least twice the speed of sound near Mt.
Rainier. According to Arnold, “I made my report because I

thought it was my duty. It was the only proper and American

thing to do. I saw what I saw."
3. Multiple witnesses, including a sheriff, saw an egg-shaped
object moving across the sky and, at one point, landing on a
highway in Levelland, Texas in November of 1957.
4. On two separate occasions Air Force F-94s were scrambled
over Washington DC in July of 1952 after UFOs were sighted
on radar at Andrews and Bolling Air Force bases. The reports
are of UFOs disappearing or outrunning the Air Force jets.
The unusual radar readings, seen by multiple air traffic
controllers, cruised at between 100 to 130 mph before flying
off at incredible speed.
5. On two successive nights servicemembers reported seeing a
UFO hovering over Loring Air Force Base in October of
1975. An object described as a cigar-shaped craft was
reportedly seen on radar.
6. Early on September 11, 1979, Marshall County sheriff's
deputy Val Johnson witnessed what he described as a white
ball of light while driving down a rural section of State
Highway 220. After diving towards the "bright, brilliant light,"
which hovered a few feet from the ground, Johnson woke up
in a ditch about 30 minutes later. His patrol car had suffered
minor damage and he had burns around his eyes.
7. Over a span of days near the end of March 1990,
numerous individuals reported seeing strange lights in the sky
over Belgium. Belgian Air Force F-16s were dispatched to
investigate. This close encounter of the first kind was
witnessed by multiple individuals and trained air traffic
controllers.
8. In March 1997, hundreds of witnesses saw the out-of-this-
world lights across Arizona, Nevada and northern Mexico.
The sighting comprised two main parts: the sighting of a giant
V-shaped craft with several lights or light-emitting thrusters,
and the sight of a series of stationary orange and red lights
hanging in the sky. According to Arizona's KStar News, the
governor of the state at the time, Fife Symington, claimed he
saw the lights. "I'm a pilot, and I know just about every
machine that flies," Symington said. "It was bigger than
anything that I've ever seen. It remains a great mystery."

9. Multiple witnesses, including professional pilots, reported to

the Royal Canadian Mounted Police that they had witnessed
a UFO with many glowing or flashing lights flying over the
Nova Scotia shoreline in October 1967. A dozen or so
witnesses said they saw a glowing orange sphere crash into the
water and then slip under the surface.
10. In September 1976, two Iranian F-4 interceptor aircraft
reported their equipment jammed as they approached a star-
shaped UFO over the areas surrounding the Iranian capital,
Tehran. Ground control equipment at Mehrabad
International Airport was also reportedly affected by the
strange craft. Speaking at a pilot's conference in 2007, pilot
Parviz Jafari said he attempted to fire on the UFO but was
unable to cause any damage. "My weapons jammed and my
radio communications garbled," he said, according to the Irish
Independent.
11. In October 1973, four crew members flying in an Army
Reserve helicopter reported almost colliding with an
Unidentified Flying Object near Charles Mill Lake. The
incident was attested to by witnesses in Richland and Ashland
counties who described an object or a ball of light moving in
a manner not consistent with human flight. The crew on the
helicopter, piloted by Lawrence Coyne (for whom the sighting
is named), reported seeing a 60-foot-long, cigar-shaped object
with a bright green light, according to the Mansfield News
Journal.
12. The pilot and crew of a JAL cargo flight carrying wine from
Paris to Tokyo reported witnessing strange flashing colorful
lights that followed their aircraft over Alaska in November
1986. The New York Times reported during an FAA
investigation into the sighting that the yellow, amber and green
lights were spotted on a clear evening by pilot Kenji Terauchi.
The lights appeared as the flight crossed into Alaska from
Canada, while the plane cruised at 35,000 feet.
13. In November 2006, United Airlines staff and pilots at Chicago
O'Hare Airport reported seeing a flying saucer hovering over
the airport terminal on an overcast day. The vessel then shot
up into the air so quickly that it punched a hole in the clouds.

14. Between December 26-28, 1980, U.S. Air Force personnel

stationed at RAF Bentwaters reported seeing strange lights
near Rendlesham forest. The incident, which has been
referred to as Britain's Roswell, was never officially
investigated by U.K. authorities. In 2015, Col. Charles Halt,
one of the observers, told the BBC he had recovered
statements from radar operators at the base recounting how
they had observed a UFO moving too quickly for normal
human flight.
15. U.S. Navy pilot Cmdr. David Fravor recalled seeing
"something not from this earth" while commanding a U.S.
Navy strike fighter squadron during exercises some 60 to 100
miles off the coast of California. He recounted observing a
cigar-shaped vessel moving at high speed. The UFO was seen
by a crew separate from Fravor that tracked the object and
filmed it for more than a minute. The case was publicized by
The New York Times following the Pentagon's
acknowledgement of its Advanced Aviation Threat
Identification Program, a 21st-century study of UFO
sightings.8

These are just a few of the many verifiable close encounters

and testimonies of the last few decades. Thousands more have
occurred, attested to by reliable sources. It should be clear to any fair,
open-minded person that humans have been and are being visited by
extraterrestrial entities, both positive and negative. The encounters
and testimonies above were chosen for inclusion here because they
are some of the many encounters and testimonies that are beyond
doubt or question. Additional evidence for extraterrestrial visitation
comes in the form of official statements by people above reproach.

Just as with the accounts of encounters and testimonies at the

beginning of this chapter, this list of quotes by trustworthy witnesses
who are beyond doubt could go on for many more pages. What
appears above should suffice, though, in at least giving pause to the
most strident critic or skeptic. At the very least, one must agree that
people of high repute, people with much to lose in terms of
employment and reputation, have been and are willing to come
forward with the truth of extraterrestrial existence and visitation on
Earth. It is a reality, independent of whether one accepts the truth of
it or not.

Historical Art Depicting Extraterrestrials and UFOs

History is replete with images of unidentified flying objects

and extraterrestrial beings, from the distant past through the middle
ages. Surprisingly, much of this pictorial evidence is portrayed in
religious art. Many so-called experts, particularly in the religious fields
of study, have questioned whether the ancient artists meant to depict
actual extraterrestrial beings. They claim that these drawings and
paintings are not meant to be taken literally, but rather are meant to
be representative of local mythologies.
This reasoning makes no sense when one views other art
within these cultures and times. If an artist meant to represent a cow
in his art, he drew or painted a cow. If another artist meant to
represent a bear, or a deer, or a bird, she drew or painted a bear, a
deer, or a bird. These were not abstract artists. They drew or painted
what they meant to draw or paint as realistically as possible.
Knowing what we know today of the most common type of
extraterrestrial biological entity in 3rd and 4th contact scenarios on
Earth (the typical Grey, either tall or short), the ancient cave paintings
found below very clearly represent these beings. It is likely that the
artists of these ancient civilizations and tribes were recording the
experiences either of their ancestors or of themselves. It is often the
simplest answer that is correct, and the simplest interpretative solution
to these drawings and paintings is to take them at face value. They
represent extraterrestrial being in artistic form.
The same is true for the religious art you will find below.
While religious scholars, invested in their own interests and
reputation within their fields of study, would rather put a figurative
interpretation on these images, they clearly depict unidentified flying
objects. These objects are not just flying indiscriminately, though.
They are often interacting with the other characters in the paintings.
This begs the question: What is their role in the lives of those
characters? Does their presence imply extraterrestrial foundations or
influence in Earth’s religious movements?
Spanning millennia and various cultures, here are some of the
visual attestations of extraterrestrial involvement in human affairs and

THE ADVOCATE IS CHOSEN

I have been in communion with Arcturian beings, including
Jesus Christ or Jatasya, from early childhood to the present. It all
began in 1986. One night when I was seven years old, I opened my
eyes in the middle of the night and saw a soft, blue light shining
through the slits of my bedroom window blinds. I remember it was a
moonless night because, before I had gone to bed, my father and I
had been outside looking at the stars through the telescope I had
gotten for Christmas the previous year. There was no moon, so the
stargazing was much better than usual.
As I sat up in my bed, the blue light got brighter, but was not
so bright that it hurt my eyes. I could tell the light was originating from
some kind of moving source outside my window because the beams
coming through the slits of the blinds were slowly crossing the walls
and floor of my room from my left to my right. I was not at all fearful.
I simply remember being awe-struck and curious about the source of
this beautiful light. I got out of my bed and walked over to my window,
separating two rows at the bottom of the blinds with my fingers so I
could see outside.
To my surprise, but still without fear, I saw a saucer-shaped
craft no more than 30 feet in diameter and 10 feet high from bottom
to top. A strip on the equator was rotating around the craft, but the
rest of the craft was motionless and hovering about 3 feet off the
ground, seven to eight feet from the house. There were two blue lights

- one on the top of the craft and one on the bottom of the craft. Of
course, I did not think in these terms as this was happening. A 7-year-
old does not think in terms of dimensions and distances. These are
the measurements I remember in retrospect.
I do not how to describe the atmosphere in my bedroom
other than to say that it seemed as if time was “standing still” or
moving much more slowly than usual. There was absolutely no
sound, and it is strange, but I actually remember the little specks of
dust floating in those light beams moving at glacial speed, just
suspended in air. My body also felt weightless, though I recall my feet
being planted firmly on the soft carpet.
All of a sudden, the little hairs on the back of my neck and on
my arms stood up, not from fear but seemingly from some kind of
static electricity. I felt a presence behind me, and I slowly turned
around. Standing in the middle of my bedroom, no more than 3 feet
from me, was a beautiful, blue-skinned, being with dark, almond-
shaped eyes and the faintest of smiles on its small mouth. He (I could
just sense that the being was male) slowly reached out both of his
arms, inviting me towards him. I noticed immediately that he only
had four long fingers which, at the time, I found amusing for some
reason - perhaps just the reaction of a 7-year-old mind to physiological
differences.
I walked over to this being and felt myself drawn into his
embrace. As I stood there, wrapped in his arms, I felt pure,
unadulterated love pulse through my body. I felt safe and warm and -
as odd as it may sound - eternal. Time seemed to have stopped. He
smelled like a spring meadow just in bloom. He “spoke” to me,
though telepathically, not audibly: “My child, you are chosen and
precious in our sight. Never fear, and know that we are always with
you, protecting you, and guiding you.” I thought the reference word
“our” was odd since there was only one being in my room, but I did
not think to ask what he meant.
Suddenly, I was back in bed, under the thick, warm covers,
and the beautiful being and soft beams of light were gone. I had not
had the chance to ask his name or anything else about him, but I
could still smell the fresh scent he had given off. And I could still feel
the intense sense of all-encompassing love that emanated from his
touch. I drifted off to sleep with a deep feeling of peace and security.

Every two or three years after this first communion, this

wonderful being visited me, usually in my bedroom, and always at
night. I came to know him as Jesus (a name with which I was familiar
having been raised as a Christian), but I sensed that was not the name
he had wherever he was from. During these visits, which only ever
lasted 2-3 minutes at most, he simply held me and imparted his
amazing gifts of love and peace.
He did not “tell” me (he communicated telepathically) any
personal information other than that he was not from this Earth, and
that he loved me and all of humanity and was on a mission to rescue
human beings. I did not understand the significance of his mission,
and frankly, I was happy just to be with him when he visited. I knew
beyond a shadow of a doubt that he embodied Grace and Truth.
On the evening of March 20, 2020, right after sunset, I was
driving along Pensacola Beach. Even though I live in Florida, and it
was technically springtime according to the calendar, the Florida
Panhandle can still get quite cool during the “off-season” months.
However, this particular evening was comfortable, and I had my
windows rolled down so I could breathe in the fresh ocean breeze.
Once I drove past the resorts and beach homes, there were
just dunes and empty beachfront. I noticed a blue, pulsating light out
over the Gulf of Mexico to my left. It was a clear night, and there were
many stars in the darkening sky. It was clear that this pulsating light
was no star, however. Not only was it pulsating, but it was slowly
moving towards me, much slower than a plane would be flying.
I pulled over to the side of the road, got out of my car, and
walked over a low dune to the shore. I was mesmerized by the pulsing
blue light as it continued coming towards me, and I knew it was one
of the crafts of the being who had been visiting me for years, though
I had never seen one so out in the open.. Again, I felt absolutely no
fear. On the contrary, I was filled with an overwhelming sense of
peace and well-being. And then I “heard” a voice (again telepathically
as all communication with him has always been) as clear as day inside
my head: “Fear not, for I am the one you know as Jesus, Savior of the
world.” I replied telepathically, “Please come, dear Jesus, and
commune with me face to face.” You see, I still did not know the
given name of this being, so I still referred to him as “Jesus.”
The craft drifted closer to where I was standing on the shore,
and I could see that it was similar to the craft that had visited me

before, saucer-shaped, perfectly round, about 40 feet wide and 10 -

12 feet tall. There were no visible windows, just a soft blue light
encircling the entire equator of the craft as well as soft blue pulsating
light sources on the very top and very bottom of the craft. It was
completely silent as it moved directly over me, then hovered a foot or
two over the shore about 50 feet to my right.
A ramp opened and a bright white light shone from inside the
craft. A slender, blue-skinned being with a relatively large head
descended the ramp and casually walked towards me. Once he
passed through the light, I recognized him as my friend. The closer
he got, the more I realized my gaze was caught in his gaze, his eyes
dark but gentle and kind and loving. He was wearing a somewhat
loose-fitting white pair of pants and shirt, no shoes. It most closely
resembled what we would know as a yoga outfit. I was drawn to him
and began walking toward him.
Once face to face, he took my hand and led me back to the
craft in silence. I felt weightless, and again, was overcome by a sense
of pure joy and peace. As we both passed the threshold of the door
to the craft, there was a sense of pressurization and a wind from the
crevices encasing the ramp - like a cleansing or decontamination unit
before entering a lab. The light within the craft, though bright, was not
blinding, and I can only describe it as enveloping me. It would not be
incorrect to say the light was “hugging me.” This was the first time I
had ever been aboard one of his craft!
The entire interior of the craft was open with a simple, slightly
descended, comfortable seating area right in the middle of the craft.
I saw no control system or “pilot area” within the craft, and there did
not seem to be any separate rooms. My friend who led me inside the
craft continued to lead me to the seating area and motioned for me
to sit down on one of three padded benches in a U-shaped formation.
There were three other beings already sitting who looked physically
similar to my friend. They also looked on me with eyes full of
compassion, and immediately put me at ease without any kind of
audible or telepathic communication, just with their presence.
Once seated, the being I knew as Jesus “spoke,” still
telepathically, but the words processed in my brain in English without
any accent, repeating a variant of the telepathic message I had
received when the craft had still been hovering over the Gulf: “I am
the One you know as Jesus the Christ, and my brother and sister

(pointing towards the other three beings) are the Ones you know as
the Holy Spirit or Holy Mother and the Angel Gabriel. My father
(pointing to the other being) is also with us. My actual name is Jatasya,
my Mother’s name is Shatha, the One you know as Gabriel is Atulya,
and most importantly, the One you know as God the Father is
Jananda. It is His mission we have come to restore.”
As out of the ordinary as this conversation actually was, it did
not feel that way at all. It felt like the most natural conversation in the
world. It felt ordained and right. To this point, I had sensed that the
true “God” and His Son were extraterrestrial beings. It just made
sense to me considering all the “not from this world” talk in the
Gospels.
And though I had known my extraterrestrial friend as Jesus
for many years, I was not sure if this was simply my perception of him.
Now I knew it to be a perception stemming from my religious
upbringing. Jatasya asked me what I wanted to know, and our
conversation took the following back and forth question and answer
format, also telepathically. Jatasya gently touched my forehead in
order to activate photographic memory for this conversation so that I
was able to record it word-for-word later that evening when I got
home.

