Our lesson for today is about short story and


its elements.

Short Story – is a work of prose fiction that


can be read in one sitting with few characters
usually centered around one single event.

Elements of Short Story:

Setting – the time and place in the story.

Characters – a person or something even an


animal who takes part in the action of a short
story.

Plot – made up of all of the different events


that happen in the story.

Theme – is the message woven throughout it


lesson about important topics such as human
nature, life or society.
