1) A daughter hits her teacher out of boredom, leading to an argument between her and her drunk father while her mother tries to calm them. 2) While the mother is away, the father brings home drunk friends and neglects parenting duties. 3) During a party at their house, the father arrives drunk and violently assaults his daughter, stabbing his wife when she intervenes. 4) The mother's dying wish is for her daughter to forgive her father, after which they seem to reconcile and live happily.

LOVE OF A MOTHER

The father who’s a drug addict wants his way. The daughter wants her way. And mom would be happy if everyone is happy. This sketch drops you
into the living room of an average family, where conflicts abound, and resolutions are uncommon. How can this family learn to live with each other in
peace?
Scene 1: [The daughter entered, slammed the front door, threw her bag away, and shouted]
Daughter: Isn’t anybody here?
Mother: Oh dear, you’re here! How was your school today?
Daughter: It was fine.
Mother: Did you learn anything?
Daughter: Nothing
Mother: Oh I see. Are you hungry? Would you like to eat?
Daughter: (taking bread from Table): Our teacher punished me.
Mother: Dear, Why? What did you do?
Daughter: (answered in a cool way and cool voice): I hit the teacher.
Mother: (shocked): HIT THE TEACHER? Why?
Daughter: Because I’m bored. I have nothing to do.
[The father, who was drunk, arrived and heard what happened, he then shouted and asked his daughter…]
Father: WHAT DID YOU DO? TELL ME! YOU KNOW WHAT, YOU’RE USELESS AND LAZY. You can’t even help your mom.
Daughter: Tell me father that you’re a good husband to mom.
Mother: ENOUGH, both of you. (Pause 2 seconds, calm voice) Let’s just eat.
came a part of their daily lives.]

Scene 2: [While the mother is away, the father bring his friends (Who were also an addict) and do something bad in their house.]
Friend 1: Where’s your slave? I mean wife? (Laughed)
Father: Oh! She’s working so that she can give me money to buy drugs, my favorite!
Friend 2: You’re damned lucky man! I wish I have a wife like yours.
Father: (not sure.) maybe.
Friend 3: Where’s your pig? Your Daughter.
Father: I don’t know. Guys what are we waiting for? Let’s start!
Friends 1, 2 & 3: Okay go!
[And they started to do their unusual hobby.]

[While the daughter is watching, the father enters, plops down on the couch next to his daughter and snatched the remote control, turning the channel
on the TV]

Daughter: Hey, I’m watching!


Father: Not anymore.
Daughter: Turn it back!
Father: No way!
Daughter: (reaching for the remote) I was watching that movie, now turn it back!
Father: I said NO!
Daughter: But I was here first.
Father: I was here second. So what?
Mother: Hey excuse me. Will you two pipe down?
Daughter: Mom, I was here first. Tell him to turn my movie back on.
Mother: Dear he’s your father. (Calm voice)
Daughter: You are all insane! (Walked out angrily)

[Sunday Afternoon. Cristel and her friends stay at her house.]

Scene 3:
Dory: Where are your parents? I’ve never seen them for a while.
Cristel: I don’t know. I don’t care especially about my father
Pia: Oh. You know what you should be good to your father . She’s still your father.
Dory: Enough.We came here to have fun.
Pia: Okay then.
Cristel: Yeah let’s enjoy.

(When the night came Pia and Dory left. After a few minutes her father came. Drunk and laughing.)

Cristel: Why are you here? You should stay outside, your not welcome here.
Harold: *slap* I’m still your father! You should respect me!!
Cristel: You really want me to respect you huh! Hiw can I?
Harild: You bad girl (Grab Cristel’s hand) You should listen to me.
Cristel: Let me go!
Cristel stomp her fathers foot)
Harold: Ahhhhhhhh! Ooouuuuccchhh! Your mother didn’t thought you hiw to respect, I will.
(Harold grab a knife)

Cristel: Your insane ! Help! Help! Help me!!


(Cristel’s mother came and was shock of was she saw)
Carol: HAROLD!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING??!!
Cristel: Mom!He’s tryin’ to kill me! His crazy!!
Harold: Stay away Carol! It’s none of your business.
Carol: You can’t do that Harold she’s your daughter. Get back your senses.
Harold: No!! (Grab Carol’s hand and push her away)
Carol: HAROLD STOP IT!! YOU MIGHT KILL HER!!
Harold: You mus learn a lesson.
Carol: NOOOO!!!!!

(and next scene was so devasted. Harold stab his wife Carol and Cristel is now hugging her mother bloody body)

Harold: I’m so sorry! Carol! I didn’t mean it!


Cristel: Mom!! Don’t leave me.!! Please mom!!
Carol: Cri-cristel…. Take ca-care of.. Your.. Fa-father. I love y-you sweety…. Please… For-forgive me and your father.. Find.. Forgive..ness in
your heart.
Cristel: Mom.. Please don’t say that.. I will forgive Dad if that’s what you want. Please fight for me..
(Call smile to Cristel and she turn her gaze to Harold)
Carol: Love…
Harold: I’m so sorry love.. I will change I’ll promise just don’t leave me.
Carol: I love you.. Please.. Ta-take care of our princess .. Be the..the best father for her..
Harold: I will.. I promise.. I love you too love.

(Carol’s hand slowly fell down. A tear fell from her eyes and a saying that she died happy)
(Sobs and cries roam the house )

Scene 4: (After 2 years)

Cristel: Dad! I’m home!


Harold: My princess!! What you want for the dinner?
Cristel : Chicken curry!!
Harold: Chicken curry coming up!

They lived happily ever after.