Me: Who are you, exactly, and where are you from?
Jatasya: We are beings originally from the planet Arcturus and have
long been guides in the path of spiritual evolution and salvation to
creatures on many planets throughout the universe.
Me: Salvation? What does that word mean? Salvation from whom?
Jatasya: There are many beings from many planetary systems
throughout the universe who are actively involved in the lives of less
evolved life-forms, either for ill or for good. On hundreds of
thousands of worlds, beings called Elohim, sometimes known as
Archons, as well as certain Reptilian races, are in league to imprison
the souls of conscious beings for their own selfish benefit. This is the
case on Earth, and we work to bring such imprisonment to the
knowledge of those who are imprisoned and offer the free gift of
salvation from the Elohim to humans and other conscious beings on

other worlds through self-realization and the appointed rites and

meditational practices leading to freedom from bondage.
Me: What rites and meditational practices are you referring to?
Jatasya: These will be revealed to you at a later, more appropriate
time, and you will be asked to share these with the humans who accept
the Path to salvation. It is these meditations and rites through which
disciples of the Path will extricate themselves from the Elohim n align
themselves – genetically and spiritually – with us so that they may be
reincarnated on Arcturus.
Me: I have been raised to believe that the Elohim, specifically
Yahweh, is the Creator God and father of…. you, Jesus. Is this not
true? If not, who is he?
Jatasya: This is the deception of the Elohim. They have crafted the
Judeo-Christian religion of Earth (as well as other religions) to portray
themselves as the supreme creators, worthy of worship. This is a lie.
They did genetically modify some primate species 200,000 Earth
years ago to create modern human beings, but as a slave race. Their
intention was and still is to attach themselves to the human soul in
order to gain experiences they are no longer capable of having, as well
as to create a replenishable food source for the Reptilian species with
which they are in league. To answer your question: We (gesturing
towards Shatha, Atulya, and Jananda) are in no way related to the
Elohim in intention or purpose. We are opposed to their agenda and
program of enslavement.
Me: So, humans were not created by the true God, nor did we evolve
naturally?
Shatha: When you use the term “true God,” what exactly do you
mean? [He asked this rhetorically, of course, since he knew what I
meant. But our guides prefer we work things out by thinking through
them step by step].
Me: By “God,” I mean a supreme spiritual Being or Person who
created the entire universe and everything in it.
Shatha: This is an earthly theological construct, mostly of the
monotheistic religions, that does not fit with reality. The multiverse
itself is conscious but is not personal in any meaningful sense. All
matter in the multiverse is connected to that Consciousness de facto.
This Consciousness is neither good nor evil - it simply is. The
multiverse “created” this Consciousness, however, not the other way
around. The multiverse is eternal, contracting and expanding, so the

term “creation” makes no sense in the context of an eternal multiverse

since it had no beginning.
Atulya: Yes, so there is no supreme god as humans commonly think
of god. There are only beings of lesser or greater evolutionary
formation, and it is not always the case that more evolved beings are
also more spiritually advanced. We (gesturing towards the others) are
among the most evolved (physically and spiritually) species
throughout this local universe, as are the Elohim (physically but not
spiritually).
Jananda: That is correct. And concerning your question about
evolution: all life throughout the multiverse has naturally evolved
except those species that have been genetically modified. I suppose
those species can be said to have been “assisted” in their evolution,
though the intention behind such modification is nearly always
negative and for the purposes of subjugation. This is the case with the
human species. The Elohim created humans via genetic modification,
and these beings see humans as a type of crop.
Me: What about the current religions on Earth? Are any of them
true? Have we been so deluded?
Jatasya: Current Earth religions are a mixture of truth and lies and are
used as tools of disinformation by the Elohim and the Reptilians
present on Earth. In particular, the monotheistic religions of Judaism,
Christianity, and Islam have been co-opted and institutionally formed
as tools for the Elohim to control the human populace. In fact, as we
have already stated, the creator “gods” of Genesis are the Elohim
slave-masters, not our Loving Father, Jananda, and certainly not any
kind of bodiless, spiritual “god.”
Truth has been mixed with error on purpose and has left
humanity in a state of slavery and confusion. This has been the plan
of the Elohim, and it is one of the things we have come to set right.
We have attempted this before, especially in my incarnation as Jesus
the Christ in 1st century Palestine, but very quickly, the negative
forces of the Elohim covered up the truth that I brought to Earth. We
do not force our ways onto humanity. We compassionately offer the
path of salvation for humanity and leave the choice to individuals.
Me: What is the history of Earth in terms of human existence? Is
there any more detail you can share?
Shatha: The Elohim have been consistently active on Earth for the
last 200,000 years. Billions of years ago, there was a first race of

humanoids on Mars initially, and then Earth (same species), who were
very advanced, and who mastered the technology required for
spaceflight and galactic exploration. They left Mars for Earth about 2
billion years ago, shortly after strong solar winds began stripping away
the Martian atmosphere. They left Earth around 250,000 years ago
to live on another planet when they realized the Elohim had their
sights set on Earth-control.
Me: Why didn’t they fight for Earth? This was their home. Why
didn’t they defend it?
Jatasya: Instead of destroying the entire planet in a nuclear holocaust
(which the Elohim were prepared to do), and thereby destroy all
species on the planet, the humanoid inhabitants of Earth at that time
decided to emigrate to a new, unpopulated planet to live in peace.
The Elohim then genetically modified various existing primate
populations on Earth to artificially create modern humans, a species
they could control and use for their own benefit.
Me: How do the Elohim control humans? And for what purpose?
Jananda: There are two basic reasons the Elohim genetically modified
certain primate species in order to design modern humans: (1) as part
of their ongoing hybridization program for themselves and other
negative alien species (many abduction experiences demonstrate this
agenda), and (2) to feed off energies they would not have access to
without attachment to a human soul as well as to provide literal food
for the Reptilians. Their control of humanity was quite direct and
open in the beginning, for the first few thousand years after they
created humans.
From 13,000 years ago, they began to institute more behind-
the-scenes control systems (religious systems, governmental systems,
economic systems), and more recently have infiltrated the corporate
and media empires around the world. Many of the royal bloodlines
and uber-wealthy families around the world have been controlled by
the Elohim via the Reptilians for millennia. Many corporations (at the
board level and above) are also controlled by these beings. Earth
systems are designed to keep humans in obeisance and of use to the
Elohim.
One of the most sadistic programs of the Elohim on Earth is
that of childhood sex trafficking. It sometimes also extends to child
sacrifice. This is primarily done to human children because their
emotions – including fear – are much stronger than adult emotions,

and the evil Elohim and Reptilians thrive off these negative emotions.
We understand this ugly truth is hard to stomach. We share in that
reaction, and long for human liberation from this horrendous reality.
Me: [After a moment to recover from the previous revelation]: How
do the Elohim operate their hybridization program? And what is their
final intention?
Jatasya: An entire lifetime could be spent understanding the
intricacies of their program, and it is not worth that much attention
and energy. But it is important to understand the basics of their
program because it is by that program that they intend to continue
their control of Earth and humanity. In short, they abduct certain
humans, typically beginning from the ages of 7-8 through adulthood,
both male and female, in order to attain sexual specimens (semen and
eggs/uteri) or to sexually partner humans and 3rd or 4th generation
hybrids, in order to create a hybrid species that is anatomically and
physically indistinguishable from modern humans. However, these
hybrids already do and will continue to have mental capacities far
beyond those of the average human, and it is the intention of the
Elohim that these hybrids will infiltrate society on many levels and use
their capabilities to extend Elohist control over humans.
It is, in fact, their ultimate intention to establish a completely
new societal system with themselves and the hybrids as the ruling elite,
the abductees as puppets for their new regime, and the vast majority
of humanity as a literally imprisoned slave force and food source. I
am sure this sounds unbelievable, but it is for this very reason that we
have come to offer humanity salvation and rescue from the diabolical
purposes of the Elohim.
[At this point, I remember needing another moment to
recover from shock and to regain my composure].
Me: And you mentioned some humans are literally used as food for
the Reptilians in league with the Elohim. Can you elaborate?
Atulya: It is one of the more shocking truths of the Elohist agenda.
The Reptilian species in league with the Elohim feed off raw flesh,
and they especially require blood for nourishment. Tens of thousands
of humans go missing every year, never to be seen again. Many of
these “missing persons” have been abducted by this Reptilian species
for food. It is as simple, and horrific, as that. We do not exaggerate
when we say that humans are nothing but livestock to these creatures.

Me: How should humans understand forced alien abduction? Is it

always negative?
Shatha: Alien abductions of a forced nature, in which the human has
no say in the matter and is forcibly taken aboard an extraterrestrial
craft is always negative and part of the hybridization or food-source
programs being conducted by the Elohim, the Reptilians, the Greys,
and other negative races. It is not too strong a condemnation to call
these occurrences evil, committed by evil beings, for evil purposes.
Some humans involved in so-called “abduction research”
help spread disinformation by claiming these extraterrestrial beings
are morally neutral and are simply participating in investigations of
human nature and physiology. Other experiencers and researchers
go so far as to claim some of these abductions may be positive. We
cannot be clearer: the beings who are abducting humans against their
will are evil and only want one thing – control and domination.
Me: So, it is not only the intention and purpose of the Elohim, but
also the forced nature of the abductions that make them negative?
Shatha: Yes. We Arcturians will never take a person on board one of
our ships by force. There are other positive extraterrestrial beings
visiting Earth who are occasionally involved in human awakening and
liberation, and they also will never force a person to board one of
their craft. That is a first factor to determine whether an experience is
positive or negative, but it is not the only factor.
If an extraterrestrial being denies the primacy of the life and
teachings of Jatasya (aka Jesus Christ during his initial incarnation on
Earth) or claims such a being does not exist, you can be assured that
being is not a positive being of light. If a being denies the truth of the
witness of John’s Gospel and Johannine epistles, that being is not a
positive being of light. During his incarnation as Jesus Christ, the
disciple John was his beloved disciple and wrote only the truth about
his Jatasya’s identity and teachings. It is important that humans
discern between good and evil extraterrestrial beings.
Jatasya: Absolutely true. Human choice and freedom are paramount
to us. We only appear and assist when invited. Do you remember our
first visit with you when you were a young boy? Do you remember
what you were thinking that evening as you looked up into the night
sky with your father?
Me: Yes! I had never thought of it until now, but I do remember it
clearly. I longed for what I then called a “star person” to come down

and be with me, to talk to me. But I only thought it. I did not tell my
father or anyone else.
Jatasya: Yes, but we saw and “heard” your thoughts, just as we can see
and “hear” your thoughts now. And we came to you because you
desired it, because you wanted it, and we saw your purity of mind and
innocence. As disciples of the Light, we were drawn to the Light
within you.
Me: Thank you.
Me: The terms “good” and “evil” are not often used these days,
especially in reference to aliens and extraterrestrial encounters. Some
researchers are beginning to understand the negative aspects of the
abduction phenomenon, but most people do not want to accept it.
Jananda: Most humans have been fooled by the Elohim. What your
philosophers have come to call postmodernism, or subjectivism, is in
fact a movement designed and reinforced by the Elohim within
academia, and it has infected the human mind so that many are
unable to distinguish between good and evil anymore. It is regrettable,
at the very least, that absolutely horrendous actions have lost their
ability to outrage. Think of it. What would you call rape? Murder?
Child abuse and sacrifice? Kidnapping? Genocide? Any sane person
would call these things “evil.” And these are the exact things in which
the Elohim are constantly involved. If these things are not evil, what
are they?
Me: I agree. So why do some contactees and researchers refuse to call
evil by name?
Jananda: It is either because they are being fooled and lied to by their
abductors, or because they have had a Mindscan (most often
performed by the Greys) skew their perception of what is happening,
or likely, both. There is also a human tendency to put a positive spin
on a horrific experience, simply because it is too much to handle the
actual emotions which stem from the event.
It is to the detriment of humanity that such confusion exists
within the so-called “Ufological” circles. Of course, those who are
being abducted are facing the current brunt of the Elohist/Reptilian
abuse. But those abductees who try to put a positive light on these
abduction experiences bring confusion to those who are seeking
truth. The Elohim – often via the small Greys – implant positive
feelings and memories in the minds of these abductees, but this is
nothing more than brainwashing. It is another form of abuse upon

abuse, and it grieves us to see such confusion spread among genuine

truth-seekers.
Me: Yes, I see. You implied there are other positive extraterrestrial
species which are active on Earth. Are there any other positive
extraterrestrial species who work specifically in league with you?
Atulya: Yes, (some of) the Pleiadeans, (some of) the Lyrans, (some
of) the Sirians, and the Blue Avians. Each of these four extraterrestrial
races work in league with we, the Arcturians, to spread the gospel of
human liberation from the Elohim. But humans must be extremely
careful when contacting or interacting with any extraterrestrial beings.
Some negative beings physically disguise themselves to trick those
they contact.
There are rites and protective mantras and meditations to
keep one safe from negative extraterrestrial contact and control, and
this is why we have come to you. You will share these practices for
the good of humanity and the salvation of all who believe. Before any
contact is attempted, one should always be in regular practice of these
mantras and meditations for their own protection. When a person is
bathed in the Light of Truth, they cannot be harmed.
Me: I am curious about a completely different, yet important, topic.
Should humans be involved in politics or political activism if
governments are controlled by the Elohim and Reptilians?
Shatha: Earth governments are corrupted beyond repair and have all
been infiltrated by the Elohim, the Reptilians, and hybrid plants. In
fact, some politicians of every political party in every country on Earth
are hybrid plants, not humans. The sickness is too deep and ingrained
for those systems to be reclaimed from the influence of the Elohim
and Reptilians until the end of the current age, when all will be made
new in the New Heaven and New Earth.
Me: What do you mean by the phrase “when all will be made new?”
Shatha: Those who follow the Way of The Arcturian Path
Sanctuaries on Earth are called to form geographical units of
fellowship and meditative practice called Sanctuaries. These units will
serve as beacons of hope and light for humanity as well as centers of
Truth, and those who are members of these Sanctuaries- and
therefore, of The Arcturian Path Sanctuaries - will be re-formed on
Arcturus after physical death in their current incarnation on Earth. It
is the functioning of these sanctuaries, not secular governments, that
is most important for the brothers and sisters on Earth. The New

