Peer Support Group Project Plan

This document outlines a project plan to conduct capacity building for municipal child protection coordinators in Region XII. The goals are to launch a peer support group in every school and establish federated officers. Success will be measured by skills acquisition around peer support groups, implementation of religious services in schools, and capturing best practices. Activities include establishing peer support groups in schools, presenting the action plan for approval, and conducting orientation for municipal child protection coordinators through district federated elections and municipal elections for advisers. Data will be collected through attendance sheets and reports and analyzed quantitatively to evaluate performance indicators for resiliency and well-being.
