Definitions:
Project:is temporary endeavor which is under taken to create a unique product,service, or result,
which is designed to address a particular need.(one time effort, noneroutine)
Operations: which ongoning ,repetitive process.
Project interdependencies: refer top relationship between different projects, where outcome or
process of one project is influenced by or can influence another project.
Scope : it refer to the outcome of the project.
