Why you left your previous employer?

Actually, it’s not my intention to leave my recent employer, cause when it comes to construction there’s
always an end of project. But if you’re going to ask about my BPO Experience and why I left, maybe the
pressure way back then is unbearable for me, I’m just new to the industry, young yet have many
ambitions so I stayed for a year and a half waiting for promotion however never knew that politics
doesn’t only exist in governance but also in BPO industry.
