Jane’s husband, Tom, is a company manager , he goes to his job by car. (Tom's) his car is a convertible while (Jane's) hers is a Ford.

Tom’s secretary is a nice woman, she usually helps him to do his job in a good way. Tom respects her so much and likes her way of talking with people,

hers is better than his.
