a. What are some of the areas in which the applicant has shown a need for improvement?

He is excellent in almost every sector but he is a bit of an introverted type of student. He is not very
expressive and does not easily interact with others but recently he has shown some improvement and
began to express his ideas, knowledge and experience with other students.

b. Why do you think the applicant is suitable for UWC?

He belongs to a financially backwarded family. He has been studying in our institute since class four
in a full scholarship program. Despite his poor financial condition, he is very humble, polite, hard
working, helpful and studies. He is always curious to learn new things and share his ideas and
thoughts with others. Therefore I think he might be the one of the best candidates for UWC.

c. In what capacity do/did you know the applicant? In other words, what is your relationship to the
applicant and how do you know him/her/they?
I know him as one of the excellent and hardworking students who always tries to show his presence
and contribute in almost every sector. He is one of my excellent students. As a teacher, he will
always have my highest recommendation.