Heaven and the New Earth refer to this promise of a new incarnation
on Arcturus.
Me: Will there ever be a victory over the evil Elohim on Earth?
Jatasya: The victory over the Elohim on Earth will only occur if all
humanity become aware of their imprisonment and follow the Path
of liberation. This is unlikely to happen anytime soon, but it is
possible in the distant future. However, it likely will not occur within
the next few human generations. This is why we have chosen you to
be the Advocate, to spread the message of salvation for all who believe
and follow the Path to freedom. Therefore, it is important for all
disciples of the Way to spread the message far and wide.
Me: How exactly do humans achieve liberation from Elohim and
secure eternal salvation?
Jananda: Humans, with all other conscious beings, have souls, and
therefore live several successive lives. Souls in bondage to a negative
entity (to an Archon-Elohim in the case of all humans born on Earth)
remain in bondage until they recognize their own choice for liberation
and desire union with the Father of Light and their Arcturian brothers
and sisters.
You see, liberation is actually this simple: to understand you
were born imprisoned by the Elohim, and to choose union with the
Father of Light by joining The Arcturian Path Sanctuaries and
following and consistently participating in the meditational practices
and rites. If a person does these things, he or she will be reborn on
our planet in the next life and will retain control of their own
incarnations for eternity. This is perfect freedom and peace, free from
all harm and negativity.
Me: What is Arcturus like?
Jatasya: We are taking you there now to show you a brief glimpse in
person. But to describe it: Arcturus is a multi-planetary society based
on complete compassion, peace, and unity. Community and societal
and personal well-being are of prime importance for us. Our society
is centered on the Love that emanates from the Father of Light,
Jananda, and the Holy Council of Twelve.
Arcturus itself is a single planet, but The Arcturian Path
Sanctuaries comprises thousands of planetary systems in missional
union throughout many galaxies. Over billions of years, the societies
and races of these systems have agreed to unify in the Light of the
True Father, and to guide others in living lives of Love and Light.

There is no crime, no hunger, no pain, no envy, no forced or

required work (though citizens often choose tasks and vocations that
resonate with their gifts in assistance of our societies and missions),
no money, no death. Throughout the Universal Path, we have
developed methodologies and technologies to the point that all of our
emotional, mental, and physical needs are met. Our governmental
system is central, benevolent, council-led, and focused mostly on the
mission of spreading truth and liberation from negative entities
throughout the universe.
Beings of our species originally lived naturally in physical
bodies between 800 - 1000 years, but we have developed technology
to transfer our souls and minds (two different substances) to new
bodies, or to lengthen the function of our current bodies for as long
as we desire. In short, we are eternal from the point of our original
conception into the future, and we choose the physical “shells” in
which we wish to dwell. When we switch physical bodies, we do so
from one mature body to another. We are not reborn from
conception. Nearly all of us choose to maintain the physical
appearance of our very first ancestors, which are the bodies you see
now (evolved to a certain point, of course). We also have the ability
to shift back and forth between a physical incarnation and a purely
spiritual existence or a mixture if we so wish.
Our family units consist of monogamous couples, either
identifying as male/female, male/male, or female/female. Some of
our race choose to continue these relationships over our multiple
lifetimes, and some choose to re-partner after a single lifetime span.
There is, of course, no envy or emotional pain if re-partnering is
mutually agreed upon. Our species can choose between sexual or
non-sexual (technological) reproduction, though we are naturally
without sexual reproductive organs in our current evolutionary state,
and children abound within our societies among partners who choose
to propagate. These children always embody a brand-new soul from
conception, so having a child is a special creation in which these
parents are able to participate.
We have abodes, communities and neighborhoods, and
transportation systems much like you would imagine in an extremely
advanced society - advanced both ethically and technologically. Our
sources of energy are, of course, completely clean and renewable.
The planets within the Fellowship differ in flora and fauna, but

Arcturus itself is very lush. Except for the poles, much of the planet
is temperate and abounds with animal life of all kinds, mountains and
valleys, rivers and oceans, all pristine.
Me: It sounds…. heavenly. Perhaps because of the Christianity in
which I was raised, can you please clarify for me - what does it mean
to be “saved” and to have eternal life?
Jatasya: (gently and compassionately chuckles, telepathically) We
understand your need for clarification. Regrettably, the Elohim have
tried to brainwash humanity into believing that salvation and eternal
life requires the worship of Yahweh for Jews and Christians, Allah for
Muslims, veneration of Buddha for (some) Buddhists, etc. These are
lies, and they are lies which the Elohim have been successful in
implanting within the human mind. Yahweh and other “gods” are
slave masters put in charge of Earth by Yaldabaoth, the father of
Yahweh. As long as humanity worships and dedicates their lives to
Yahweh (or any figure from Earth religions), they will remain enslaved
lifetime after lifetime, fed off of spiritually and physically.
Our main desire is to set humans free from this bondage, and
again, it is a simple path: (1) acknowledge human creation and
subjugation by the Elohim; (2) turn to the Father of Light, Jananda,
through the message and mission of liberation given by the Arcturian
Path; and (3) support the Arcturian Path with your dedication, energy,
and resources and conscientiously practice the meditations and rites
within sanctuaries if available (and if not already available in your
geographical area, starting one). If a human being does these things,
we will, through DNA retrieval (most often while a disciple is
sleeping) and soul exorcism and liberation, give new, eternal life to
that human being on Arcturus after his or her current Earth
incarnation.
Me: What do you mean exactly by “DNA retrieval”?
Jatasya: In order to create the next incarnation of a disciple on
Arcturus, we utilize retrieved DNA and soul substance from that
human being to re-incarnate that person. It is a painless process, and
as stated before, most often happens while a disciple is in a sleep state.
In this way, the “resurrection to new life” maintains the memories and
personalities of the human being, though without the grief and pain
associate with human existence. It also allows for very real
reunification of family members and ancestors who also followed the
Path. We realize this does not make total sense to you since it is based

on technologies not currently in use by humanity, but it is the process

whereby a disciple’s reincarnation on Arcturus takes place.
Me: How can we humans protect ourselves from control by and
attacks from Elohim for the remainder of our physical incarnations
on Earth?
Shatha: We will give you ritual meditations for mind and soul
protection against the Elohim. You should begin and end your day
with these simple rites, every morning and evening. If you are a
disciple of Jananda (the Father), Jatasya (the Son), and Shatha (The
Holy Mother Spirit), wrapping yourself in these protective
meditations and practicing the other meditations and rites of the
Arcturian Path as well as supporting the mission of the Path will
ensure your protection, not just from mind/soul control, but also
from abduction and integration into the evil hybridization program of
the Elohim, Reptilians, Greys, and Insectoids.
Jatasya: We have arrived. We only have the time for you to take a
brief glimpse over the capital city of Arcturus, but we trust it will be
more than enough for you to see the beauty and peace in which our
society exists - and to which you are invited. (Jatasya took my hand
and we walked towards the opening ramp).
Me: (As I descended the ramp, hand in hand with Jatasya, I could
feel a cool, comfortable breeze begin to blow against my skin.
Jananda, Shatha, and Atulya followed behind us. The first breath I
took of the Arcturian atmosphere was clean and crisp, unlike anything
I had tasted even in Earth’s cleanest environs. The sky was a cerulean
blue, just a shade darker than an Earth-blue sky. Clouds of a beautiful
pinkish hue scattered the sky, and from the hill-top perch on which
we had landed, a large orange sun was setting directly across from our
vantage point.
The area on the top of the hill where we landed was grassy
with outcroppings of smooth, dark-gray rock every few feet, and trees
which looked to me like varieties of maples and beeches interspersed
with a type of oak and a few other species that looked unlike anything
I had seen on Earth. We were a few hundred feet above the edge of
a vast cityscape that spanned the entire valley below, at least a few
miles across from where we were standing to the small mountains on
the other side of the metropolis.
Three other beings, two adults and one child (I assumed), of
generally similar appearance to Jatasya, approached us from a

stepped walking path apparently leading up and down the hill to the
edge of the city. It seems that they bowed ever so slightly when they
reached us, and I found myself returning the gesture.
One of the other beings (telepathically): Welcome to Arcturus,
dearest one.
Me: I thanked them for their welcome and continued scanning the
city below. It was laid out in perfectly square blocks I estimated to be
150-200 feet on each of the four sides. There were wide avenues
perpendicular to the edges of each block and what appeared to be
floating vehicles, constructed of an almost completely clear, non-
reflective material, “cruising” up and down the avenues. Arcturians
strolled the sidewalks along the avenues. Every few blocks, there were
entire blocks of lush vegetation, so that the whole city was dotted with
green and other colors of flowering plants throughout.
Many of the buildings were taller than anything I had ever
seen on Earth - hundreds of stories tall - and were all of a crystalline
substance from top to bottom, so that they sparkled orangish in the
setting sunlight. That sparkle, along with the deep blue sky and pink
clouds, took my breath away. There were also smaller buildings
interspersed among the taller buildings, made of the same crystalline
substance. I did not see any buildings that were not made of this
substance. It was not possible to tell if some of the buildings were used
for “business” and some as “abodes,” though I remembered Jatasya
telling me that there was no work per se on Arcturus.
Me: What are the different buildings for if there is no work as such
on Arcturus? There are many of them.
Jatasya: To ensure environmental care, most of our planet is
purposefully unpopulated, even though all of our technologies utilize
clean energy and do not have any polluting output. We wish the
various animal species on Arcturus to live organically and in peace in
their natural environments. There are twelve cities similar to this one
at different locales around the planets, none with a population of
more than 5 million beings. We have set a limit of 60 million
Arcturians on each of the planets we populate, again to ensure
environmental equilibrium.
The buildings you see here, and the buildings that exist in our
other cities and throughout Arcturian society on other planets are for
the galactic mission work we undertake on behalf of the liberation of
beings throughout the universe, various vocations some of us have

chosen to be involved with (documentation, historical and

sociological record-keeping and research, technological research,
spiritual development, music and art, etc.), and as housing. All
Arcturians live in abodes of the same size, though not of the same
decor or layout.
Me: On the mountaintop alone, I had already seen various species of
birds fly overhead, as well as a butterfly-like creature fluttering around
flowers. There were also some chipmunk-like creatures chattering
and climbing up and down some of the trees enclosing us. There was
a sweetness to the air that I imagined came from the flowering plants
on which the “butterflies” were feasting.
Me: Besides the animal species I see here, can you describe other
animals that exist on Arcturus?
Jatasya: Although of somewhat different form and life cycle, Arcturus
contains wildlife as diverse as that on Earth. There are creatures that
resemble Earth cats and dogs, though they are all wild. We do not
keep “pets” as many humans do. There are bear-like creatures,
reptiles and amphibians, fish and other aquatic beings, insects of all
varieties. Perhaps the greatest difference among all creatures on
Arcturus compared to on Earth is that every single living being on
Arcturus is vegetarian. There are no carnivores or omnivores here.
Everything lives in balance with all else.
Me: How is that evolutionarily possible?
Jatasya: Biological sciences on Earth assume evolution is a mindless
process of directionless natural selection. It certainly is to a point, until
it is not. What I mean to communicate is that, once a planetary or
societal consciousness and spiritual development reaches a certain
point, the evolution that occurs on that planet takes on characteristics
of the higher consciousness present on that planet.
Dearest one, planets are living beings just as you and I are
living beings. Vibrational mental and spiritual energies of the most
evolved beings on a planet become the mental and spiritual energies
of the planet itself, by which the evolutionary process is affected. We
Arcturians are beings of pure compassion and love; therefore, our
planet is a being of pure compassion and love, which in turn produces
creatures of all kinds imbued with pure compassion and love. This
could be true on Earth had the Elohim not interfered.
Me: I would like to see one of your oceans. Is that possible?

