1. Before using the camera, please read the following safety precautions carefully.
2. Please follow the manual to operate the camera correctly, faulty operation may cause damage
to the internal components.
3. Falling or hitting the product will damage the internal components.
4. For safety consideration, it must be kept away from the kids or animals to avoid accidents.
5. Do not leave the camera in wet or dusty environment for a long time, it may affect the normal
operation of the camera.
6. Do not expose the camera under high temperature condition for a long time, it may cause
damage to the housing and internal components of the camera.
7. To maximize the efficiency of the battery, we suggest you use the camera under -10 to 45℃
temperature.
8. Before plugging in/out the memory card, please make sure the camera is turned off to avoid
damage to the memory card or stored data.
9. It is normal the camera temperature rises after an extended period of time.
10. Do not touch the lens when using, it may affect the video quality.
11. Please use the special lens cleaning tool to clean dust or fingerprints off the surface of the lens.
After using the camera under water, please use fresh water to wash the waterproof case in time.
Please dry it by a dryer and use a cloth to keep the camera clean and tidy.

Operation Instructions
1. Button Function Introduction
Power/Mode Button( ): Turn on/turn off the camera; on standby mode, click this button to
return to the interface of photo, video, playback or setup.
OK Button( ): Start or stop shooting or recording; start or stop playing video, enter/
confirm menu choice in setup mode.
Up button( ): Press for a long time to zoom in while playing video; return to the previous
file or menu in setup mode; fast backward playback while playing video; turn on/ off WIFI
while on standby.
Down Button( ): Press for a long time to zoom out while taking videos; enter to the next file
or menu in setup; fast forward playback while playing video.
2. Battery Charging (charger is not included)
Please connect one end of the USB data cable to the camera USB port, one end to the
output of the power supply. The power supp l y c a n b e : Ou t p u t 5 V / 1 A h i g h-quality
charger, conventional mobile phone charger, mobile power bank, emergency power supply,
computer and other devices with USB output (Note: for environmental consideration, the
camera does not provide a charger). The red light is on during charging, and the red
light is off when it is fully charged.

Reminders
(1). Please charge the battery under the camera off condition in order to improve charging
efficiency.
(2). Please make sure that the socket and the charger are plugged in.
(3). When charging the camera via the computer USB interface, the charging time will be longer
if the computer USB interface output current is only 500MA.
3. Plugging in/out the Memory Card
Plugging in the memory card
Please plug in the memory card before turning on the camera to ensure the camera can store
data properly. Please make sure the card is plugged in the correct direction, incorrect
direction may cause damage to the camera and the SD card.
Plugging out the memory card
Press the memory card slightly, then it will pop out.

(1). Please format the SD card in the camera when you use the card for the first time.
First please ensure the sd card inserted to the camera in the right direction. Second
please turn on the camera and press the mode button to enter the settings page.
Third please select formatting the sd card when the card in the camera.
(2). Please use a good quality brand SD card of class 10 or above (Support capacity range: 8
-32 GB), otherwise it may cause the memory card to not work properly.
4. Turning on/off the Camera
Turning on the camera
Press the “power” button for about 3 seconds, the camera will make a beep and the working
indicator light will turn on, the ca mer a is turned on after the LCD shows “Odrvm Action
Camera”. ( default is cyclic record ), the LCD screen displays the record icon, cyclic record
time, audio icon,the remaining recording time, resolution and battery icon, at the bottom it
shows the date/time.
Turning off the camera
Press the “power” button for 3 seconds, the camera makes a beep and shows “Odrvm
Action Camera”, then it is powered off.
5. Video
Cyclic Record
Press the “Power” button to turn on the camera, the camera automatically turns into cyclic
record mode, press the “ ” button, then the cam er a starts recording, the top of the
LCD screen shows the record icon and the recording time, after the set recording time (the
default time is 3 minutes), the camera will automatically stop recording and save the file
and continue to the next recording. Press the “ ” button when recording to stop the
video and save the video, and the remaining recording time is displayed on the left top

of the LCD screen. When the memory card is full, the camera will automatically overwrite
the earliest file and continue recording.
PS: E n t e r t h e Cyclic Record menu to select differ ent cyclic recording time, please
see the details on the menu settings.
Normal Record
Turn off Cyclic Record on the menu, press the “ ” button to start normal recording and press
the “ ” button again to stop recording and save the video files.
Time-lapse Record
Set the interval time on the Time-lapse Record menu, press the “ ” button to start
recording, and press the “ ” button again to stop recording. When playing back, the
recorded video plays fast. (It will be faster than normal video).You can use this function to
record the progress of a construction project, weather changes, the flower blossoming and
so on. If you want to return to normal recording, please press the “ ” button to stop
recording and turn off Time-lapse Record in the menu.
Note: Different time for time-lapse record can be set in the menu, please see the details
in the menu settings. This function is only suitable for long-time (over 1 minute) recording.
Car Mode
After turning on the car mode, please connect the camera with the external power supply
such as the USB port of the car. The camera will automatically turn on and start recording
after thecar starts.
Note: In the car mode, once the camera connects with the external power supply, it
will automatically turn on and start recording. Press the “ ” button when you want
to stop recording.
Motion Detection
Please turn off “Cyclic Record” and “Time-lapse Record”, then turn on “Motion Detection”,
press “Mode” button again to exit the setup menu and enable the “Motion Detection” function,
and the left top of the LCD screen displays a Motion Detection icon, the camera w i l l

