Development
1. Presentation software, basic terms
A presentation software or presentation program is used to display
information usually outlined on one or more slides. They are very useful in oral
presentations, being used to generate documents that serve as visual support for
the presenter. Most of these programs include basic editing functions (allowing
you to insert and form text).
However, it has mechanisms to insert and manipulate images or drawings
and a system to display the content of the presentation continuously. Some more
recognized programs may be: Power Point, Google Slides, among others.
2. Importance
They are used in different areas, being the most used in academics and
business. It allows you to express an idea or a project in a more simplified way
and therefore so that the recipient can be fully communicated about the points
that will be shown in said presentation. On the other hand, it guarantees the use
of great content that the presenter can use with summarized information but with
essential content. This can help even contribute to perfecting different areas of
work.
3. Structure and characteristics of a presentation program
In this section, it is simple when structuring it. The basic elements that generally
make up a presentation are:
*Presentation title : It is advisable to start the presentation with a good title that
includes a combination of colors that clearly refers to the topic to be discussed in
it. Example:
*Content : Content communicates to the audience all the points that will be
made in the presentation.
*Body of the presentation : It corresponds to the set of slides necessary to
show the information that is the subject of the presentation.
*Summary : Helps synthesize the information that you wanted to convey from
the beginning in the presentation.
On the other hand, characteristically…
They make the presentation of images and texts easier for both the creator and
the viewer.
They make information easier to understand and remember.
It allows you to present information in a specific, high-quality, eye-catching
format.
Its environment is easy, friendly and simple to manage.
You can add information from other sources.
You can enhance presentations with images and sound effects.
Information can be enhanced with tables and graphs.
Edit and write data with ease.
Sort and organize the information.
Talking about specific Power Point commands to give an example and a concise
explanation.

series are: Save as, Open, New, Print. Options which are in the upper right
corner. Click on the logo

extensive animation task panel.

There is also the slide presentation, review and view tab. But we name the most
basic and important ones.
6. Design of a presentation
Now, you can apply certain methods to create effective slides, the trick is to
understand what the most important message is. Through the design principles
(in this case) of PowerPoint, that will be the content that people will remember or
we want them to remember. One of the most used tricks is to apply that less is
more.
1. First, it is advisable to show the drawing graph or all the statistics depending
on the topic that show the key context
2. Show the key summary on one slide. Use this as a follow-up to get people
paying attention to what's coming.
CONCLUSIONS
The goal was reached that this program is very useful when delivering a
quantity of information to recipients, or those present in a so-called “exhibition”.
They are easy-to-use software and in this section, it was demonstrated in a few
simple steps. Everything is a matter of practice.
The summary that the presentations must contain is very important, since
generally the audience pays more attention to this point, since it is, so to speak,
the conclusion of the investigation. And this application is very dynamic, we can
even present it with videos, which is a series of advantages that we obviously
cannot miss.