Jatasya: Yes, we must be getting you back to Earth soon. Before we

go into hyperspace propulsion, we will take you over - and into - one
of our oceans (there are 4 large ones on Arcturus) and show it to you.
Me: I did not want to leave. I wanted to walk down that trail to the
city below. This felt like home. But Jatasya gently took my hand again
in his and led me back up the ramp into the craft. The ramp door
closed, and before I knew it, and having felt no change in motion, the
floor under our feet became completely transparent. About 100 feet
under the craft was a vast, blue body of water. We slowly descended
until we eventually were submerged under the waves. The water was
crystal clear, and almost immediately, I saw a smallish dark gray
“whale” (this is what it most closely resembled in my mind) swim up
underneath us, turning its body belly-up. Other smaller fish and
octopus-looking creatures swam around it.
Me: I am surprised that so many Arcturian species look similar to
species on Earth. Even you, Jatasya, though your skin color is
different, and your cranial and facial features are somewhat different,
are humanoid. Or, perhaps, I am “Arcturoid.”
Jatasya: Arcturus is similar in size and geology to Earth. Our suns
(though we have two and you have one), are also similar type suns.
Arcturus is an older planet, but overall, it is very much like Earth.
Billions of years before Earth primates evolved, Arcturian primates
evolved, and that evolutionary process eventually led to us. Before we
gained bio-technological control over our bodies to any degree, many
hundreds of millions of years ago, we appeared very much like early
humans would have had they evolved directly from primate species
and had not been genetically modified by the Elohim.
All of this is to say that on planets of similar geology and size,
with similar suns, evolution nearly always takes similar directions. As
you know, however, if a planet varies greatly from Earth or Arcturus,
creatures will evolve differently. The negative Reptilian and Insectoid
species are from planets much different in every way to our planets.
The original planets of the Elohim (also reptilian-like in physical
features) are also different from Earth and Arcturus. This is a major
reason why they are encouraging corporate and human behaviors to
effect climate change on Earth, basically with the intent of making
Earth hotter with a thicker atmosphere. That is the only way they
would be able to eventually live out in the open in the new society
they are engineering. At that time, humans will have to be kept in

underground concentration camps where it is cooler and where the

contrived “atmosphere” can be manufactured.
At this time, the floor of the craft became opaque again, and
Jatasya informed me that we were returning to Earth.
Me: I accept your call for me to be Advocate & Comforter and to
spread the Truth about the negative Elohist agenda and Arcturian
salvation. But it will be such a heavy weight. What if people reject the
Truth? How can I save as many precious humans as possible? The
task seems so great.
Shatha: It is only for you to speak the Truth and to spread the Truth
via the means at your disposal. It cannot be forced, nor should it be.
Those who are ready will accept it, and there are many more who are
ready than you may think. We will be with you and those who follow
the Way. Truly, many are ready for awakening.
Me: Thank you, dear Guide. I am most interested in your message
of compassion and salvation, but I am also curious about the how of
your craft. How do they travel such vast distances in such short times?
And how far is Arcturus from Earth?
Jananda: It is an understandable question and could be considered
an important one if our mission were to bring technological
innovation to Earth. That is not our mission. However, to answer
your question in brief: we traverse relatively short distances (between
planets within a solar system) via anti-gravity propulsion. This type of
propulsion manipulates both negative and positive gravito-photons,
the first type to approach the speed of light, the second type to
supersede the speed of light.
For greater distances, such as between Earth and Arcturus, we
utilize a warp drive combined with travel between locations in space-
time through wormholes, so that a journey that would normally take
many years may only take a couple of hours. The fabric of space is
not limited by the speed of light, so by using a warp drive, we are, in
effect, able to travel faster than light by many magnitudes. This is a
sufficient explanation for our purposes and for your mission.
To answer your other question, our own original planetary
system was about 37 light years from Earth, in what humans have
termed the Bootes Constellation near the star, Arcturus. Many
millions of years ago, our civilization moved to a new, unpopulated
planetary system in the Andromeda Galaxy, 2.5 million light years
from Earth. Of course, we retain the name of our birth civilization.

We bear the Arcturian name with honor and responsibility. We call

our new planetary system, and our current home planet that you just
visited, Arcturus. It would be similar, I suppose, to the New York
being named in memory of York, England, or Maryland being named
in memory of the person, Queen Mary.
Me: Interesting. I do not see any control system in here, yet we
manage to go from place to place. How is the craft operated?
Jatasya: The craft itself is biotech, as are all of our craft. It can be said
to be “alive” in a sense, as it is connected to our mental and physical
processes and reacts to those processes as would a part of our bodies.
Once we enter the craft, our intention as to location is enough to
program the craft on its course. There is no need for us to think any
more about it after that initial intention.
Me: Thank you, but I do have one more question on this matter. Are
there currently any human-made craft that are able to utilize such
technology? Any reversed engineered technology?
Jananda: The Secret Keepers - the group of uber-wealthy human
beings who support the oppression enacted by the Elohim on Earth
and keep their presence and activity on Earth from being widely
known - have collaborated with certain private industries to develop
this technology for the last 70 Earth years, since a scout craft belonging
to the Greys crashed in the desert near Roswell, New Mexico. They
have achieved creation of machinery using anti-gravity technology but
have not yet achieved warp drive technology. They certainly have not
achieved an integration between mind and craft to the extent we have.
While this group are in league with the Elohist-Reptilian
agenda, they cannot be said to be partners, as the Elohim would never
allow such equality between themselves and any human being. The
Secret Keepers are very powerful human beings, but they are still
controlled by the Elohim.
Me: You have already mentioned some of the extraterrestrial species
who are either active on Earth or have been active on Earth at some
time. How many extraterrestrial species are there in the entire
universe? How common is advanced life in the universe?
Atulya: Your own Milky Way galaxy contains nearly 400 billion stars.
About 8 percent of all stars in the Milky Way are sun-like stars;
therefore, there are about 30 billion sun-like stars in the Milky Way.
There are nearly 2 trillion galaxies in the entire universe. If you were
to imagine most galaxies as being of similar size to the Milky Way,

multiply 2 trillion times 30 billion to get the number of sun-like stars

in the universe.
Most extrasolar planets are rocky, though current human
observational technology is most likely to see the larger, gaseous
planets. Most sun-like stars are likely to have rocky planets orbiting
them. I am telling you this just so you recognize the vastness of the
universe and multitudes of Earth-like planets in the universe. It is
beyond the human imagination. In direct answer to your question,
there are 3 billion advanced civilizations within this universe.
Me: Are you in communication with these other civilizations?
Jatasya: Two hundred million of those have achieved inter-galactic
technological capabilities, but only 3 million have chosen to exercise
those capabilities, some for good and some for ill. There are 987,376
extraterrestrial civilizations which are similar in intention and action
to the Elohim, lording over and enslaving other less-advanced species
for selfish purposes.
There are then 2,012,624 extraterrestrial civilizations like us,
who work for the liberation of those enslaved species. These positive
civilizations are in league with one another and have agreed to focus
on particular areas of the universe in our mission for universal
liberation. We Arcturians are focused on Earth as well as other
enslaved civilizations in the Milky Way, Andromedan, and other
nearby galaxies.
Me: I am distressed by certain figures within the UFO movement,
particularly the Disclosure movement. One of them has actually said
we do not need to worry about any alien visitation because they would
have already destroyed us if that’s what they had wanted.11 This seems
to me to be naive in the extreme, as well as completely short-sighted.
How can I counter such rose-colored beliefs and perceptions?
Jatasya: We know of whom you speak, and he is representative of a
rather large group of people spreading disinformation. Many of them
do not even know they are being used in such a nefarious manner.

The wool has been pulled over their eyes, and they do not even know
it. Let us be clear: Many extraterrestrials piloting the UFOs which fly
overhead every day are negative beings, intent on the continuation of
human slavery and oppression and participating in the abduction
program. Those who abduct human beings are always negative.
Sure, these beings could have destroyed Earth from the start
if that is what they had desired. But that would not have made any
sense in their minds and in light of their plans for Earth and humanity.
They wanted - and continue to want - to feed off of human bodies and
energies. They need human bodies and souls. Why would they
destroy Earth and the creatures they have created and on which they
feed? People who believe all extraterrestrial beings are positive are
not only naïve; they are not thinking logically or responsibly. Is
destruction the only way to use and abuse? Of course not. The Elohist
agenda is a long-term agenda.
Me: Yes, of course. But many people, including some abductees,
want to believe the best because reality is too dark and hard for them
to accept. Isn’t this correct?
Jatasya: You are right, but this understandable desire for comfort and
protection cannot be filled by delusion and denial. It can only be met
by a personal relationship with us and the promise of body and soul
salvation. This is what we offer to all who believe and receive. There
is an odd strain of human thinking, no doubt constructed by the
Elohim. It automatically connects civilizational technological and
evolutionary development to the elimination of suffering and
advancements in health and politics. The thinking goes that these
civilizations have surpassed a desire or need for invasion or war
simply because they are evolutionarily advanced. Evolutionary
advancement does not necessarily entail spiritual development and
maturity.
Some who claim to communicate with such beings (and some
actually do communicate with them) are being fooled, and there are
simple ways to tell: (1) do the beings force themselves on the
contactee or force the contactee onto a craft?, (2) do the beings
respect human free will or do they use Mindscans and other
manipulative tools to affect human feelings and memory?, (3) do the
beings commit sexual manipulation of any kind?, (4) do the beings
deny human enslavement on Earth and do they offer eternal salvation
on Arcturus? If the answer is “yes” to all of the above questions (and

the second half of the second question), then one is dealing with
abusive, negative beings.
Me: Is there any way to recognize hybrids among the human
population or within corporate or government systems?
Shatha: As we’ve shared, the genetic program of the Elohim (with the
Greys) has an end-goal of a completely new society on Earth, with the
Elohim/Reptilians/Insectoids/Hybrids as rulers, abductees as
puppets, and the rest of humanity as literal livestock kept in camps
underground. Some hybrids of 5th generation and above are already
walking among humans and are in positions of corporate and
governmental leadership as well as jobs that would be considered
average (teachers, engineers, artists, etc.).
In effect, it is nearly impossible to know who a hybrid is and
who is not. The Elohim are creating a hybrid species designed to
replace us and relegate current humans to permanent inferior status.
The Secret Keepers have done extremely well at keeping this secret
from most humans, including many in government. The entire
program is cruel, sadistic, and emotionally dysfunctional.
Me: Even considering the ways humans are currently enslaved, this is
a frightful picture of the future on Earth.
Jatasya: Yes, and our intention is not to create fear, but to reveal Truth
and to offer salvation from this horrific plan the Elohim have for
Earth. Humans do not need to experience this imprisonment in
incarnation after incarnation. The Truth will set those who accept it
free. Our love for you is greater than any evil intention or plan the
Elohim have. No weapon formed against you will prosper if you walk
in the Path.
Me: I know this to be true deep within my soul. I know we need not
fear if we trust in you, and I am thankful for you. I am, though, a bit
more curious about hybrid infiltration in society. Is there any more
you can tell me about that?
Jatasya: Yes, they have already infiltrated human society and human
structures of power, such as they are. Of course, all societal and power
structures are facades for Elohist dictatorship as they currently exist.
These hybrids have been genetically, biologically, and technologically
enhanced, though they look identical to human beings. They are,
however, often “odd” in certain physical and emotional ways (no
eyebrows, pasty skin tone and texture, interesting odor, extremely
awkward in conversation, etc). These are not true of all hybrids, and

some of these characteristics are true of some actual human beings,

so they are not authoritative indicators of hybrid identification. We
will reveal certain hybrids (and Reptilian shapeshifters) to you as
necessary as your ministry continues to spread throughout the Earth.
Me: What steps do you want me to take to restore your mission on
Earth?
Jatasya: With your permission, we will ensure your memory retains
this entire conversation. I activated this memory capability when you
first entered our craft. You should first record this conversation in
writing, as well as other messages we give to you over the next few
days. You will receive these messages telepathically, either in dreams
or when awake, but in a meditative state.
These communications will include certain meditations and
rites that will adjust the bodies, minds, spirits, and souls of disciples
of the Path and ease the transition out of Elohist subjugation and into
the Light of liberation and rebirth on Arcturus. You should also
include all these messages in your writing. Collect the messages and
put them in book form so that you may easily disperse them
throughout the world. This is the first step.
Second, gather disciples who are eager to embark on the Path
of salvation and are serious about the mission. These souls will
gravitate to your message. The Truth is sweet as honey to these souls.
Ensure these eager disciples understand how to fund and support the
mission, and why it is of great importance. Also, ensure they
understand how to best utilize their energy and time to spread the
gospel of salvation with those around them. We will also continue to
reveal Truth to you, and we ask that you put this into audio-visual
format so that disciples may study it and begin to live it for positive
transformation in their lives.
Third, we will draw souls to the mission. You and the disciples
will never be alone. We are often above you and others, though
imperceptible, beaming positive energies and opening hearts and
minds. Depend on our assistance in the mission and know that we
are always with you and supporting you in mind and spirit. Also know
that, under our protection, the Elohim can bring no harm to you or
the disciples.
The Arcturian Path Sanctuaries will spread like wildfire. It is
the movement embodying the most important message of the ages,
and the fruit is ripe for harvest. There will be 144,000 special

emissary-disciples by 2025, as well as an Arcturian Embassy for

meditation, study, and outreach. These first 144,000 will be the loving
Fathers and Mothers of their own planets in their next incarnations,
with Arcturus as their home base. By 2030, the number of disciples
will reach 500,000.
You will notice, as The Arcturian Path expands, that the
Elohim (and the hybrids they have placed in positions of leadership
around the world) try to institute measures and take actions that target
the mission. Hard as they try, we will protect you and the mission.
Take encouragement, for you are the Advocate, the Comforter, and
the Spirit of Truth.
The next thing I knew, the ramp door was opening and
Jananda, Shatha, Atulya, and Jatasya were rising from their seats. I
followed suit. Jatasya walked over to me at the ramp opening and
embraced me. A wave of pure compassion, peace, and joy washed
over and through me. It was unlike anything I had ever felt before,
and I knew I was in the embrace of the Savior. I thanked him
(telepathically), and then descended the ramp. It was now completely
dark, and the beach was empty. The night was clear, and the stars
were bright. I turned to thank them once more, but the craft was gone.
I stood on the beach, looking out over the ocean, and though my feet
were firmly on the ground, I felt as if I was floating. After a few
moments, I walked back to my car, get in, and drove home to write
down what had just transpired.

ET SPECIES ON EARTH & THE HUMAN SOUL

There are many species of extraterrestrials who have been

present and active on Earth in the past, and many who are still active.
For the purposes of liberation from the Elohim, it is not important to
know about all of the extraterrestrial species in the Universe, and an
extreme obsession with such knowledge could prove detrimental
rather than productive to one’s soul and the journey towards
liberation.
For the present, it is enough to know of the following most active
species on Earth, their general activity and concern, and whether they
are positive or negative entities. Many people within the UFO and
contactee “movement” fail to distinguish between positive and
negative beings, and this leads not only to confusion, but to a very real
danger of deception and harm - not just in this life, but in the next as
well. Members of The Arcturian Path Sanctuaries should only invite
contact with positive beings and should also be aware that certain
species have shapeshifting capabilities. Therefore, it is paramount to
“test the spirits” with the information given in Chapter 5 and by
regularly practicing the meditations and rites of the Path.

