Twenty three years of fellowship of the Chartered Association of Certified

Accountants in UK (ACCA) and fourteen years of membership in the

American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA).

A specialist lecturer for CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIA and SPHRM professional
qualifications with several years of experience in training candidates at all
levels.

He has a total of 30 years of commercial experience in assurance within the

big four Audit firms and in managerial roles in finance positions in the industry
through to corporate funding, governance and investment banking. He has been
involved with a number of multinational companies operating in Cyprus and
the Gulf Region.

He started his career in 1986 with Deloitte in Nicosia-Cyprus in Accounting

and Assurance practice. By 1995, he moved into the industry where he gained
experience in investment, retail & infrastructure construction activities directly
engaged as a Finance & Admin Manager and subsequently progressing to
CFO, then COO within Gulf/German based construction companies. His most
recent position was General Manager - Operations & Finance.

As a free lancer, he has lectured at Morgan Int’l (previously known as

Becker), PWC Academy, Lynchpin Institute, Al Khawarizmi International
College, Amiti, National Academy as well as at the Emirates Institute of
Banking Studies.

He has organized several corporate in-house CMA courses for Mubadala,

ADAC, Executive Council, MOPA, Mussanad, Trojan Group and Hubarah
International Fund and ACCA courses for ADCO.

Moreover, he has organized several Internal Audit courses and developed a

technical and practical Internal Audit Diploma and delivered the same to
prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia such as Saudi Airines and Saudi Hollandi
Bank.

On the other hand, he has organized a Workshop for RTA titled “Analysis of
Financial Statements” and Finance for Non Finance Professionals for clients in
the Insurance (Tawunia Insurance Company, Riyadh), Contracting and Airline
industry.

His extensive relevant commercial and technical experience coupled with

strong communication and presentation skills, a Fellow of the ACCA and a
Member of the AICPA, he has been an extremely popular and a preferred
lecturer among students and corporate clients.

PWC Academy, the following workshops: Train the Trainers, Exam
Techniques & tools, and Pedagogy – The Science and Art of Teaching.
