How to make crochet a ghost:

Step 1: Select a white yarn bundle for the ghost base shape. Start with a slip knot and

Step 2: Skip the chain next to the hook and insert it into the next chain.

Step 3: Work a single crochet into that chain.

Step 4: Work 1 SC into each of the chain stitches. You should have 5 chain stitches.

Step 5: Chain one on the hook and flip the crochet pattern.

Step 6: Work 2 SC into the 1st and last chain stitches of this row and work 1 SC into each
of the chains
between. You should have 7 chain stitches.

Step 7: Chain 1 and flip again.

Step 8: Repeat the previous process; Work 2 SC into the 1st and last chain stitches of
this row and work 1
SC into each of the chains between. You’ll have 9 chain stitches now.

Step 9: Chain 1 and flip the crochet pattern.

Step 10: This is our last row of increases. Work 2 SC into the 1 st and last chain stitches
of this row and
work 1 SC into each of the chains between. You’ll have 11 chain stitches now.

Step 11: Chain 1 and flip the crochet pattern.

Step 12: Work 3 chain stitches in the hook.

Step 13: Work 1 DC into the 2 chain stitches next to the hook.

Step 14: Now, work 1 DC into each of the chains of the previous row.

Step 15: Flip the pattern and work 3 chain stitches on the hook.

Step 16: Work 1 DC into the 2 chain stitches next to the hook.

Step 17: Slip the stitch into the chain stitch adjacent to the hook.

Step 18: Slip stitch towards the open side. Keep the slip stitches straight. Chain 1 and flip

Step 19: Work 2 or 3 more SC crochet rows next.

Step 20: For the last row, we’re doing a scalloped border. Chain and flip pattern. Work the
following
stitches in the next stitches, 1 DC, 1 TC, 1 DC, and 1 ST into the next 4 chain stitches.

Step 21: Repeat the 4 stitches 2 more times.

Step 22: Finish the scalloped border with a slip stitch.

Step 23: Now, start working an SC border around the entire crochet pattern.

Step 24: Done working around the border? Work a slip stitch and cut off extra yarn
leaving a few inches.
Use a tapestry needle to stitch the remaining yarn on the backside of the crochet ghost
pattern to
secure the open end.

Step 25: Use black yarn and a tapestry needle to stitch the eyes and mouth of the
crochet ghost and use pink
yarn to crochet the blushes.
