1. Introduction
KEY SOLUTIONS will conduct frequent trainings, so as to ensure that personnel are
competent to carry out their designated functions.

2. Scope
a) This procedures shall applies to all the training (including in-house training, formal
training by training provider and training which improve the competency of the
workers)
b) KEY SOLUTIONS will ensure that all the employees are aware of its company
policies, management system and the aspects of our activities, products and
services that could be affected by their work and customer satisfaction.

3. Procedure
a) Head of each department will identify training needs and take any necessary
actions to ensure the provision of training,
b) The provision of identified training in a timely and systematic manner
c) The assessment of individuals on the effectiveness of training received,
d) The maintenance of the records of individual’s training and competency.
e) The company will also ensure that people working on behalf of the company
include but not limited to suppliers and subcontractors are able to demonstrate
that their employees have the requisite training, where necessary.
f) The Process of Implementing Training Programs is depicted in Appendix A.
g) The company shall identify the training needs of its employees and establish the
annual training plan.
h) Upon training, attendance records shall be maintained and training feedback shall
be gathered.
i) Examples of Training Program are reflected in Appendix B.
