CONTRACT AGREEMENT OF ROAD RIGHT OF WAY

This Contract- Agreement made and executed in the place and date mentioned herein below
by and between:
JUN PARDILLO and ETHEL PARDILLO, Filipinos, of legal ages, and residents of Binaliw, Cebu
City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;
And
CHARLENE F. VILLAMOR, of legal ages, and residents of Binaliw, Cebu City, Philippines,
hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY;
WITNESSETH
That the FIRST PARTY, is the claimant-owners of a certain parcel of land situated at
Binaliw, Cebu City, Philippines;
WHEREFORE:
It is mutually agreed and the herein parties have agreed:
That the FIRST PARTY hereby agree and consent to the SECOND PARTY TO USE/EXCAVATE a
certain portion of the said Lot claimed by the FIRST PARTY as additional portion of the
existing Road Right of Way for INGRESS EGRESS, for the use and benefit of the
SECOND PARTY of such Right of Way, in favor or address to the SECOND PARTY and upon the
access driveways, entrances and exits as shall, from time to time;
The PARTIES herein agrees this Road Right of Way shall be perpetual.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, WE have hereunto set our hand and affix our signatures this
day of 2023 at Cebu City Philippines.

acknowledge to me that the same is executed in their free act and agreed.