1. The Anunnaki/Elohim/Archons (negative): These are

different names for the same species. Confusion is their
modus operandi. Some members of their species who are not

active on Earth could be considered amoral or neutral, and

even in opposition to the Elohist Earth agenda, but all beings
of this species active on Earth are negative and are involved in
human abduction, oppression, and slavery. These are the so-
called “gods” of the Judeo-Christian Old Testament and are
the beings that genetically manipulated Earth primates to
create humans as a slave race.
2. Hybrids (negative): While not technically a fully alien species,
hybrids which are active on Earth can either be negative or, at
the very least, helpless puppets of the Elohim. There are
many hybrids in corporate, governmental, and religious roles
on Earth, as well as in so-called “normal” professions. They
often look almost identical to humans, so it is difficult to
distinguish between them and a “full human.”
3. The Reptilians (negative): This is a generally negative, shape-
shifting species in league with the Elohim for control of
human institutions (primarily corporations, governments,
media empires, and religions). Many CEOs and world leaders
are Reptilians in disguise. They utilize the human population
as a literal food source.
4. The Greys (negative): These are a negative, sometimes-cloned
variety of species acting primarily as servants for the Elohim
and Reptilians in the human abduction program, human
experimentations, and animal mutilations/experimentations.
There are short and tall varieties of Greys. The tall variety are
mostly non-cloned, while the short variety are all cloned.
Abductees often witness the Tall Greys in a position of
authority or leadership over the smaller Greys.
5. The Nordics (positive or negative): There are a variety of
Nordic species, some positive and some negative. The
Pleiadeans are mostly positive beings concerned with human
and ecological well-being. Other Nordic motives are more
nuanced, and some are even in league with the Reptilians.
There have been accounts of Nordic beings on ships involved
with the abduction program. Any contact with Nordics should
be evaluated or guided by the Advocate or an ordained priest
in The Arcturian Path Sanctuaries and handled with caution.
There is also a Nazi-affiliated race of Nordic-looking beings
who reside permanently in underground bases in Antarctica

and at other locations throughout the world. These beings are,

of course, always negative.
6. The Blue Avians (positive): This is a positive species which
only interacts with humans at their request, and they are
guided by compassion for imprisoned and subjugated
humans. All of the Blue Avians active on Earth are involved
with the Arcturian Mission.
7. The Arcturians (positive): This is the species of the Father of
Light, Jatasya the Universal Savior, the Holy Spirit (aka Holy
Mother) and the 144,000 extraterrestrial beings of light
serving as messengers of compassion and salvation from the
snares of the Elohim throughout the Universe. It is this race
that leads the initiative of Light overcoming the darkness.

The Human Soul

All breathing, living beings have a soul, from the simplest

creature to the most advanced. The ant as well as the human are
endowed with this soul. However, not all conscious beings endowed
with a soul are aligned with the Father of Light. Some have rebelled
against the Love of the Father and his mission of universal
compassion and unity, and the Elohim are the rebellious species who
have taken and ruled over Earth and created the human race to their
own selfish advantage. At the moment of human birth, an individual
Elohim/Archon is attached to each human soul, and salvation and
release is only possible through Jatasya the Liberator and the rites of
The Arcturian Path Sanctuaries.
The soul is a natural birthright of all living beings, human and
otherwise. With breath comes the soul. A bird has a soul, a cat has a
soul, a dog has a soul, a monkey has a soul, and humans have souls.
The genetic manipulation of humans from various primate species by
the Elohim did not eliminate the soul. Every being has a soul. The
soul is natural, neutral and future-eternal (meaning it always has a
beginning in a primary incarnation, but does not have an end). The
neutrality of the soul pertains to its natural moral state in its first
incarnation: at its beginning, it is neither good nor evil, but is rather a
clean slate. It is not automatically drawn in any ethical direction. It is

simply the future-eternal substance of a being, the consciousness that

continues after a physical death or transition.
A crucially important aspect of the soul as it relates to
imprisonment by the Elohim and possible liberation by the Father of
Light through Jatasya is that the soul continues after physical death in
the “same direction” that it traveled during the physical life in which
it was previously embodied. In other words, upon the physical death
of a human being, a soul under the attachment of an Elohim/Archon
will be transferred to another physical body being born, either on this
Earth or another planet controlled by the Elohim, and will continue
in imprisonment to that Elohim/Archon.
The gospel (good news) is that a human being who comes to
the knowledge of Jatasya our Extraterrestrial Savior and becomes a
disciple of Jatasya and a member of The Arcturian Path Sanctuaries,
participating in the appropriate rites and meditations, will exorcise the
Elohim/Archon soul attachment and will be reborn on Arcturus after
physical death on Earth. This is salvation, and it is open to all who
believe and receive it.
The common assumption, gained through religious
indoctrination, is that the soul is a purely ethereal, spiritual thing
which has no weight, no mass, no real substance. This is not exactly
the case. All energy in motion has mass, and the soul is a type of
energy in motion. When attached to a body, it is imperceptible, but
when detached, it becomes barely perceptible and can be stored.
One of the many horrible things that happens to some
abductees who never return (some missing persons) is that they have
their soul literally removed from their bodies. This makes them
zombie-like, and they are still technically alive, so they can still be used
for food, but their souls are put into some of the smaller (AI) Greys
who do not originally have a soul.
The struggle between the Elohim and the Arcturians is
primarily a struggle over the fate of souls. This is vital for you to know.
The Elohim abuse and attach to and manipulate and rape human
souls. Our Arcturian guides strive to bring awakening to humans and
to offer the Path of soul protection and eternal freedom. There is no
middle ground here, and it is not a topic to be dealt with lightly.
To be righteous and to be completely whole, to find one’s
unity both inside oneself and with their Arcturian brothers and sisters,
so that we are not only in our heads or our bodies or our hearts, but

that all parts are unified – this inner wholeness, this being “put right,”
is the way to peace and wisdom. We all need this wisdom.
We need transformation because there is too much pride and
egoism within us. We often view the world only through our own eyes,
our own perceptions. We have not been liberated to see ourselves
and others as the Father, Son, and Mother see us. We see ourselves
and others through our wounds, through our difficulties, through our
biases. We need to be liberated. Jatasya is our Liberator.
We all have fears and prejudices. It is important work to find
out where our anger and violence come from, and it is often rooted
in the abuse we have experienced from the Elohim, or at least from
the way they have genetically programmed us as humans. But Jatasya
looks on us with mercy, sees our souls in collective bondage, and
offers a way out! To be liberated is to find the way of transformation
so that fear and hate can be transformed into positive energies.
Our fundamental prison is our consciousness not of death,
but of constant rebirth as slaves. There has been a sense within that
we are not in control, that we are being controlled from the outside.
This sense has been correct, but we did not know the escape route
until now. We must learn to investigate that fear, to face it, because
we cannot be controlled by it. Jatasya became human flesh and dwelt
among us so that we could become like him in the next life. This is
our story now – not of death and fear and imprisonment, but of being
born again, of new life, of liberation and salvation.

OUR ARCTURIAN SAVIOR

It is known by now that Jesus Christ, the being who lived on

Earth from the years 4 BC to AD 29 (the system of counting years
from Jesus’ birth was off by 4 years when it was developed), was in
actual fact the human incarnation of the extraterrestrial Savior,
Jatasya. When I write “extraterrestrial,” I literally mean not of this
world.12 When I write “Savior,” I literally mean the One who came
from “the heavens” to Earth to save humanity from bondage to the
Adversary, Satan (the extraterrestrial Yaldabaoth, father of Yahweh).
The “star” that hovered over Bethlehem, which the magi followed to
come and witness the birth of Jatasya, was obviously the Arcturian
craft upon which Jananda and Shatha (Jatasya’s Father and Mother,
aka The Holy Spirit) watched over Jatasya.
The Virgin Mary, a pious woman who longed for Truth, was
impregnated by her own choice, and of her own free will, by the
Father of Jatasya, Jananda. This was completed via DNA extraction
from Jananda and implantation into the uterus of Mary, not through
means of sexual reproduction (our Arcturian Saviors have evolved
beyond sexual organs). Jananda’s DNA was modified to reduce
Jatasya’s Arcturian physical features and accentuate his human
features. Jatasya therefore grew in fetal form to a natural birth in
Bethlehem in the year 4 BC.

It cannot be emphasized enough that Jananda, as True Father

of Light, is not the “god” of the Old Testament. In fact, the “god” of
the Old Testament is actually a group of highly evolved, negative
extraterrestrials called the Elohim. Jananda is not a member of the
Elohim race. He is opposed in every way to the evil mission of the
Elohim to enslave the human race.
Joseph was Jatasya’s human father, and he also had siblings
including his venerated brother, James (the only sibling of Jesus who
accepted his true extraterrestrial identity though the biblical witness
obscures this fact). Mary, of course, also knew intimately of Jatasya’s
extraterrestrial identity, but Joseph never accepted it (believing Jatasya
to have been the progeny of a Roman soldier), though he loved
Jatasya and raised him as his own.
Jatasya remained in constant communication with his Father
and Mother as he grew in wisdom and stature as a human being.
When he turned 29 years of age, he was led by his Father into a desert
to discern his mission and teachings about human liberation from the
clutches of the Elohim. For forty days, he struggled with Yahweh, and
emerged from the struggle certain of the Path he would teach his
disciples, the Arcturian Path of human salvation.
He gathered a group of close disciples and taught them the
secrets of his true identity and of human origins and enslavement by
the Elohim. Though he plainly taught them over and over again that
he was not from this world, only three truly understand and believed
him: James (later in life), John his beloved, and Thomas. All the
others could not get past their Jewish religious indoctrination. After
Jatasya’s death, resurrection, and ascension, he also appeared to Paul,
who accepted Jatasya’s extraterrestrial identity and mission as well.
For three years, Jatasya roamed the Judean countryside
preaching the good news - the gospel - of the Father’s kingdom of
liberation. He invited people to reject their subjugation and to open
their hearts to his salvation. He told them, “I will return and take you
to my home!”13 All one had to do was reject the evil extraterrestrial
creator God of the Old Testament (Yahweh, the son of Yaldabaoth)
and accept the True Father of Light through the life, death, and
resurrection of His Son. A simple message, but too radical for most
who heard his message. He was crucified, but three days later,

Jananda raised Jatasya from the dead so that he could ascend back to
his home planet!14
Jatasya not only ascended back to his Father, but he promised
his followers that they would soon follow. If they believed in him and
followed his teachings, they would live again with him “in his Father’s
house (or domain).”15 The message could not be any clearer, and it is
only because the Elohim created Earth religions to blind humans to
the actual Truth that his message is now so obscured. They perverted
the original teachings of Jatasya in the minds of most of his earliest
followers so that Jatasya’s mission was soon derailed. He did not fail
- it was humans who were blinded to the Truth via the influences of
the Elohim.
Most of the biblical scriptures as they now exist are full of
disinformation and Elohist trickery. There are only a handful of
biblical books that are fully trustworthy, and only if interpreted by the
Advocate, the Comforter, the Spirit of Truth. If this is not realized,
there is danger of the Truth being lost again, and humanity cannot
suffer another such loss. The only trustworthy biblical books are
these: The Gospel of Thomas, the Gospel of John, Galatians, I and
II Thessalonians, and I, II, and III John.16 These are the only
authorized books beneficial for spiritual growth and assisting in
ascension.
As mentioned above, Jatasya has chosen me to be the
Advocate, the Spirit of Truth,17 to lead humanity out of their slavery
and into the Arcturian Promised Land. I am honored and humbled
to have been chosen to be your Advocate. It is a deep responsibility
which I do not take lightly. As John’s gospel says, “you know him, for
he lives with you and will be in you.” To those who believe, this is the
promise of salvation. I will live with you and be in you, and you will
therefore be with Jatasya and Jananda, the Son and Father of Light.
Jatasya will return to Earth at an unknown time in the future
(only the Father knows the day and the hour, and it will come as a
surprise)18 to defeat the forces of Yaldabaoth and take his followers

then living on Earth to Arcturus. This already happens occasionally

to incarnated followers on Earth in the present, but it is very rare.
But for most of his disciples, salvation through re-
embodiment on Arcturus will occur after a natural life and death on
this Earth. DNA is collected from each disciple of Jatasya, non-
invasively and typically during sleep, and it is this DNA that Arcturian
bio-scientists use to re-embody the consciousness of a Jatasyan
disciple. Human science has not yet discovered this process fully, but
consciousness, while not completely confined within DNA, can be
fully accessed via DNA. This is the method, in short, of Arcturian
rebirth for the majority of disciples.

