Greetings!

We would like to request your good office for a Certification over a parcel of
land designated as___________________, containing an area of
____________ square meters, more or less, situated at
______________________, and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.
____________________________.

The Corporation hereby prays that the above mentioned Certification be


released on the following grounds:

1. The above-described parcel of land is not classified as non-negotiable


for conversion or reclassification;
2. The said parcel of land is not within the service area of the Bao River
Irrigation System, not irrigated, and has no proposed irrigation
project; and
3. The land has ceased to be economically feasible and sound for
agricultural purposes.
