CMR for CMR Limited Gasoline Station

This compliance monitoring report summarizes PSPC Corporation's compliance with its environmental compliance certificate (ECC) for an additional underground tank at its facility in Bulacao, Talisay City, Cebu from July to December 2022. Overall, the proponent was found to comply with most ECC conditions, except for fully completing tree planting requirements. While a tree nursery was established and some planting done, completion is still needed. The proponent committed to finishing tree planting and reporting on progress next period. General compliance was also found with the environmental management plan, though some improvements around additional training and monitoring were recommended.
