Release-Notes 2/7

News 2.4.4 compared to release 2.4.1

Hardware: Integration of new hardware components
 ---

Software: New features and improvements

 SecuriWan 2.0 export extension with BX-MDI8 detector texts
 SecuriFire 500 extension with all mandatory fields, including battery capacity and backup time
 SecuriWan 2.0 subnets are automatically set based on IP information
 SecuriWan 2.0 gateway function for LAN networking
 Redundant Listec controllers LCONA and LCONB are supported

Corrections and improvements 2.4.4 compared to release 2.4.1

 Use of firmware V 8.4.4
 Deletion of unwanted detector zones after SecuriPro import is now possible.
 Parallel maintenance: loops with detectors that have PI links with detectors from other loops are only switched
to maintenance if the option "Check PI-Links" is activated.
 Work steps with long response times in the SecuriFire Studio have been (and will continue to be) analysed
and optimised. Massive reductions in response times have already been achieved (e.g. loading and displaying
the error list).
 Line monitoring with end resistor can be configured
 Error corrections in the extinction zone editor
 Data entered in connection sheets are retained when new loop participants are added
 EIO cards are recognised after upgrading
 Setting Subsystem on LAN cards corrected
 B8-BAF activation of the feedback response for output 2 can be configured
 Relays of an SCP500 activated during a cold start of the system
 B8-SXI8 caused warm starts during operation.
 Relays of B9-SCUs that were configured as normally closed contacts switched when the system was reset,
even though the outputs were secured.
 SecuriWan 2.0: Switching off the control panel buzzer will work
 SecuriWan 2.0: Informative networking of two SecuriWan 2.0 rings is possible
 SecuriWan 2.0: Virtual elements for SCP500/1000 in SecuriWan 2.0 are created
 SecuriWan 2.0: B8-MIC711 as “Superordinated Control Unit" without TU and AU is possible

 In addition, many minor bug fixes have been made.

Release-Notes VirtualMIC 2.4.1

 Maintenance information is now saved in the project file.
 The connection data to the SecuriCloud is temporarily stored and is valid for one hour. (The SMS token is only
valid for 10 minutes).
 The evaluation of the projection for the creation of the fire incident matrix has been improved. In addition, the
template was designed in such a way that the formatting and the print area are controlled automatically up to
a size of 1000 lines.
 The function "Read loop participants and configuration" is also possible at board and loop level.
 The Studio remains operable during a download process.
 More than two projects can be opened at the same time.
 Without losing the configuration settings you can
- move loop participants from one loop/stub to another loop/stub
- convert loops into stub lines or stub lines into loops
 If the studio is connected to the system, faults and alarms are displayed live in the studio.
 Outputs can be created directly by entering logical numbers.
 Object texts can be copied and pasted.
 If a real alarm occurs on the system during a maintenance, it is displayed directly in the studio. In addition, the
maintenance is stopped so that the technician notices that something is wrong.
 A commissioning checklist can be created in the studio.
 In messages, any number ranges, even non-consecutive ones, can be entered for elements.
 PI-links can be configured for detector zones.
 Modifications and extensions in the extinguishing assistant
 The SupportWizard reads up to 60,000 events from the event memory. The prerequisite for this is that they
are available on the central unit.
 SecuriPro detector lines can be imported into SecuriFire.

 In addition, many minor bug fixes have been made.
