Step 1
a) Firms from the five specified sectors which meet ANY of the following
criteria, are only required to declare their status:
• Dormant/ striking off/ winding up/ liquidating in 2021 or 2022
• No new and existing transaction/ client for the entirety of 2021 (i.e.
inactive firm, newly incorporated/ registered firm in 2021 or 2022, etc.)
• Non-provision of Gazetted Activities by legal/accounting/company
secretarial firm in 2021
• Non-provision of estate agency practice by REA firm in 2021
• Scroll down and click “Declaration for DCR 2022”

Step 2
a) Key in details as requested in the form
b) Complete the questions and click “Submit

Step 3
a) Firm will receive acknowledgement email within 24hrs after declaration
which will be sent to firm's email stated in the Declaration Form.
