1. Request for the availability of SOCO Team to process the crime scene located at
compound forest infront of KSU CLINIC, kalinga State University,Tabuk City,Philippines.
2. This request is made with the assurance that the Duty Investigator/ Investigator-On-
Case, being in- charge of the Crime Scene shall remain and provide all the
necessary security and support to the SOCO Team during the whole process until
after the crime scene is released.
3. Further request that this Office be furnished a copy of the list of evidence gathered and
the result of the examination conducted thereon.

This is to certify that a Crime Scene Investigation was conducted at Kalinga State
University, Main Campus, Tabuk city, Kalinga from1110H 20MAY2024 to 1325H
20MAY2024 by the members of the Tabuk City Police Station investigating unit and CSI
Team in connection with the killing incident.
This is to further certify that a final crime scene survey was conducted on or about
1322H and that the CSI was concluded and the cordon was officially lifted and crime scene
was officially released at around 1325H.

Compost forest, in front of Kalinga State University clinic, Main Campus, Tabuk City
East side area near the entry and exit point of the crime scene.
Initial Assessments and Impression of the Crime and the Crime Scene:
The dead victim, lying face down, was tied at the lower trunk of a mahogany tree
with a rope tied around his neck. There were blood spatters including the victims pants on
the buttocks area.
The victim lying face down on the ground with his right hand above his head and his
left hand by his hips. A 7.5 meter, 3 mm yellow polyethylene rope, was tied around his neck
with the other end tied around the mahogany tree. There is no strangulation mark on his
neck.
There are shoeprints surrounding the deceased victim in his left side and near his
head. No identification items are present, but the victim is wearing pink pants and a dark
blue shirt, which is torn in the chest area.
