SOP for Inspection and Quality Control
1.0 Purpose
The purpose of this procedure is to ensure control of materials / components by Inspection and
testing as per requirement of QAP / Drawings / Purchase Order / Specification / Work Order and
other applicable reference documents.
2.0 Scope
This Procedure applies to all project items like raw material, bought out items, in-process goods
and finished products of CB Doctor Ventilators Pvt. Ltd. This procedure covers inspections at CBDV
shop and supplier’s works.
3.0 Responsibility
Head of Quality is responsible for implementation of this procedure.

f. National & International Standards
g. Customer approved drawings and customer specifications (as applicable)
Use of latest revision of relevant documents shall be ensured.

6.0 Procedure
Input – Inspection request, QAP, Drawing, Work order, Purchase order, check sheet, testing /
inspection procedures / Specifications
Output – Inspection Reports, Test results, charts from instrument
Resource – Measuring and testing instruments, NDT equipment & consumables, computer system,
manpower, inspection table, test software
