# /X> ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS <X\ #

# 1. Melt in heat set inserts: Using a soldering iron, slowly melt in your #
# M3 heat set inserts into the UNDERSIDE of your lower receiver in the #
# mid-holes. The two holes on the side closest to the middle of the #
# receiver. Follow by melting in the M4 heat set inserts into the #
# UNDERSIDE of your lower receiver in the back holes. Lastly, melt in the #
# M5 heat set insert from inside the FCG pocket, making sure to push it #
# flush with the pocket so there is nothing interfering with your Fire #
# Control Group. Test these by installing the corresponding bolts and #
# ensuring they thread in properly. #
# #
# 2. Install your fire control group. You will need to ream the pin holes #
# to size for a super secure fit. Install as you normally would a fire #
# control group - making sure that your springs are in the proper #
# orientation and then test that the trigger operates correctly. #
# #
# 3. Install your safety, detent and spring. Then install your grip and #
# tighten the grip screw to securely hold the detent and spring in the #
# channel. Test your safety to ensure it operates as intended. Now you can #
# install and pin your feed ramp and also install your magazine release #
# and spring. Sometimes you can heat your spring and melt it in to make #
# sure it seats all the way down and operates correctly with your magazine #
# release. #
# #
# 4. Cock your hammer (lol..cock) and install your upper receiver on top #
# of the lower. Tap it into place so it's seated all the way down and the #
# front trunnion lines up with the holes. You can now install the top #
# cover and tighten down with corresponding bolts (m3 in fron and m4 in #
# back) #
# #
# 5. Install the front trunnion pin by using two male barrel nuts and a #
# piece of 6mm threaded rod in the center. Tighten down until things are #
# secure but don't over-tighten. #
# #
# 6. Install the front hand stop on the rail and insert the pin to secure #
# it. #
# #
# 7. Install the folding pic rail attachment for your brace on the back. #
# Add the brace body for the hinge and gently tap in the M4 pin to act as #
# a hinge pin. This will not seat all the way through, but will bottom out #
# on the plastic when flush with the top. #
# #
# 8. Install the brace button with the spring underneath and then secure #
# it with the M3 pin through the pin hole in the brace body. #
# #
# 9. Install your brace end of choice - there is a pocket for a nut to #
# slot in, and then a bolt on the back of the brace end will tighten down #
# and clamp the two pieces together. Then install your brace magnets in #
# the folding brace and the receiver body. These can be held in with super #
# glue. Make sure you check your polarity before installing so the magnets #
# ATTRACT together when the brace is folded. #
