Lesson1 ConceptualFramework

The conceptual framework demonstrates how the artist, artwork, audience, and world interact and influence each other. It shows that each element relies on the others to function and that their relationships change over time depending on the specific context. The artist creates work guided by their philosophies. The artwork conveys the artist's ideas and is shaped by the technology of its time. The audience views and interprets the work and includes critics, curators, and the general public. The world refers to the prevailing ideas, events, beliefs, and conditions of the historical period and place where all the other elements exist.
