fit. For example, my mother used to be overweight but now she is as slim as a Miss.
Everyone wonders what makes her become slim like that and the answer is her doing

Exercises not only give us encouragement to begin a new day but also help us refesh

I strongly agree with the idea: "English is an useful language" for the following reasons.

speaking English well makes it easy to have a job. My sister speaks English very excellently,
so she has got a good and well paid job since she graduated from her university. Last but not
least, English is a means of communication. For example, you can communicate with people
worldwide in English, which also helps you to know their cultures very well.

reduce garbage. It is a good idea to reuse and recycle bottles and cans so that we can save
natural resources. Furthermore, it would be better if we know how to prevent people from
throwing trash. Why don't we put more garbage bins on streets and around schools to
prevent lazy people from littering.

Last but not least, it is very important for us to protect the air. How about using buses instead
of motorbikes, which will help to reduce exhaust fume very much?

research, business, banking, medicine, etc..... so that computers make it easy for us to work

Last but not least, computers are becoming more and more convenient for all people of all
ages and jobs. There are many kinds of computer such as desktop, laptop or tablet..., which
enables people use computers everywhere and whenever they want

A child in a large family has both advantages and disadvantages. To begin with, being a
child in a large family has many advantages.

with him their happiness, sadness or even their deepest feelings. Also, this child will receive
much help from the others. For example, if he has any problems, he will have his brothers
and sisters solving them immediately. However, being a child in a big family also has
disadvantages. Probably, this child cannot receive much care from his parents because they
are too busy with their work. Furthermore, this family may have many difficulties in their
finance, which can make this child not be educated well.

9. Your class had a weekend picnic to the countryside last Sunday. Write a paragraph
about it.
Last Sunday I had an unforgettable trip to the countryside about 50 kilometers to the south of
Ha Noi. This journey was very interesting. We got up very early and caught a 7- o'clock bus
to the village. On the journey, we saw many green paddy fields and bamboo forests. At the
entrance to the village, there was a big old banyan tree. After climbing up the mountain for
an hour, we felt very hungry and tired, so we stopped to take a rest and have a snack under a
tree. From the top of the mountain, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery of this area and the
fresh air. In the afternoon, we went boating on the river and went home late in the evening.
After this journey, we felt very happy and we wish we could visit this area again some days.
