Peer observation Reflection : ( Bar graph )

In this class at Narjis School for the first grade, it was a math class. I explained a lesson about
bar graph and as the beginning of each class, I like to start the class with today’s question, in
order to make the students think about what they took in previous classes related to today’s
lesson, and this helps them understand today’s lesson, after The question I explained what we
will learn today and asked the students if they know what it means, and after the explanation I
continued giving examples and making the students solve them, and then I distributed the
activities to the students according to their level.

My ideas in this lesson are about conveying the idea of the lesson in a clear way and making the
students know the difference between the 3 graphs ( tilly graph, picture graph and bar graph) ,
before the lesson I made my goal in this lesson to make the lesson more clear and deliver it in an
attractive way to the students through the activities and then I can evaluate Students are based on
whether they understood the lesson or not. The lesson ideas that the teacher puts for this lesson
affect the class in general. If the ideas are correct, the lesson will be on the right path and vice
versa. As a teacher, I arrange my ideas in line with my teacher in the school and make them on
the right way. I can see the lesson is going on the right way and this from the students at the end
of the lesson because I can see 80% of them understand the lesson.

In the upcoming lessons, I will focus more on the beginning of the lesson and make it more
attractive to students, and think of new beginnings for students that carry the same level of
information delivery to students, because I see that the method I used at the beginning of the
lessons, which is to start with questions, is very good because I see that the students interact
through it and They answer correctly. If I will present this lesson in the future, I will focuses
more in the activities and work more on making the end of the class an activity that all students
do according to their level, and it is considered a test at the same time.
