Display Description
GATE OPEN GTS1 or GTS2 is open when trying to lower or raise the platform. Make sure that
the side gates are down.
BRAKE PEDAL The brake (BRK) has not released when trying to travel.
CENTER STEERING The steering wheel is turned too far (more than 10°) when trying to travel with the
WHEEL platform above the height limit. Move the steering wheel to the center position.
REDUCE LIFT HEIGHT The platform is above the height limit when trying to travel. Lower the platform.
STEER <^> (FLASHING) Make sure that the steer angle is no more than 10°.
RAISE SWITCH The variable raise potentiometer (POT2) is pushed when turning on the lift truck.
Release POT2.
LOWER SWITCH The variable lower potentiometer (POT3) is pushed when turning on the lift truck.
Release POT3.
CHAIN SLACK The chain has become slack. Make sure that the chain is tight.
CHAIN BROKEN The chain is broken. Repair or replace the chain.
OVERRIDE Use the override switch (ORS1) to raise or lower the platform through a height
cutout.
LIMIT The platform is at the height cutout. The platform cannot go higher than the height
cutout. Lower the platform below the height cutout.
STANDBY Wait for the lift truck software to complete the self test.
LIFT The lift truck is in lift lockout, or many hydraulic commands are selected at the
same time.
BATTERY The battery charge is low. The platform cannot raise until the battery is charged.
NO MESSAGE Only one wire guidance sensor (GS1, GS2) senses the floor signal for the guide
wire, or only one rail guide switch (RGSL, RGSR) senses an aisle with rail guid-
ance.
WIRE GS1 and GS2 sense the floor signal for the guide wire, or RGSL and RGSR sense
an aisle with rail guidance, but the lift truck has not traveled the distance set in the
F15.2 Distance menu.

STEER <^> (FLASHING) The lift truck steering is limited and the lift truck is free ranging for less than 5 s.
END OF AISLE ZONE The lift truck is at the end of an aisle.
GUIDED The lift truck uses the rail guidance system to travel.
SEARCH GS1 and GS2 are looking for a signal from the wire in the floor.
ACQUIRE GS1 and GS2 have found a signal from the wire in the floor.
GUIDED The lift truck uses the wire guidance system to travel.
NO MESSAGE The lift truck is far enough off the guide wire to decrease the travel speed.
SWITCH TO MANUAL The lift truck is far enough off the guide wire to stop. Set the guidance switch
(GUS1) to manual steering.
SIGNAL The signal strength from the wire in the floor is low.
RELEASE Release POT2 and POT3.
OVERRIDE The end aisle control (EAC) system requests that ORS1 is pushed and then re-
leased.
CHANGE DIRECTION During C5 Wire Guidance calibration, with the lift truck in the center of the guide
wire, travel in the opposite direction.
COME TO STOP During C5 Wire Guidance calibration, stop the lift truck.