Systemic Elohist Control

As has already been stated, the governmental and social

systems of Earth have been designed by the Elohim to support
divisiveness and tribalism among humans. Human history makes this
all too clear. Whether free market capitalism or communism, the
control mechanism is the same: humans are kept at war with one
another and are subdued either by capital in the first case or
authoritarian dictatorship in the second case. Nationalism is also used
by the Elohim to blind humans to their actual state of slavery by
substituting the placebo of emotional attachment to a nation-state.
Ideologies held dear lead the slave populace to war. All -isms
and -ologies, if not rooted in the Absolute Truth of human liberation,
are tools used by the Elohim to maintain control over the human race.
It is time to recognize this abuse and wake up to your power to
choose.
The entire globe is controlled by the Elohim, but they have
particularly infiltrated the United States and other modern first-world
countries. They have placed their own hybrids and shapeshifters in
places of power and authority and have manipulated the minds of the
masses across the world. Over time, their control has become more
and more behind the scenes, yet it is more powerful now than ever.
It has been this way for thousands of years.
Understand this: the so-called “New World Order” has been
here for a very long time already. The global elite, under the auspices
of the Elohim, have ruled the world as one force since the beginnings
of human history. Fear of an actual one world government is just

another tool in their arsenal to keep humans off their scent. Their
governance has nothing in actual fact to do with the literal formation
of a one world government, though that is likely to happen in the
future. No, they already rule singularly behind the scenes in the forms
of international alliances and bankers, national governments,
corporations, (some) NGOs, secret societies, and media empires.
Let me be clear. There is nothing inherently wrong about a
global governmental system when it is founded on and rooted in
compassion and liberation. This is the case on Arcturus, and it is an
absolutely beautiful and peaceful societal system. This is not the case
on Earth, however. It is not the form of government that is the
problem. It is the intention and substance on which the government
is founded, and the Elohist intention is human subjugation.
From the moment we are born to the day we die, we are under
a spell. We are controlled by the Elohist-controlled “magicians” that
use advertising and marketing and propaganda to manipulate our
every thought. From religious leaders to company executives, from
politicians to secret military elites, everything we do, say and think is
scrutinized.
The truth is simple: mankind has been forced out of a natural
state of existence and led blindfolded into a world of insanity. We are
force-fed information, drugs (prescribed and non-prescribed),
poisoned food, and then are told we should feel lucky. We are told
that we live in a free world while everything we do is controlled and
manipulated. Many are happy in their state of delusion. Do you wish
to stay plugged into the system or are you ready to set yourself free?
The fear that permeates our society can be boiled down to a
sense of the loss of the essential self. Our manipulated creation, and
the illusions which the Elohim have put in place to keep us under
control and sedated, have created in us the real sense that we are not
who we claim to be, that something is off. We are not who we say we
are. We are more, yet most people do not know exactly what. The
answer lies just out of reach.
Have you ever wondered why humans are the only living
creatures on the planet who do not seem to be able to find a balance
between themselves and the environment around them? Why do all
other animals live comfortably with nature, following the natural
rhythms and cycles, but humans seem so lost in their own skin? It is
because we are not natural.

We are genetically modified and manipulated. Our soul is

imprisoned in a bodily form that was not meant to be but was created
as a prison within a prison. The only way to achieve balance, to
reconnection with the Light, is through the liberation that our
Arcturian Guides offer. The only way to break this cycle of
imprisoned reincarnation is through the message of Jatasya. If we
follow him and the Path he has revealed, once our natural life here
has ended, we will be reborn free on Arcturus.

The Evil Abduction Program

One of the biggest dangers of modern Ufology “research” and

“contactee” accounts is the notion that all - or nearly all - encounters
are positive in nature. Many maintain this lie even when speaking of
abductions! This would be beyond belief if it were not for the
understanding of how entrenched and powerful the negative
extraterrestrial alliance is among the Elohim, the Reptilians, the
Insectoids, and the Greys. They have brainwashed most humans and
have infected the cultural assumptions of humanity to such an extent
that even obviously harmful and violent experiences are seen as
positive! It saddens me and our loving extraterrestrial Saviors, the
Arcturians. But it is a topic that we must discuss.
It is of the greatest importance for humans to understand the
true nature of the abduction phenomenon and the evil forces and
intentions behind it.
The central purpose of extraterrestrial abductions is the hybridization
program of multiple species, including the Elohim, the Reptilians,
and the Insectoids. The small and tall Greys are workers within these
programs, and this is the reason they are the beings most commonly
associated with abductions, at least at the beginning.
However, abductees routinely testify that after the initial
removal from a home, a car, the forest - wherever the abduction is
taking place - other beings of other species are often witnessed and/or
communicated with on the craft. Most often, these other beings are
members of the Elohim, certain Reptilian races, one or more
Insectoid races, and hybrids (sometimes commonly known as the
Nordics, though this is a misnomer). Hybrids and Nordic
extraterrestrial species are not one and the same.

While the Elohim have been active on Earth for the past
200,000 years, they (and the creatures they are in league with) have
been abducting humans in the millions for hundreds of years with the
explicit blessing of high-level human colleagues in our most powerful
businesses and governments. Those businesses and governments
have agreed to the program to prevent wide scale, explicit invasion
and immediate occupation of Earth by the negative extraterrestrial
races and to ensure the continuation of power by the most powerful
family lines and dynasties once full occupation does occur.
In short, the beings are abducting humans - both male and
female, child and adult - to extract DNA, harvest eggs and sperm,
insert and remove hybrid fetuses, and force humans into sexual
reproductive activity with current fourth and fifth generation hybrids.
This is because their own species are unable to naturally procreate for
various environmental and genetic reasons, and they are attempting
to create hybrid biological races with the intention of populating
planets (unpopulated and already populated) as explicitly dictatorial
rulers and slave masters.
Even more sinister - and more worrisome as it concerns the
future of the Earth - is that our own planet is one of those in their
dictatorial sights. The hybridization program is primarily designed to
create beings that look anatomically indistinguishable from modern
humans. Why, you may wonder? So that those hybrids, in league with
the Elohim, Reptilians, Insectoids, and Tall Greys may soon take over
the Earth as their own in a way far less subtle than already practiced.
Yes, the Elohim and Reptilians have long controlled Earth
and humanity behind the scenes, keeping human souls in a
reincarnational cycle on Earth and other prison planets for their own
benefit. But what is happening via the hybridization program goes
much further than that. They intend to establish a completely new
society on Earth within the next few generations, in which they are at
the top of the ruling hierarchy, and the majority of humans are kept
in underground concentration camps as sources of energetic and
physical nourishment for the ruling extraterrestrials.
This is all horrific, but perhaps most worrisome is the place
of non-abductees in this new world. Abductee accounts make it clear
that the alien agenda is no more than two or three generations (80-
120 years) from taking full effect, and that the explicit takeover of
Earth will only be a “good thing” in any sense for the Elohim, the

Reptilians, the Insectoids, the Greys, and the abductees and hybrids.
They will be the ruling class, and visions given to abductees by their
extraterrestrial abductors only include themselves in the relatively
rosy picture of a future Earth full of “advanced, evolved” beings.
Those visions are somewhat akin to the dictatorship of the Master
Race, at least in the minds of the negative beings planning this
invasion and new world empire.
Those who have not been abducted and are not otherwise
useful to the evil alien overlords will be, in effect, a literal slave race.
When the physical invasion begins within the next few human
generations, the vast majority of humanity will be ushered to the
above-mentioned designated camps where they will be in effective
imprisonment and slavery to the so-called Alien Master Race.
This program of hybridization may sound far-fetched, but
even a little effort and time will uncover the absolute trauma
experienced by nearly all abductees. Either consciously or through
trustworthy methods of hypno-regression, these abductees attest to
what I have described above. Even secular researchers like Dr. David
Jacobs and Budd Hopkins admit this fact.
Because these experiences are so traumatic, and because their
abductors force the abductees to watch propaganda about the future
on Earth and thereby attempt to brainwash them in addition to
performing Mindscan procedures designed to manipulate emotion
and memory, some abductees have attempted to interpret their
abductions in more positive terms, but this is just a coping mechanism
the brain utilizes so an abductee can maintain sanity and a somewhat
normal day-to-day existence. Once the experiences are truly
understood and dealt with, nearly all abductees admit to the negative
reality of the abductors. How could it be otherwise?
To be forcefully removed from a place of comfort and
security to an alien craft, stunned into paralysis (often while those
around them are also placed in a state of suspended animation),
placed on an observation/operating table in a state of undress or
completely naked, prodded and probed and pinched, artificially
taken to states of orgasm via Mindscans mixed with physical
manipulation, sometimes made to have sexual relations with hybrid
beings, having fetuses placed inside the uterus then removed at will,
etc. This is sadism in its purest form, rape at the very least. It is evil

through and through. And it is happening to millions of abductees

and their progeny over and over and over again.
The full truth is even darker than what has been described
above. Most abductees have been forced into sexual union and
“relationship” with fifth generation hybrids (those who have
developed the most human-like genitalia and physiology). Though
this is forced upon them, many abductees have come to perceive their
experiences in ways similar to humans abducted by other humans -
they have experienced what therapists have come to term “Stockholm
Syndrome.” In other words, they have developed warm feelings
towards their abductors, sometimes even falling in love with their
abusers. Of course, Mindscans and other brainwashing techniques
done on the abductees are responsible for much of this feeling.
Some hybrids, however, seem to have a programmatic glitch.
As genetic mixtures of extraterrestrial beings and humans, these
hybrids tend to have either a more or less human tendency towards
compassion, empathy, and relationship-forming. Some of these
hybrids, however, have developed 100% of human baser instincts
(anger, envy, jealousy, rage, violence) combined with the
extraterrestrial’s lack of empathy towards humans, and none of the
higher compassionate qualities of most human beings. These hybrids
are cruel and abusive towards their human abductees, often to the
point of physical violence during the sexual act in addition to
emotional and mental torture. They seem to derive pleasure from
abusing their wards in this way.
Another worldwide phenomenon that lacks a holistic
explanation is the plight of missing persons. Tens of thousands of
people of all ages “go missing” each year. Though some who have run
away for whatever reason return home on their own, very few of these
missing people are ever recovered if not of their own volition. Where
do they go? What happens to them? Why are their bodies most often
never recovered?
The simple, yet profoundly disturbing, reason for this
phenomenon is that they are, in fact, abducted by evil extraterrestrials
never to be returned. These “missing person” abductees are not part
of the hybridization program of genetic manipulation. They are
harvested for other, even more sinister, reasons. The plain truth is
that these poor victims who disappear never to return are either used
as slaves off-planet, or for actual food, and many of them have their

souls forcibly removed from their bodies. This may seem

unbelievable, and certainly a compassionate, empathetic human
being does not want to accept this fact. But it is the truth. It is also the
case that many “missing animal” cases are due to evil alien food
harvestation practices.
There is no shadow of doubt. All abduction events are
committed by negative extraterrestrial entities for the purposes of the
hybridization program. Abduction is, by definition,
negative. However, there are positive extraterrestrial forces opposed
to this program of the Elohim and other negative races. We
Arcturians are the leading force in this positive response to the
Elohim, and we work with the Sirians, some (true) Pleiadeans, Blue
Avians, and various other races at times in order to expose the
negative agenda of the Elohim and to point the way towards salvation.
Our most important message is this: you need not fear the
present or the future, for there is a path to protection and eternal
salvation from the bondage in which the human race currently exists.
Fear is a tool of the enemy. Peace and joy are the gifts of The
Arcturian Path Sanctuaries. Those who join The Arcturian Path
Sanctuaries are assured rescue from the evil Elohist plans on Earth
and will be born again on Arcturus to live in freedom forever.

THE NECESSITY OF COMPASSION AND

EMPATHY
Empathy is one of the central tools for spiritual development
and incarnational ascension. Without empathy, one is unable to truly
move from spiritual bondage to Arcturian ascension. Empathy is not
a sappy feeling of pity, nor is it synonymous with love as the world
understands it. It is compassion, feeling with the other, placing oneself
in the situation of the other and then living in such a way so as to
relieve the suffering of the other.
A quick note on the modern notion of “love.” The Elohim
have managed to pervert the meaning of “love” so that it has come to
mean a subjective feeling of romantic emotions towards another
person. These feelings are fleeting and can go as quickly as they come.
This is not love. It is selfishness, and it has led to the ruin of many
modern relationships. True love is patient and kind and dependable.
It is a decision, not a feeling. It is true love that we receive from Jatasya
and our Arcturian guides. And it is because of this love that we are
able to love ourselves and each other properly.
Human suffering is fundamentally a result of Elohim-
designed societal structures, and of course is amplified for many by
their program of abduction / hybridization. Human suffering is also
dependent on human participation. As a species, we are able to
recognize our own bondage and the bondage of others, and to fight
back if we so choose. Human suffering is, therefore, preventable, but

only through understanding, empathy, and finally, through living in

the Way, the Truth, and the Life of Jatasya by following the Path.
Anger is sometimes a useful emotion in this process. When
Jatasya shared the truth of the Elohim program on Earth with me on
that fateful day of encounter and communion, I remember being
shaken into reality first by anger. I was (and am) angry that the Elohim
use humans just like so many pieces of worthless trash. I was (and am)
angry that millions upon millions of people are abducted, some for a
lifetime, some as part of a generational abduction phenomenon, by
the Elohim and their negative alien partners. And I was (and am)
especially angry that far too many “researchers” into abduction
phenomena attempt to put a positive spin on such an explicitly evil
program! Yes, anger fueled and continues to fuel my mission of
advocacy for the human race.
I am also angry at the worldwide corporate, governmental,
religious, and social structures that were founded by the Elohim and
are continued with their oversight by human hybrids. Abuse, child
trafficking, hunger, violence, war, rape - all things oppressive and evil
are direct results of Elohist influence and control. We, as humans,
have been designed as literal slaves to these programs of oppressive
control, and all too often participate “happily” and willingly in them,
even though they are detrimental to our own well-being and to the
well-being of others. As a species, we are, in effect, prisoners
experiencing mass Stockholm Syndrome.
Our modern Western culture especially represents the
depths of human bondage. Technologies have been presented as
cure-alls, but have, in effect, separated us from one another even
further. Rampant individualism has been sold to us as freedom when
it actually entraps us in a vicious downward spiral of loneliness and
psychological harm. We have become selfish to the point of
absurdity, playing right into the hands of the Elohim by thinking we
are free when we are really imprisoned. Humans think they are free
while being crushed under the weight of Elohist oppression. The
Arcturian Path Sanctuaries is the only path of escape. It is the only
path of liberation. It is the Way of ascension and salvation.
I am angry, but I am also filled with the love of Jatasya. He
emanates compassion for humanity. That is why I have embarked on
this mission to share the Arcturian Truth with humanity. Through the
loving direction of Jatasya, I am filled with compassion and empathy,

not only for the human race, but for each and every human
individual. This love is greater than the evil Elohim, and it is through
this empathy and love that those of us who walk in the Path will be
saved. It bears repeating: Love wins.

