Vonway Forex first time registration
1. Go to https://secure.vonwayforex.com/login
and click on "Register Now"
2. If register as a personal please select Individual Client and corporate
for company registration.
3. Fill the detail here and click 'Continue' once you've completed the
registration.
4. We have send the confirmation PIN to your email registered.
Please check and key in your PIN here.
5. If you didn't receive any PIN please click "Resend" button or refer
our livechat or create ticket on Helpdesk.
How to fully verify (KYC) your account
Submitting Verification Documents
When you register your Vonway account, you have to complete an Profile and
submit Proof of ID and Proof of Address(POA) documents.
You will need to prepare two (2) separate documents for ID and POA verification.
For example, you can use your passport or National ID for ID and your residence
utility bill for POA.
POI documents must be issued by the governing authorities and must be
valid at the time of submission. A POA document has to be 6 months old
or less to be valid for submission.
Here are some examples of documents you could submit:
Proof of ID :
Passport
National ID
Proof of Residence (POA) :
Utility bill (electricity, gas, water, Internet)
Driving License
Tax bill
Bank account statement
Follow instruction shown in the below step : :
1. Go to Profile area and click "Upload Documents". You can choose ID or
Proof of address to uploaded.
2. Select the type identity document to upload and fill the document number
with the same on your ID number.
3. complete the details above based on type of documents uploaded
4. Click Upload the document to upload a digital copy of your identity
document. Ensure all corners of the document are included in the photograph
and the personal details can be clearly seen.
5. In selfie with ID section : Please upload a full-length selfie photo while
holding the ID without covering your face.
Document Requirements
For Proof of ID/Passport (POI)
Document provided must have the client's full name.
Document provided must have a photo of the client.
Document provided must have the client's date of birth.
Full name must match the name of the account holder and the POI
document exactly.
Client’s age should be 18 or above.
The document should be valid and not expired.
If the document is two-sided, please upload both sides of the document.
All four edges of a document should be visible.
If uploading a copy of the document, it should be of colour and high quality.
The document should be issued by the government.
6. complete the details above for Proof of Address(POA) verification
by uploading the requirement documents.
7. Make sure the content of the current address is the same as shown
on your document.
8. Once you've completed the uploading your status document will be
pending and processing may take up to 3 Hours.

The document should have been issued within the past 6 months.
Name displayed on the POA document must match the full name
of the profile account holder and ID document exactly.
All four edges of a document should be visible.
If the document is two-sided, please upload both sides of the document.
If uploading a copy of the document, it should be of colour and high quality.
The document should contain the client's full name and address.
Formats accepted: Photo, Scan, Color Photocopy (All corners shown)
File extensions accepted: jpg, jpeg, png, pdf
File size accepted: Up to 10 MB
