Looking at the design layout I understand this will be an online shopping portal. As we are not
aware of the complexities of this shopping cart website, we are offering the simplest and easy to
manage shopping cart solution developed with the most popular CMS WordPress and its e-
commerce plugin WooCommerce. Following are a few websites developed by us using WordPress-

Please see below the detailed requirement specification for the shopping cart application. Kindly
go through it and let us know if this satisfies your requirement. Alternatively, please let us know
about the changes needed. We will revise our proposal accordingly.
You will be able to manage the following through the website's back end admin panel:
 Add / edit / delete product categories
 Add / edit / delete products. Products may have following information:
 Title
 Description
 SKU, Regular price and Offer Price
 Image(s)
 Related products
 Offer discounts on specific products, named Special Offer
 Manage Featured Products
 View online order summary and details
 Manage Coupon Code for discount
 Manage Customers list
 Manage product wise inventory

Public visitors will be able to do the following on the website:


 Browse through various product categories and products
 Search for products
 View Special Offer, Featured Products
 Add products to shopping cart
 Checkout
 Make payment through Paypal (online payment) or Cash On Delivery (offline payment)
 Upon successful payment, returned to Thank You page.

Scope of work:
 HTML/CSS conversion of the selected home page design
 Inner page layout design - general content page, product listing page and product details
page.
 Install WordPress and theme customization (using the design done by us)
 Install necessary free plugins for WordPress
 Creating up to 5 static / informative pages (about us, contact us, FAQ, terms etc)
 Install WooCommerce plug-in for implementing e-commerce functionality
 Install Paypal payment gateway plug-in
 Install third party USPS shipping plug-in ([Link]

 We will upload up to 10 products to the new shopping site. Remaining products may then
be uploaded by the site administrator.

We make the following assumptions:


 The website will be in English language. Products cost will be in USD.
 Our price quote does not include creation of any banner or custom animation.
 The website will be visible in mobile devices. However, we do not consider the website as
mobile responsive.
 Payment will be integrated with Paypal payment gateway. 
 Shipping method will be integrated using USPS plug-in. You need to purchase the USPS
plug-in from [Link] and forward us the
same for integration.
 Domain and server booking will be done from your end. The server should have support for
Linux, Apache, PHP & MySQL. If needed, we will provide all kind of assistance.

Development Cost: $500.

Payment Terms: 50% ($250 USD) as advance. Balance after completion of the development but
before final delivery of the project.
