1.0 What have you learned from this subject?
From this subject, I have learned a lot of important aspects in management. All of these
aspects are crucial in order to achieve ideal management of a company. For example, some of
the aspects that I learned are the POLC which are the planning, organizing, leading and
controlling processes in a company, communication and Islamic management. In planning, I
learned how to set goals, define strategies, and develop plans to coordinate activities while in
communication, I learned the importance of effective communication in management, both
within the organization and externally. This subject helped me to understand the importance
of learning good management skills in achieving a company’s goals with in depth details and
explanations.
2.0 What are the key elements from this subject that you can
apply in your daily lives?
The key elements that I can apply in my daily lives are the POLC, planning, organizing,
leading and controlling. All of these aspects are something that everyone will face in their lives
including myself. From trivial things to crucial aspects in life, having good planning,
organizing, leading and controlling skills is a much-needed help in facing the issues with more
matured and positive mindset. Learning better planning skills will help me plan and set my
visions as well as goals. For organizing, it helps me organize things and goals according to its
importance, functions and efficient approaches in order to achieve all the goals with better
efficiency. Next, for leading, it helps me to improve my leadership skill which it is important
when having a group projects as every group needs a leader to lead the progress of the project.
Lastly, for controlling, it helps me to control the factors that might interfere with my goals to
fails.

3.0 What are the skills acquired from this subject?
The skills I acquired from this subject are leadership, motivation and communication
skills. Although there are other skills which are equally important as these three skills, I believe
that these three skills will help me achieving my own goals and others’ goals as well.
4.0 Will you be using this skill in the future?
Yes, I will definitely use these skills in the future. These skills are important to me
because as I grow up to be an adult, I will need to have all of these skills polished. Having
good leaderships skill is important especially when I step into the working life because it will
help the team, I am working with navigate through the challenges that we may face and
strategically making decisions and solutions to the problems. Next, motivation is essential in
every aspects of life and to me having the right amount of motivation helps me to achieve
anything I desire and to accept things even if I fail it with ease. Lastly, having good
communication skill will help me build and maintain the relationship I have made and will
make which then will help me to learn new things in life.
5.0 What are the benefits that you have obtained from this
subject?
The benefit that I obtained from this subject is able to meet my lecturer. From this
subject, I was introduced to an incredible lecturer who is a kind and considerate person.
Moreover, from teaching aspects, he gave good explanation with details for each chapter as
well as during assignments explanations which helps me to understand the key points for each
chapter and assignments sections.

6.0 What do you like best about this subject?
All the skills I gained are what I like best about this subject. This is because these skills
are applicable to a real – world situation. The concepts and theories can be used not only in
professional settings but also in personal and community contexts. This subject provides a lot
of important skills which some people might overlooked. I get to learn new perspective of each
skills and situation where each of the skills is needed the most.
7.0 What do you like least about this subject?
Since this subject learnt mainly through written theories, having practical examples will
help the students to understand better about every chapters of this subject. This is because some
students prefer learning through practical examples to understand something. Plus, having a
combined learning approaches, by theories and practical examples will boost the process of
understanding of something.
8.0 Which chapter is your favourite in this subject and why?
My favourite chapter is the motivation chapter. This is because I get to learn in depth
about motivation which is important as I can provide motivation not just to myself but to others
as well. Other than that, since motivation plays a crucial point in order to influence people to
achieve their desired and designated goals especially to people who are purpose – drive person.
This will lead to be able to face challenges and accepts fails caused by the challenges with
hope and sincere heart and mindset. With correct motivation, I believe that I can achieve any
goals even to the biggest goals. Even though, that I might fail while trying to achieve those
goals in mind but I am able to get back up.

9.0 Do you think the delivery of this subject was effective and interesting?
The delivery of this subject is effective and interesting because our lecturer explained
each of the chapter with details and highlighted the important points that we need to understand
first in order to fully understand and absorb the whole chapter. In addition, our lecturer also
provides teaching method that benefits us by making smart notes for the chapter that we learned.
10.0 Any suggestion for improvement for this subject?
Suggestion for improvement is to provide practical examples of the situation according
to each chapter in the subjects. This will help the students to understand the chapters as they
learn by observing the practical examples and the theory used in each chapter. The students
will also incorporate the skills obtained from each chapter subconsciously into themselves and
in their everyday lives.