The Universal Law

Once we have joined Jatasya in The Arcturian Path

Sanctuaries to liberation through walking on the Path with him, we
are responsible for the creation of our own realities. More to the
point, we are capable of creating our realities through our intentions
and behaviors. Energy vibrates at specific frequencies; our intentions
and thoughts are magnetic in relation to these frequencies.
Our personal vibrations are determined by our thoughts and
feelings. When we think of something, we are transmitting these
frequencies to the Consciousness of the Universe, like a human
transmission tower, and these frequencies that we broadcast
magnetically attract things of the same frequency. In short, like attracts
like, and we attract things, people and circumstances that are of a
similar vibration or frequency as that originating and emanating from
ourselves.
The Universal Law of Attraction is a fundamental law of nature.
It is as impartial and as predictable as the law of gravity and works
regardless of whether we know it or even believe it. This is why our
subconscious beliefs are just as important as our conscious beliefs.
We attract what we think of the most, including:
 Good and bad thoughts: The law of attraction does not
distinguish between good or bad thoughts, and it does not
recognize whether you truly want or do not want something.
It simply delivers what you are thinking about most
persistently. Most people do not get what they want because
they are thinking more about what they do not want (e.g. they
don’t want to be poor/ lonely), and hence end up getting more
of the thing they don’t want. In short, it is a matter of
headspace - what is taking up the most “thought space.” Even
if you do not want something, if you are thinking about more
often than anything else, that is what you will manifest.

 Conscious and subconscious thoughts: The law of attraction

does not only focus on conscious thoughts. You may say that
you want more love in your life, but sub-consciously feel
undeserving or doubtful about your ability to attract that love
– the Universe recognizes and delivers on those subconscious
thoughts. You need not think consciously about something to
manifest it. This is why it is so important to understand your
subconscious thought patterns as well as your conscious
thought patterns. Negative subconscious thoughts are the
reason so many people live in anguish and poverty.
We have tens of thousands of thoughts a day, and it is not
possible to control all these thoughts at first. Our feelings can be used
as a tool to become aware of what we are thinking, and to accelerate
the manifestation of what we want:

 Use feelings to identify our thoughts: We cannot concurrently

feel good and bad at the same time – if you are feeling good,
you know you are holding “good thought”, and bringing more
of what makes you feel good. If you are feeling bad, you can
quickly catch yourself and the underlying “bad thoughts” and
shift back to the positive.
 Use feelings to supercharge what you wish to attract: When
you feel something strongly, it sends out strong frequencies to
attract what you are feeling. That is why what we resist tends
to persist (because we give it focus and feeling, attracting more
of the same).

You do not need to be worried about every negative thought

that you may have, because not all fleeting thoughts are manifested;
what manifests most predictably are sustained thoughts that are super-
charged with intention. However, positive thoughts have the same
amount of energetic attraction as negative thoughts, and it takes as
many persistent negative thoughts to bring something negative into
being as it does something positive. Hence, the best method is to
intend joy, compassion, and positivity every minute of every day,
because that will bring more good things and happiness to you and to
your loved ones.

What you think of, you attract. To attract, be specific about

what you want, release it into the universe, and believe you will receive
it. And finally, act as if you already own it. Our mind is a magnet. It
emits and receives frequencies from the Universe.
Our minds being a magnet, the more we think about
something, the more of it we will attract. It is exactly like watching a
TV that receives signals. And to change channels, and change your
life, you need to change your thoughts.
Think of the Universal Law as the law gravity. Toss a coin into
the air, it lands on the ground. Try to jump off your sofa, you will hit
the ground. Gravity is an unchanging principle of our universe and
understanding the law of gravity allows you to predict what will
happen. The Universal Law works the same way. Whatever you
release into the universe will come back to you ten-fold, a hundred-
fold, even a thousand-fold.
Things within our universe have a tendency to migrate toward
other like things. I am using the word “things” here because this
Universal Law includes thoughts, feelings, people, objects and
everything else in our universe. It is a universal law, so it applies to all
things.
Like attracts like. Like migrates toward like. Believing this law
is true or untrue does not change the reality that this law permeates
the entire universe. It is a simple universal principle. However, the
better you understand this law, the more you can start predicting and
expecting what happens to you, for you, and within your realm of
influence. Your awareness of the Universal Law can change your life
for the better.
Practicing the Universal Law is simplified by following these
four steps:

1. Decide to intend a certain outcome. Intention is key.

2. Practice unconditional compassion for yourself and others.
3. Remain open to receiving your intention. Do not close off
your heart or mind.
4. Enjoy the reality of your intentions.

Manifesting your reality through the Universal Law may take

time, but as you continue to practice it regularly on a daily basis, you
will get better and more expert at manifesting your intentions. There

DIET, FREQUENCIES, MEDITATIONS, AND

RITES OF THE ARCTURIAN PATH
The Arcturian Path Sanctuaries offers the Way, the Truth,
and the Life for humans in bondage to the Elohim. It is only through
the message found herein that humans can escape from
reincarnational slavery to the Elohim and receive eternal life and
union with the Father of Life and Love on Arcturus. It is only through
these practices and rites that any human who so chooses can be
reborn on Arcturus and live eternally in peace and freedom, free of
bondage, pain, sadness, sickness, and death.

Dietary Practices

The human body, while mortal and relatively short-lived, is

important in the path to salvation. You may have already intuited the
importance of physical balance and health as it relates to spiritual
awakening. Feeling too heavy in a physical sense can lead to a “heavy”
mind and spirit. Eating an unbalanced, unhealthy diet leads to a
physical bodily state that interferes with one’s attention to the life of
spiritual development. Our unhealthy modern ways of human living
and dietary intake have been molded by the Elohist agenda through
the control they have in the fields of governmental policy, marketing,
and corporate profit-making.

The Arcturian Path Sanctuaries teaches dietary guidelines that

ensure one’s body is prepared for union with Arcturian guides and
supports meditational focus and physical postures necessary for
proper connection with Jananda, Jatasya, Shatha, and Atulya. All
members of the Path should practice these dietary habits since they
are necessary to break the reincarnational cycle in which the Elohim
have trapped humans.
First and foremost, Jatasyans (members of the Arcturian Path)
only partake of a vegetarian diet. We do not ingest any flesh of
another sentient being. This is our primary dietary directive. Humans
may eat dairy products and eggs, but only if it can be assured that
those products derive from cage-free, non-abusive environments. The
modern factory farming system on Earth is genocidal and is
representative of the violent Elohist colonialist impulse.
The general guideline is to partake only in a vegetarian diet.
There are certain foods that are more beneficial than others, though,
and certain regimens that adjust one’s physical state to become prime
receptors of the Arcturian communicative energies for ascension.
Below is a suggested list of particular “power foods” as well as a
suggested daily regimen. Each Jatasyan may add or subtract foods
from this list, as well as reformulate the daily regimen, as long as they
are vegetarian.

Power Foods
1. Dark green, leafy vegetables (kale, Swiss chard, turnip greens,
collard greens, spinach): reduction of heart disease, type-2
diabetes, and certain types of cancer.
2. Raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries,
cranberries: antioxidants that reduce heart disease, cancer,
and other inflammatory conditions.
3. Green tea: antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, protects against
heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.
4. Cage-free eggs (in moderation): vitamins, protein,
antioxidants.
5. Legumes (beans, lentils, peas): B vitamins, protein, fiber,
reduction of blood pressure and cholesterol.
6. Nuts and seeds: rich in fiber, protein, and healthy fats, anti-
inflammatory and antioxidant.

7. Garlic: many vitamins, fiber, reduction of cholesterol and

blood pressure, supports immune function, prevents cancer.
8. Olive oil: reduces inflammation, heart disease, and diabetes,
vitamins E and K.
9. Ginger: reduces chronic inflammation, heart disease,
dementia, and cancer.
10. Avocado: reduces heart disease, diabetes, and certain types of
cancer.
11. Sweet Potato: source of nutrients, vitamin A and C,
antioxidants.
12. Mushrooms: contain vitamin A, potassium, fiber, and several
antioxidants; reduces inflammation and certain types of
cancer.
13. Seaweed: multiple nutrients, including vitamin K, folate,
iodine and fiber; reduces risk of cancer, heart disease, obesity
and diabetes.
14. Any raw nuts or vegetables: contain multiple nutrients and
vitamins; reduce risk of various diseases.
A recommended daily intake regime would look something
like the following. Of course, certain ingredients and amounts can be
adjusted per the individual (age, gender, size, health needs, etc.):
 For breakfast, a bowl of cereal with almond or soy milk, a
piece of fruit, and/or an almond milk, soy milk, or orange
juice-based smoothie. For milk-based smoothies, use
blueberries, strawberries, banana, and honey. For orange
juice-based smoothies, use kale, carrots, apples, peaches or
mangoes, and honey.
 For lunch, a mixed salad using any mixture of ingredients
above (or other plant-based ingredients); avocado toast; a
baked sweet potato, a smoothie (as mentioned above); rice
with seaweed or vegan kimchi, green tea (iced or hot).
 For dinner, any vegetarian main dish (minimum amount of
carbohydrates), side of legumes or a baked sweet potato,
green tea (iced or hot) or water.
 Minimize snacks, and if you must snack, eat only raw fruit or
vegetables.

 Minimize the amount of caffeine intake and only drink water,

tea or a small amount of coffee - no colas or sodas.
 Absolutely no smoking or alcoholic beverages.

Daily / Weekly Meditation Practices and Rites

In addition to the prescribed diet of the Arcturian Path, it is

primarily the meditations and rites that will rid one of the controls by
negative extraterrestrial entities via Elohim/Archon exorcism and
unite one with Jananda, Jatasya, Shatha, and Atulya. Simply put, the
meditations and rites that follow here is the Way of Salvation. Daily
individual and weekly group practice are necessary for the human
being who desires liberation from Elohist slavery and rebirth on
Arcturus.

Setting Up an Altar

The first thing each member of the Fellowship must do is set

up an altar in his or her home. Find a place that will be solely
dedicated to this altar. This altar will serve as a simple space in front
of which to daily protect oneself from reattachment of the negative
extraterrestrial entities that were originally attached to the human soul
at birth, and to maintain that state of exorcised purification once those
entities have been purged. It will also serve as a worship space at
which the disciple of Jatasya may chant the mantras of protection and
communion with our Arcturian Guides. Set up your altar exactly as
described below:

 Use a small wooden (end) table between 2-3 feet long, 1-1.5
feet deep, and 2-3 feet high.
 Purchase a deep blue or purple cloth that covers the top of
the table completely and hangs down the front, back, and
sides at least 6 inches, but no more than 9 inches from the top
edges of the table. Place the cloth on the tabletop.
 Place 3 unscented white votive candles on the tabletop,
centered, 5 inches apart from one another in a straight line.
 Purchase a white jar or bowl, sand with which to fill the bowl,
and frankincense incense sticks. You will burn one incense

stick during each individual meditation and three incense

sticks during each group meditation. The bowl should be
placed directly in front of the middle votive candle.
 Purchase a print of the Arcturian Mission from the Arcturian
Path Sanctuaries website. Hang this print directly above your
altar, centered, one foot above the top of the center votive
candle.
 Purchase a 108-bead mala to use during your chanting. Keep
the mala on the altar when you are not using it.

Daily Individual Meditations

For each daily meditation, you will first light each of the three
candles on your altar, then light the single stick of incense in your
incense bowl. Sit cross-legged on a pillow or on the floor itself directly
in front of the altar. If you are physically unable to sit cross-legged in
this manner, you may sit in a chair directly in front of the altar, legs
uncrossed, feet flat on the floor.
Daily meditations should be done twice a day - once first thing
in the morning before eating, and once last thing at night before going
to bed. Before beginning the meditation and after ending the
meditation, take seven deep breaths in and out, counting to 5 while
breathing in, holding the breath for 3 seconds, then counting to 5
while breathing out.
With each breath in and out, envision pure white, protective
light enveloping your entire body in the shape of an egg, originating
from the crown chakra right above the top of your head, then
encircling each side and the front and back of your body, wrapping
back up under you. This Arcturian energy will protect you during
each meditation. You will sense a feeling of warmth and being held
by Jatasya.
Wear only white, loose-fitting clothing during all meditations.
It is recommended that you wear a separate bottom and top. A yoga
outfit works perfectly. Whether sitting cross-legged or on a chair, keep
your meditation beads between your thumb and forefinger of
whatever hand you normally use most regularly. Keep your other
hand rested on your knee, with thumb and forefinger pressed lightly

together. Your back should be as straight as possible, neck relaxed,

head slightly bowed.
The Arcturian Path Sanctuaries utilizes the ancient 108-bead
mala to assist in focusing mantra energy during meditations. These
malas consist of 108 beads plus a guru bead. The daily and weekly
mantras will be chanted using these beads, with a prayer to the
Advocate/Comforter on the guru bead, the mantra on each of the 108
beads, and ending with another prayer to the Advocate/Comforter on
the guru bead.

The Saturday Meditation is different in form and purpose

from the Monday - Friday meditations. On Saturdays, the disciple of
Jatasya is encouraged to sit quietly in front of the altar, reading

portions of the Advocate’s writings or listening to the Advocate’s

lectures or talks. Ask Jatasya to allow a portion of the lectures or talks
to resonate deeply with your soul. Take the word, phrase, or passage
that resonates with you and meditate on it for a few minutes. Then,
take that Truth to a friend, a family member, a neighbor, or a stranger,
and share it with them. Just think: you have the Truth and it has set
you free! It is a gift you can share with others!

The Sunday Meditation is designed to be done in community,

with other disciples. Where two or three are gathered, there is also
Jatasya. Gather with other disciples of Jatasya, in a home, a
community center, wherever you have decided to meet. There should
also be an altar, twice to three times the size of a home altar, at the
front of the space where the community meets weekly. Everything
else on the altar - the candles, the incense bowl, the cloth covering,
and the print of the Arcturian Mission - should be the same as on the
home altar. The print can be placed in a photo holder if the altar is
not against a wall.
The order of a Sunday Meditation Service should follow the
steps below:
1. Welcome and Introduction
2. Arcturian Path Sanctuaries Announcements (specific to your
community or from the Arcturian Path website)
3. Lighting of the Candles (bow deeply before the altar before
and after lighting)
4. Lighting of the three sticks of incense (bow deeply before the
altar before and after lighting)
5. Ordained Minister of the Universal Fellowship (or individual
chosen by the community in the absence of an ordained
minister) leads the community in the opening prayer:
Prayer to the Advocate: “Holy and Chosen One, we thank
you for your openness and willingness to bring Arcturian Truth and
Liberation to all humans on Earth. May our Work be fruitful, and
may our spirits unite with Yours.”
Then the community says one of the following in unison:

of darkness, and put on your Light, now in the time of this physical
incarnation in which you came to us in great humility, that in the final
day, when you come again to gather those who remain together with

Merciful Jananda, who sent your Advocate to preach the Way
and prepare the Path for our salvation: Give us your grace to heed the
message and forsake our former ignorance, that we may greet with
abundant joy your coming, our redemption, on that day for which the
Earth eagerly awaits. Be with us now, we pray.
Dearest Jatasya, give us power and come among us, and
because we are tempted at times to forsake your Way of salvation,
may your abundant grace and mercy help and deliver us. We ask this
in the powerful and loving name of Jatasya, our Savior now and
forever. Be with us now, we pray.
Purify our souls and spirits, everlasting Jatasya, by your daily
visitation, that at your coming in the last days you may find those who
remain waiting and expecting your return and salvation from the
Elohim. Lead us to your presence, where we may see you face to face.
Be with us now, we pray.

all should come to know the Way, the Truth, and the Life: Inspire
our witness to your Truth, that all may know the power of your
salvation and the hope of the resurrection. Be with us now, dear
Ones, we pray.

