commercial purposes
Systems and personnel to ensure safety of general public and employees
Type of the aircraft, specific purpose, area of operation
For AOC issuance, Organization, Maintenance and all arrangements are adequate to
ensure safe & sustainable operation of aircraft.
REQUIREMENTS FOR AOC ISSUANCE
Flight Standard, Airworthiness and Air Transport & Economic Regulation Directorates
ensure accomplishment of following:
• Suitable organization to conduct safe and efficient operations
• Position holders
• Procedures and practices for positive control over operations
• Adequate ground infrastructure to support the intended operations
• Training program and training infrastructure approved by CAA
• Availability of suitable airworthy aircraft fleet as per NAP
• Insurance coverage to the satisfaction of CAA
• Quality system to ensure applicable regulations are followed
