As I stated in prior correspondence, it appears some Records are missing from case. Not
Entered into Onondaga County Clerk's office Online Document System.
Believe there sliould be Police Report & Traffic Tickets arising from SPD Officer Robert Elser`s

Not Scanned . As a result would not be Entered onto Onondaga County Clerk's office online
D®ouments. It is also possible some recordls from this 1982 criminal file got mixed up i_n the

• Months ago i asked one of your clerks why Broadwater`s 40 year old Criminal file was
Entered into databank online documents.
I was advised Broadwater's Criminal File was J'Inspected in Jab 2022.

I am advised clerk's procedure once a (archived} case is requested & retrieved, clerk will scan
these court records and make available online. Reason. 40 -year old Criminal File on Anthony
Boradwater was Entered into Onondaga County Clerk's Online Record System.
Please retrieve the original criminal file on Antliony Broadwater and let me know if
everything in his file was scanned and entered online. Last issue: When file is retrieved and
inspected the clerk`s staple requests information onto jacket of folder.
Last question: Can you tell me by the request form who inspect Anthony Broadwater`s criminal
case in Jam 2022 or thereabout?

Police Dept. Christopher Togni v Camillus Police Officer Kevin Skibinski had No Disposition. I
Purchased copy of lawsuit but there was no record of what happened to lawsuit. I asked clerk
where is the disposition of case? She said that's all they have on the case. I was very confused
