Bradford Method Protein Assay Guide

The document describes using the Bradford method to determine protein concentrations in samples. Various concentrations of bovine serum albumin (BSA) were used to generate a standard calibration curve. Absorbance readings were taken of the standards and unknown sample when mixed with Bradford reagent to calculate the protein concentration in the unknown based on the calibration curve.
