DEED OF ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This deed is made and entered into this 13th day of March, 2021 in
Pilar, Capiz, Philippines, by and between:

DOMINIC L. DELA CRUZ, of legal age, Filipino Citizen,


maried, and a resident of Brgy. Bliss-Pantalan, Pres. Roxas, Capiz,
hereinafter referred to as the "ASSIGNOR"

-and-

ATTY. KAZPER VIC V. BERMEJO, of legal age, Filipino Citizen,


single and a resident of Pilar, Capiz, hereinafter referred to as the
"ASSIGNEE"

WITNESSETH:

That the Assignor is the registered grantee of rights/rightful


possessor of a business establishment known as Stall No. ____________,
owned by the Municipality of Pilar, located at Pilar Public Market-Rizal
St. Wing, Rizal St., Brgy. Poblacion, Pilar, Capiz and have been
religiously paying the monthly rentals before the Municipality of Pilar,
Province of Capiz ever since up to the present;

That the Assignor is no longer interested in continuing his


business operation and possessing the rights over Stall No. _______ and
hereby assigns, transfers, and relinquishes all his rights, title and
interest over the above-described establishment for a consideration of
One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00), the receipt of which the
Assignor hereby acknowledged to have been received to his full and
entire satisfaction and in hand paid by the Assignee;

That the Assgignor is executing this document willfully, voluntarily


and without any compulsion;

That the Assgignor attests to the truthfulness of the foregoing and


for whatever legal purpose it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands


on the date and place first above-written.
