saleIS 223 MS Access Data: Type these records into Microsoft Access.

We will use the same dataset the entire

semester so we only enter this one time. Be aware this data set is different from data in the past.

I’ll warn you up front, do NOT copy and paste the data into MS Access as it will cause major problems in
particular in the primary key fields. When copying and pasting data into primary key fields, you can create
hidden space/characters or other anomalies that will create a problem for you when trying to create
relationships among the tables using fields.

If trying to copy text fields which are NOT primary key fields, only copy one cell block at a time which might
work. Honestly, if I were you, I’d simply enter the data into MS access to limit errors.

When fully complete, each table in the database in MS Access should have the following number of records

1) Author Table : 22 Records (It’s okay of the records sort themselves in different order)
2) Wrote Table : 33 Records
3) Book Table : 29 Records
4) Inventory Table : 34 Records
5) Publisher Table : 14 Records
