A change agent is someone or something that influences or initiates change to its surroundings like culture,
attitude, behavior, management, way of living in a community or the world as a whole. They aim to change the
process or the way of the existing process by either introducing a new process, removing the current process or 
modifying the current process. 
 
2. As a student I can make change by being a role model to other young generations, by setting a good example like
having a holistic point of view, to look in every angle before judging someone and to let everyone do what makes
them happy. As a gen Z I tend to see a lot of people bashing someone just because of their gender identity, and as a
part of LGBTQ community I feel sympathy towards them because they are being judge by being true to theirselves
from this I want to create a change by raising an awareness that being true to yourself is not a sin, that it is already
21st century, that we should not pry in the lives of other. Being a part of LGBTQ community does not affect
someone's life so let them live the life they wanted. If ken doesn't want barbie then let him be. Aside from that, as I've
said, it's 21st century already we should treat everyone fairly and not judge them because of their gender. We should
promote equality and anti-discrimination to end this long war between genders.
