On your graduation/moving up ceremony, we celebrate the Filipino youth’s vibrance, full
of promise for the future. Your energy, creativity, and resilience are the cornerstone of a strong
and prosperous Philippines. Embrace your heritage, the wellspring of our identity and strength.
At this moment, you are standing on the threshold of a new chapter in your life. This
ceremony today opens a new door for you, beloved torchbearers of the future Philippines. This
year’s graduation rite’s theme, “Kabataang Pilipino Para sa Matatag na Kinabukasan ng Bagong
Pilipinas” highlights the pivotal role of education in shaping Filipino youth as the vanguards in
building a stronger and progressive nation.
This graduation rite is our official send-off to you Grade 6 graduates to the JHS, the JHS
completers to SHS, and the HS graduates to a higher level of education or vocation. As you step
into the world, carry with you the values of bayanihan (community spirit), pagtutulungan
(cooperation) pagkakaisa (unity), and malasakit (compassion). These virtues will guide you in
overcoming challenges and building a better society for all. Be matatag, stay matatag.
Dream boldly, for the future of the Philippines rests in your hands. Let your actions be
fueled by passion and purpose, as you work towards a nation where every Filipino can thrive. As
the country’s leadership cries every Filipino to know the Philippines, love the Philippines, and
serve the Philippines.
Congratulations once again, graduates and completers. May your journey be filled with
endless opportunities, and you always remain steadfast in your commitment to shaping the
Philippines, where hope shines bright for all."
