INTERVENTION PLAN IN READING AND NUMERACY
S. Y. 2021-2022
I. RATIONALE
Camflora Elementary School perpetually longings to mend the performance of the
students, the mentors, the school head and school itself due to the fact that our school got low
score in the MPS in some of the subjects last school year. Poor literacy and numeracy is the
cause of increasing MPS scores. It is our burden to produce quality in assisting pupils at-risk
due to the absence of face to face classes, however, Camflora Elementary School - Annex
teaching force will find ways to address and solve the problem. We craft several projects like
Project Dry Run to Enhance Ability in Mathematics (Project DREAM) and Comprehension
And Reading Enhancement Activities To Eradicate Non-Readers (Project Creation), that
aims to improve and strengthen the literacy and numeracy skills of the learners.
II. OBJECTIVES
To increase the number of numerates and independent readers for at least 50%.
