In her lesson she was focusing on time management I think She wasn’t very bad but she needs to work on that because the
students took about 5 to 7 minutes just to join however she started the lesson five minutes before the exact time for the lesson
so that helped her to save more time which I see is a flexible skill.

We had good time talking to each other and discussing her lesson she was very open mind and she was ready to
share with me anything.

She was good listener and she accept my comments and my observation about her she said she will make sure to
improve herself.

Which of the suggestions you made will your colleague apply in her next lesson?
I advise her to focus on her time management and to find solution other than start the class earlier because
sometimes the student will not be joining early, they will join at the same time for the class.
Do you and your colleague feel that this was a valuable experience? Why/Why not?
Yes because that help us as teachers to help each other to improve our lessons and improve ourselves.
