A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF THE
PHILIPPINES, NEW PEOPLES ARMY, NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC FRONT (CPP-NPA-NDF) AND
THEIR ORGANIZATION MEMBERS (SIDLAK, KASALO, KATRIBU, ACT TEACHER,KARAPATAN,
ANAKPAWIS, ANAKBAYAN, BAYAN MUNA, GABRIELA, LPS, RMP, KMP, ETC.)AS PERSON NON-
GRATA.
WHEREAS, the members of the CPP-NPA-NDP is declared by the President of theRepublic of the
Philippines as a terrorist group on December 06, 2017 based on R. A 10168 otherwise known as
Terrorism Financing prevention and Suspension Act of 2012.;
WHEREAS, CPP-NPA is classified as terrorist group in accordance with the prevention of R. A 3372
or the Human Security Act of 2007 which lay down acts that are defined as terrorists.
WHEREAS, any person or resident who accepts and help the said members of CPP-NPA and their
legal front organization in the barangay will be penalized in supporting terrorism.
WHEREAS, the resident of barangay Bonifacio live peaceful and harmonious life in the infriltration
of the CPP-NPA wherein majority of the residents were threatened, attacked and deceived to
support and join their organization against the government.
HEREBY RESOLVED to pass this resolution to declare the members of the communist party of the
Philippines New Peoples Army National Democratic Front (CPP-NPA-NDF)and their legal
organization members as Person Non-Grata in the Barangay.
RESOLVED FURTHER, let copies of this resolution be furnished to all the persons and agencies
concerned for appropriate action, approval and strong support.
