Synetics method for problem solving:-
A company has approached for designing a battery operated bicycle.
Gather information analyze various factors and come out with a
design proposal.
Topic description (or) introduction:-
An electric bicycle, also known as an e-bike or ebike, is a bicycle with an integrated electric motor used
to assist propulsion. Many kinds of e-bikes are available worldwide, but they generally fall into two
broad categories: bikes that assist the rider's pedal-power (i.e. pedelecs) and bikes that add a throttle,
integrating moped-style functionality. Both retain the ability to be pedaled by the rider and are therefore
not electric motorcycles.
E-bikes use rechargeable batteries and typically travel up to 25 to 32 km/h (16 to 20 mph). High-powered
varieties can often travel more than 45 km/h (28 mph).
Creating direct analogies:-
An electric bike has a lithium battery which converts electric energy into mechanical
energy through motors it get converted into kinetic energy. Thus our bike moves
forward. Electric bikes are propelled forward on a command through throadle and it
utilizes the battery attached to it. It can be easily connected by axiles and screws and
we can attach it to the body.
Personal individual analogies:-
Akshay:- We have to create a strong body for our bikes to mount the equipment
required.

Jaya prakash:- we have to increase the efficiency of the lithium batteries.

Hemanth:- Extra features like seat mobility,gear system should be added.

Charan :- it should run both by batteries and also pedaling.

Prashanth:- Tire quality and grip should be strong for adventuring like in mountains.

Ashok:- Our overall production quality should be great.


Creating a new direct analogy:-
The above ideas are gathered together and through remodelling and empathysing
we can create an amazing electronic bike and we are mainly focusing on
body,tires,battery,and all the other main parts required for the electronic bikes.this is
the next generation of the electronic bikes in the transportation industry.thus we
created a new production unit through this session.
Conclusions:-
By this given information and ideas we can easily design a electric bike company and
successfully implement it and here we discussed about various aspects of this
electric bike business. It is pretty easy business to handle and we can easily
implement and market this idea to large majority of people. If anybody has doubts