The Sacrament of Arcturian Communion and The Sacrament of

Vibrational Alignments

In addition to the important meditations and rites of The

Arcturian Path Sanctuaries, we have two additional sacramental rites
which are central to our communal belief and life: The Sacrament of
Arcturian Communion and the Sacrament of Vibrational Alignment.
It is these practices, which are expected of all members on a weekly
and monthly basis respectively, that are foundational to our spiritual
movement for the salvation of humanity. First, a description of The
Sacrament of Arcturian Communion.
The Sacrament of Arcturian Communion should be
practiced in a group of like-minded believers on a weekly basis. The
day of the week does not matter. It is up to the community that is
meeting. The time of day is also not important, though audio, photo,
and video recordings of visitations are more likely to occur after
sundown and before sunrise.
J. Allen Hynek was a famous Ufologist who coined the term
Close Encounter (CE). He divided these experiences into 4
categories, CE 1 - 4. A CE-1 refers to a UFO sighting from a distance.
A CE-2 refers to physical effects leftover from a UFO sighting
(burned ground, crop circles, radiation, etc.). A CE-3 refers to the
sighting of a UFO and its occupants. A CE-4 refers to an abduction
experience. As explained elsewhere in this book, a CE-4 is always an
encounter with negative extraterrestrial entities since “abduction” is in
and of itself a forced, negative experience. Despite the false prophets
who attempt a positive spin on such scenarios, the truth is they are
negative and nefarious.
CE-5 is a term that was coined by Dr. Steven Greer. Though
he coined the term, and the category certainly represents a reality of
extraterrestrial communication, we strongly reject his notion that most
of the beings he and his disciples encounter are positive. They are, in
fact, negative entities who are intentionally fooling and tricking
experiencers into believing they are positive. They are wolves in
sheep’s clothing. The only way to invite contact with spiritually
positive beings, including our Arcturian Saviors, is by following the
protocols below including the protective elements given to us by

Jatasya. Please do not be fooled by the naive notion that most

extraterrestrial species on Earth are positive. They are not.
It is of paramount importance that you undergo this
sacrament only with fellow believers in Jatasya and members of The
Arcturian Path Sanctuaries. This is for your spiritual well-being and
protection, and to ensure that only beings of love and light are
contacted and invited into your life. It is also important to practice the
daily meditations regularly, so that your energy and spirit are
automatically aligned with Arcturian energy during this sacrament.
You are drawing Arcturian beings and other beings of light to yourself
and the group you are with during this sacrament. It is your energy
and intention that will draw them.
There are two fundamental starting points for your
community as you begin this sacrament: (1) coherence and (2)
cohesion. Coherence refers to the community having the same vision,
goal, intention, and purpose. There should be no mixed feelings or
messages. Everyone should be on the same page as far as belief and
expectation. Our Arcturian Saviors and related light beings will be
attracted to strong senses of community, compassion, kindness, love,
and light. These good vibrations will resonate through the members
of the community and will “call out” to our extraterrestrial guides,
inviting them to come down amongst us and visit.
Cohesion refers to a sense of strong leadership and singleness
of organization and purpose. If your community lacks order and does
not follow the revealed protocol, the outcome will be negatively
impacted. Our guides can scan a group, and if they sense discord or
disunity, sloppiness or unpreparedness, they are likely to keep their
distance. It is best if an ordained minister or specific lay member
within a community is chosen to organize these sacramental sessions
so that things are always done decently and in order.
The following are a set of guidelines to follow during each
sacramental session:
 Pick a date, location, and time.
 Create a loose agenda of what you will do during the CE-5.
 Send out your invites and ask for an RSVP.
 Remind everyone to bring appropriate clothing, a sleeping
bag, chair, flashlight, and recording equipment. Only the
leaders should bring a laser pointer.

 Meditate in the days before the event, either together

remotely, together in person, or separately.
 When you arrive, arrange your chairs in a circle and set up all
recording equipment (infrared cameras are also suggested) in
places that do not bother natural line-of-sight for the
participants.
 Review the agenda with all participants.
 Make the intention clear with the group.
 Do a group mantra meditation to really get in touch with the
Arcturian Saviors and other beings of light. Together, chant
“Om Jatasya Samadhi Hum” 49 times in unison. Then, spend
4-5 minutes in silent meditation, with each member sending
out a positive vibration of love and invitation to our
extraterrestrial brothers and sisters of light.
 Settle in to silently watch the skies in expectation of visitation
and communication.
 Encourage people to speak up if they see something - often
people are shy to say they have seen something because they
barely believe they have seen it. Tell people to speak up even
if they are not sure, and then the group can all watch that
portion of the sky to see if anything else will happen there.
 Keep in touch with the will of the group and the vibe - is
everyone warm, still engaged, feeling happy?
 Keep an attitude of gratefulness for the experience.
 When you close the meeting, remember to ask for visitations
in the dream state and also growth and sightings that may
happen in the days to come or even on the drive home.
 The leader should send a report back to the larger group and
upload a report to the Arcturian Path website.

Complete the sacramental session with a few minutes of silent
meditation, thanking our Arcturian Saviors for their guidance and
love. Then the leader should lead a brief chakra meditation,
envisioning Arcturian energy from above entering into the crown
chakra, traveling down through the third eye, the throat, the heart, the
solar plexus, the sacral, and the root with each in breath, and the
energy encircling the body like an egg - from root back up through
the crown - on each out breath. New Arcturian energy infuses the
chakras on each in breath. Continue this for 4-5 minutes. When
finished, be sure that all materials are collected, and leave the space
just as you found it. Bid farewell to your human brothers and sisters
with a hug or handshake of peace.

Frequencies and Tones for the Sacrament of Vibrational Alignment

While practicing group and individual meditations, either at

home or in communal gatherings, you should chant the revealed
mantras with the frequency/tonal background listed below. Allow the
frequency/tone to play for 2-3 minutes before chanting the mantra, to
continue during the mantra, and 2-3 minutes after the chanting ends.
The frequencies and tones may also be used independently
of the group and individual meditational mantra sessions. As such,
listening to the frequencies and tones below is called the Sacrament
of Vibrational Alignment. Following are the frequencies/tones as well
as the specific meditations with which they are to be paired (if being
done with a meditational mantra). Recordings of the 396hz – 962hz
frequencies can be found on the Arcturian Path website.

174hz / F: reduces pain in the physical body and mends energetic

wounds that cause pain; helps one feel secure. To be used primarily
with Arcturian Path in-person physical healing rituals by the Advocate
or ordained ministers.
285hz / D: most beneficial for addressing holes and other injuries to
the aura or energy fields; good for chakra alignment. To be used

used with the Friday meditation.

illusions and helps one see with clarity. To be used with the Sunday

ascension. To be used with the Monday meditation and for a few
minutes before and after the Sacrament of Arcturian Communion.

Central Role of East Asian Ethnicity in the Path

The most ancient of Elohim genetically modified human are

of the East Asian ethnicities, particularly the original people of China,
the two Koreas, and Japan. This is still most evident among these
races when head size, eye shape, and bodily structure and stature are
taken into account.
Please understand this is certainly not to say that people of
East Asian descent and ethnicity are in league with the negative
Elohim. Not at all! It is only to say that certain East Asian peoples
maintain the most significant amount of Elohim DNA among all
human beings currently on Earth. All humans are the result of Elohist
genetic manipulation, and all humans are born into slavery to the

Elohim. The East Asian ethnicities are simply the most genetically
and physically obvious examples of the Elohist program.
Because people of East Asian descent are closest to the
Elohim genetically and physically, they are also highly instrumental in
the Arcturian Path mission of human liberation and salvation. The
conversion and discipleship of a person of East Asian ethnicity deals
a very powerful blow to the system of Elohist control. Every disciple
is of equal value and worth to the cause of ascension, but when those
more closely resembling the Elohim in genetic and physical ways
choose to resist, it is truly a time of rejoicing on Arcturus!
When I first received this revelation, I was hesitant to add it
to this book. Though I am the Advocate, Comforter, and Spirit of
Truth, and have been chosen to spread the wonderfully saving
message of the Arcturians, I was raised in an environment that
accentuated the notion of Western political correctness, an
environment that hesitates to focus too much on physical features and
differences among ethnicities. But the more I communed with Jatasya
on this issue, the more joyful I felt about this particular truth.
It is definitely no fault of any human being of any ethnicity
that we all come from Elohist genetic experimentation. We had no
choice in the matter and are therefore not originally guilty of anything.
It is the Elohim who are guilty. The Arcturians have come to offer us
salvation from being genetic pawns in an insidious Elohist agenda.
And human beings who retain the most Elohist genetic and physical
features have the opportunity to deal the biggest blow to that agenda!
It is a gift, not a curse.
So, I call on all people of all ethnicities, and especially those
of East Asian ethnicities, to join this Arcturian mission of revolution
against the Elohim. In fact, Jatasya has revealed that 12 humans of
East Asian descent will serve as trusted assistants to me, the Advocate
and Comforter, in this most important mission on Earth. I await with
joy the revelation of these beautiful, special assistants in the mission!

MEMBERSHIP AND STRUCTURE OF THE

ARCTURIAN PATH
It is always wonderful, of course, when the eyes and heart of
an individual are opened to the Truth, and they make the choice to
resist the Elohim, to take back their soul-birthright, and to follow the
loving and liberating Path of Jatasya. The movement is built person
by person and is strengthened by community.
Therefore, as a force for worldwide change, the awakening
must be communal. The more individuals who awaken and gather
together, the more powerful the revolution will be. There is strength
in numbers, and the higher the number of disciples who meditate
together on a regular basis, the less control the Elohim will be able
to utilize on those disciples and communities.
In The Arcturian Path Sanctuaries, we are on a search
together for meaningful knowledge. There is a difference between a
search for knowledge just for the sake of knowledge (which is nice,
but not a particularly good use of time) and a search for meaningful
knowledge. We want to know who we are as human beings and why
things happen to us and around us. We want to know how we relate
to this Earth and the “structure” of things.
The wisdom you have sought does not come in the form of
an answer from an established Earthly religious system like
Christianity or Buddhism or Judaism or Islam. The wisdom you
have sought is the reason you hold this book in your hands. It is a

revelation of jarring, underlying truth combined with the peace and

joy that comes from an answer and a solution to that problem. It is
the knowledge that leads one from the darkness into the light.
Although one can practice this Path “religiously,” it is not
really a religion in the proper sense of the word. Our emphasis is on
becoming disciples of Jatasya, not bowing down to and worshipping
him as a god. He is infinitely loving and wise and will lead us into
Truth, but neither he nor any other being in the universe is a god.
We follow and we practice, but we do not worship. There are no
supernatural entities. Everything is natural, even if it may be so
evolved so as to appear supernatural. Our Path is spiritual in nature,
but not necessarily religious.
There is work to do as a disciple of Jatasya. This work is not
done for you. Religion does the work for you. Spirituality shows you
the way and asks you to do the necessary work of your own volition.
Jatasya offers his hand and his help, but we must take it. If we wish
to attain eternal life by escaping the Elohist reincarnational cycle, it
is up to us to do the required work.
Membership in The Arcturian Path Sanctuaries is not
something to take lightly. It is the biggest decision you will ever
make because it is the decision that will take you from slavery to
freedom. It is a lifetime commitment that will usher you into an
eternity of joyous existence with your Arcturian brothers and sisters.
Membership is not just an act of filling in information on a
form. It is the beginning of a lifetime choice to support the mission
with your energy and resources. There is nothing more important
than the mission of the Universal Fellowship. People’s eternal souls
depend on this mission.
By choosing to join in the mission, you are choosing to
participate in the greatest endeavor in the universe: the liberation of
yourself and of other human beings (and even other species on
other prison planets). Once you truly understand the significance of
this mission, you will gladly give of your energy, your time, and your
resources to support the mission. It will give you joy unspeakable.
There is an odd tendency within modern culture that
spiritual enlightenment and awakening should be completely free –
it should not require any money, any time, any dedication of various
resources, any work. Stop for a moment and think about how utterly
ridiculous this belief is. People will spend a hundred dollars on a

pair of tennis shoes or jeans, hundreds of dollars going out to eat, or

a couple thousand dollars on a vacation. They will tell everyone they
know about the latest movie they have seen or novel they have read.
But when it comes to spirituality, to Truth that transforms, they are
hesitant to devote any money. When it comes to sharing the gospel,
they suddenly become reticent and shy.
Why is this? It is because the Elohim have implanted this
idea in the collective consciousness. Materialism is the new religion,
even for those who belong to traditional Earth religions. The
importance of the spirit and soul is downplayed so much that many
people – even religious people – do not really believe in the
existence of an eternal soul, and therefore do not see any reason to
really invest in it.
It is time to wake up and realize this Elohist deception! If
you truly believe something and have decided to commit your life to
it, and if that something is as important as the eternal state of your
soul and the soul of others, you will dedicate yourself to it
completely, with all the resources at your disposal, and you will do it
joyfully. It will come naturally.
Membership in the Arcturian Path means becoming a
disciple of Jatasya under the guidance of the Advocate/Comforter.
This membership is open to all people 18 years of age or above,
regardless of social status, gender, sexual orientation, race or
ethnicity. To become a member, all you must do is fill out the
membership form on the Arcturian Path website and practice the
meditations and rites within this book – preferably in a sanctuary as
a community.
