1. Download and install software


- Requirements :
Windows OS : Win 7 , Win 8.1, Win 10
Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable
Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5
- Download software at:
[Link]
- Two files [Link] and [Link] will be downloaded
- Install ONDOLOG ANALYZER by following these steps:
Open file [Link]

Choose Everyone to install for all users or Just me to install for yourself. Then click Next,

Wait till the installation is completed,

Click Close to complete Setup.


After installing, ONDOLOG ANALYZER shortcut is shown in Desktop.

2. Connect to Data logger


Connect data logger to PC via micro USB port .
On the logger, there are a Start/Stop key to Start or Stop the logger. Press the key 5 seconds to
Start and press 5 seconds again to Stop logger.
There are two LEDs to indicate, the green LED indicates the logger is recording, the red LED if
there is alarm.
Note 1 : if the Stop key is set No in Settings, the key will be disabled and user can’t stop the
logger by the [Link] this case the logger could be stopped only by software.
Note 2 : if Auto start is used, Start key will be disabled. If user presses the key 5s, the logger
will be stopped.

Logger Information
Logger S/N and Model are read from non erasable memory when connecting logger to
computer.

Non – Stop Recording

If this feature is enabled, the logger will continue writing the data when the memory is full. The
oldest data will be replaced by the latest data.

Start/Stop Button

When YES is chosen, the logger can be stopped by pressing START/STOP button. If NO is
chosen, the logger only stops when the recording is finished or stopped by software. If no-stop
recording, the logger could be stopped only by software.

TimeZone

Display day and time. Time Zone could be selected according to user’s geographical region.
The default setting is done according the time & date settings of the computer.

Description is written down by user. It’s limited to 20 characters and special characters not
available for use.

Auto Start
There are two options for this feature.
1. If YES is enabled, then the logger will start and write the data to memory only at the setting
time. Pressing the start/stop button is not available. Display is as follows :

Example, if you set the time at [Link], the day on 25-Apr-16 the logger will auto start at
[Link], 25-Apr-16.
Note : The Date/Time you set must be enough late for the logger to complete settings.
2. If NO is enabled, the logger is started by pressing the Start/Stop button. In this case, data
recording will start only after the START DELAY set by user. The display now is

Start Delay is from 0 to 60 minutes to set the time delay to start to write data to the non erasable
memory of the logger.
Example, if Start Delay is 30, the logger will start to write data 30 minutes after pressing the
button.

Sampling frequency
The interval time is from 2 s up to 32 min. that corresponds to the recording duration of 18 hours
to 365 days.

Security
Chapter: 3. Settings

Tick the box to select password that is used to protect the logger from unwanted user. Then
write down the password and confirm. The password contains 4 characters.

Sensors
Below window shows the type of sensor in the logger.

Function tab

Write tab : Write the settings to the non erasable memory of the logger.
Read tab : Read the current settings of the logger.
Clear tab : Clear the settings of the logger
Stop tab : Stop the logger if it is still running.
If pressing the Write or Clear tab when logger is recording, the below message is displayed

Event Log

Here is displayed the status of settings and device.


There are 5 status of device : Running (logger is recording),
Stopped (logger is stopped),
Set (logger is set and in standby mode),
Delaying (logger is waiting for starting),
No setting (logger has no setting).

5. General information

Chapter: 5. General information

In general information, user can check the status of logger. There are 5 status : Running (logger
is recording), Stopped (logger is stopped), Set (logger is set and in standby mode), Delaying
(logger is delaying to start), No setting (logger has no setting).

6. Calibration

Calibration is used to adjust the temperature or humidity sensors drift.

To calibrate following these steps :


1. Choose the sensor to calibrate by check to Calibration Temp and Calibration Hum
2. Choose unit for temperature (℃ or ℉)
3. Input Reference value
4. Press Write to complete calibration
5. Press Reset to reset the current offset.
Note : The logger must be stopped before calibration.

7. Real Time
In Real Time mode chart, the sensor values are updated every 1s.

8. Error messages
Setting
Date/Time
Date/Time set is smaller than the Date/Time of current clock. The Date/Time must be later than
current clock.

Description
No input data for description. Description could not be empty.

Alarm
Minimum level is higher than maximum level. Click OK and write again the correct value.

Password
Password could not be empty if security box is checked. Click OK and enter the password.

Real Time
Real Time mode can run only if the logger is started.

Calibration
To start calibration, the logger must be stopped.

Reference value is not entered.
