1. The main goal of the article is to examine the obstacles that public service leaders must
overcome in order to become transformational leaders. It also evaluates the elements of a
transformational leadership style that Ethiopian leaders of public service organizations
lack, with a particular emphasis on assessing the efficacy and efficiency of the reform
initiatives. Or to evaluate the connection between organizational performance and
transformative leadership in Ethiopian public service organizations.
2. The article's main claim is that Ethiopia needs to solve its long-standing leadership issues
by making big policy reforms and implementing transformational leadership.
