Greetings!

As part of the course requirements for the subject ED301: The Teacher and the School Curriculum, we, the third-
year Secondary Education major in Social Studies students of Negros Oriental State University - Siaton Campus, are
required to interview a school official about their school’s VMGO and curriculum and how they developed these to
improve teaching practice.

We would like to seek permission from your good office to interview Mr. Floyd Jimber Ocaris Gajilomo, a
renowned school official (MAPEH, Culture and Arts Coordinator) at your esteemed school. His skills and abilities,
depth of understanding, personal traits, vast experience, and background in many educational settings are
noteworthy. As future educators, we are delighted to seek an interview with him to gain insights and best practices
related to the school’s VMGO and curriculum and how to develop these to improve the teaching practice.

If permission is granted, we would be happy to communicate with him, to schedule the interview this Tuesday,
October 18, 2022, at your most convenient time. The interview would take less than an hour. Insights and
information gained will be kept confidential and used strictly for classroom discussion purposes. When conducting
an interview, rest assured that we will adhere to the IATF’s minimum health protocols. We eagerly anticipate your
favorable approval on this matter.
