JOB TITLE: Strategy Programme Manager
REPORTS TO TITLE: Group Managing Director
BUSINESS FUNCTION: GEDU
LOCATION: Greenford
ROLE PURPOSE:
Strategy Programme Manager is to work with Marketing, Business Development and other
teams to define and complete project plans to deliver a mixture of campaigns and new
initiatives for Global Education Holdings. The role holder will drive co-ordination, integration
and delivery across multiple teams, initiatives and projects. Work with cross-functional
internal teams and external partners to successfully execute multi-channel integrated
marketing/BD initiatives that drive awareness, growth, revenue and positive sentiment.
Planning/tracking of intake activities and ensuring readiness for the onboarding of new
partners and programmes.
ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan and track intake cycles across multiple locations and programmes.
• Execute new partnerships, programmes, recruitment agency contracts across multi
geographies and business functions.
• Take briefs from the Group teams as well as the wider business and make sure all
requirements are planned, tracked and reported on in a timely manner
• Own the campaign lifecycle from beginning to end, from the planning phase all the
way to delivery
• Produce and follow through plans to deliver strategy objectives, projects and or
campaigns
• Track progress of project activities, ensure key development milestones agreed upon
with project sponsors are achieved, and ensure project proceeds based on the
agreed upon timeline.
• Evaluate, highlight, and escalate unresolved issues, potential barriers to project
progression, and resources constraints to supervisor and/or key stakeholders.
• Support CEO/ MD by coordinating tasks and deliverables including documentation,
production, services and external vendors as required
• Work as a business partner to Business Development and various other stakeholders
to ensure a portfolio of successful projects
• Support and drive a result, efficiency and value-creation based company culture with
highest-degree of successful delivery and continuous improvement focus.
General
• Ability to work directly with Group CEO and other executive stakeholders to ensure
strategy is cascaded through all projects, programmes and initiatives.
• Prioritize in an ever-changing landscape and work at speed whilst working on
multiple projects, identifying and solving a range of problems in straightforward
situations; able to analyse possible solutions and assess each using standard
procedure.

• You will need to take an active interest in the organisation's direction and strategy
and communicate this in a meaningful way to different audiences
• To undertake staff development appropriate to the post as may be identified and
required from time to time, and in accordance with the GEDU Staff Development
Programme.
• To observe and implement health and safety responsibilities as specified within the
GEDU Health and Safety Policy.
• To demonstrate professionalism in the role as a representative of the GEDU,
incorporating GEDU core values in the delivery of duties.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent Project Management skills (5+ years)
• Ability to plan intakes, projects and initiatives at programme/portfolio level
• Have a clear, concise and accurate writing style and the ability to assess complex
information.
• Proactive, independent, responsible demeanour.
• Experience in defining and delivering cross channel digital campaigns
• Flexibility to deal with evolving team, individual objectives and challenging market
conditions
• Drive commercial results through the planning and delivery of projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• The ability to package and present ideas with clarity, and to convey complex,
marketing information in an appropriate way
• Able to manage multiple briefs and changes to those briefs
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to develop and maintain sound
working relations with key stakeholders.
• Experience of communicating to executive level stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships across the organisation and with external
partners to drive results
• Global or International experience good but not essential
• Must have Higher Education and Commercial experience/background
