Additionally, this additive can be used to address lost operations including perforating.
circulation and is designed to address mixability. Helps improve long-term wellbore integrity.
Three-dimensional fibers enable homogenous bulk-
blending, pneumatic transfer, and mixing.
Can be used as a bridging additive to minimize or
eliminate effects of lost circulation.
Thermally stable and has been tested to 275°F
(135°C).
Can be mixed and pumped under conventional oil
field conditions yet rapidly develops sufficient
structure downhole as per the design tailored to
well conditions.

07: The Technologies
WellLife 1094 additive is a hydrophilic polyolefin fiber
that can be characterized as a three-dimensional fiber
that is short in length with a relatively large diameter.
As such, it resists agglomeration and is readily
dispersible in a dry blend material or easily mixed into
a slurry or mixing water, achieving the necessary
uniform dispersion for consistency.
The dimensional properties of the individual fibers
helps convey long-term performance advantages for
improved cement performance. Compressive and
tensile strength are particularly important to withstand
cumulative stresses from load-inducing events that
require cohesion, toughness and durability in order for
the sheath to retain zonal isolation integrity. This
additive is thermally stable and has been tested to
275°F (135°C).