automatically start recording when it detects moving objects, and automatically stop
recording once detecting no objects moving for 10 seconds.
To turn off “Motion Detection”, please use a dark cloth to cover the lens and do not let any
light reflect on the lens, then press the “ ” button to stop recording and press the “mode”
button to the “setup” Mode, find the motion detection and turn it off.
Note: After turning on the Motion Detection, Cyclic Record is not effective.
6. Taking Photos
In standby mode, press the “power” button to switch to photo mode, the top left of the
LCD screen shows the photo icon and pixel, the bottom left shows the amount of pictures
that can be taken, the top right shows the battery icon. Press the “ ” button to take photos
and photos will be saved automatically at the same time.
7. Zoom in/out
During photographing or recording mode, you can zoom in or zoom out (Maximum zoom:
4×) by long pressing the “ / ” buttons.
8. Playback
In standby mode, press the “Mode” button twice to enter playback mode, press the “ /
”button to preview the photos or videos, press the “ ” button to start playing the
selected videos, then press the “ ” button again to pause, and press the “ ” button
to continue playing.
During playing, press the “ ” button to fast forward play the video, maximum speed is
8x, press the “ ” button to pause; Press the “ ” button to fast backward play the
video, Maximum speed is 8x, press the “ ” button to pause. Press the “Mode” button

to return to playback mode.
Reminder: It will ca u se d a mag e to the last file when you suddenly power off the
camera or plug out the card and the camera will show “ no file”. To fix this problem
please turn on the camera again and enter the playback mode to playback the last
file, the camera will repair the file automatically.
9. Deleting Files
Select the file you want to delete by pressing the “ ” or “ ” button in playback mode,
then press “mode” button to enter setup mode and select the delete menu option, press
the “ / ” button to choose “delete current” or “delete all”, then press the “ ” and
select “Cancel” or “ ” by pressing the “ / ” button, and then press the “ ” button to
complete the “Cancel” or “ ” instruction execution. After this the camera returns to setup mode.
10. Setup
In standby mode, press the “Mode” button once to enter photo mode.
Press the “Mode” button twice to enter playback mode.
Press the “Mode” button three times to enter setup mode.
Press the “ / ” button to select setup options, press the “ ” button to confirm choice.

11. Wifi Function
Please download and install app on your smartphone.
APP Download
1. Please scan the QR code on the back cover to download the app.
2. For Android: please download “ZSANYCAM” from Google Play.
3. For IOS: please search and download “ZSANYCAM” on App Store.
There will be a “ZSANYCAM” App icon on your phone after installation.
Note: Compatible with finalcam App. etc.
12. WIFI SSID Modification
In standby mode, press the “Mode” button three times to switch to setup mode, press
the “ / ” button to select “WIFI SSID” menu, press the “ ” button to modify WIFI SSID
( whenmodifying, press “mode” button to move the cursor, press the “ / ” button to
modify letters, numbers, press “ ” button to confirm modification.), first move the cursor
to “Del”, press the “ ” button to delete one letter at a time, then move the cursor to letters
or numbers (such as A,a,0), press the “ / ” button to select the letter and number,
press the “ ” button to confirm and go on until fully modified, then move the cursor to
“return” and press the “ ” button to confirm back to setup.

Note: The WIFI SSID can be set to at most 15 letters.
13. WIFI Password Modification
The operation of modifying the password is similar to modifying the WIFI SSID, the password
should be at least 8 letters.(Default Password: 12345678)
Turn on WIFI
While in video mode press the “ ” button to turn on the WIFI.
The LCD screen displays the WIFI icon and shows the SSID.
and PWD: SSID:********、PWD: ********, press the “Up” button to exit WIFI.
14. Connecting WIFI
Please turn on the WLAN on your smart phone, find the camera WIFI name of the network,
enter the new password or the default password to connect to the camera WIFI, the bottom
right of the LCD screen shows the WIFI icon after successfully connected. Then open the App
Zsanycam on your phone, you can take real-time videos and pictures via mobile phone.
Note: Different mobile phone systems take priority to the default networking signal. Sometimes
the App cannot connect to the camera properly after connecting to the camera WIFI. If this
happens please turn off the 3G or 4G network on your phone.
15. App Operation and Downloading Files
Open the App Zsanycam on your phone, the default mode is recording, press the button
on the bottom of your phone screen to start recording, press it again to stop recording and
the phone will temporally save the file automatically. Press the camera button on the
bottom right of your phone screen to switch to photo mode, then press the button to
take pictures and the phone will temporally save the file automatically on your TF card.

If you need to save the files to your phone, press the button on the left bottom of
the phone screen to switch to the page of saving videos or photos, each file shows file
name, file format, operation date, file size and download icon (MOV file format for the
video file. JPG file format for the photo file). Press download icon to download the
files to your phone, the files will be saved on your phone automatically and you can
preview and play it via file manager on your phone.

16. Viewing Files on TV
Connect with HDTV
Turn on the camera, connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDTV, the other end to the
HDMI output port of the camera, then adjust the TV to HDMI mode, then the camera operation
can be displayed on TV.
17. Viewing Files via Computer
After connecting the camera to the computer via the USB cable, there is “Mass Storage”
and “PC camera” displayed on the LCD screen, select “Mass Storage” by pr es s i n g
the “ / ” button a n d p ress th e “ ” button to confir m . Open “ r emovable disk ”
on “ m y computer”, there is a folder named “CARDV”, double-click the folder to show the
Movie and Photo folders, select a folder and view the files.
Note: Videos are saved in the Movie file, photos are saved in the Photo file.

18. Using the Camera as a Webcam

displays “Mass Storage” and “PC camera” select “PC camera” by pressing the “ / ”
