Morgan Bread is the Product of Ethical Foods Pvt(Ltd).This Bread Factory emerged back in 2006 as a new class of high quality bread and food establishment, to meet the market's growing demand for fine food. We strive to provide the best quality and care for our customers. Great baking requires painstaking care, technical knowledge, and a great deal of passion and commitment. Producing memorable bread is undoubtedly an art. Bread is a staple food of Europe, the Middle East and Pakistan. It is an excellent source for many nutrients that are important in a balanced diet. We have a large variety of bread items that includes Bread, Brown bread, Bun, Burger, Gem Cake, Fruit & Plain cake, Rusk, Round Rusk, Cookies, etc. Our distributors supply bread in Lahore, Silakot, Okara, Kasor, Sahiwal and Shiekhupura.
Management
This is one of those Bread Factories in Lahore, Pakistan, whos Store, Dispatch, and Accounts are Totally Computerized and are interconnected. Store and Dispatch Manager Mr.Imran Butt, is highly trained and experienced person. Mr. Fiaz Butt and Mr. Sulman Pasha are leading Sales Department where as Account Department is headed by Rana Rashid.

First of all we are thankful to the ALLAH ALMIGHTY at the completion of this project. This project is dedicated to our Parents, Muhammad Ali, all the Student of Superior University and all our Friends who have helped us to do this work.
We are thankful to the employee of Morgan bread Company for their coordination. We also thankful to our Teacher Muhammad Ali who enables us and motivated us to do this work, without his help and guidance we cannot do this work. We are also thankful to all our friends and Superior University.
Visit of the Organization:
Our group member Atif Butt takes permission through the HR manager of the Morgan Bread. First the gatekeeper takes us to the meeting room and then the HR manager came. He asks us about the questionnaire and we gave then he sends us to the Production department. After that we went to the production department; where we meet the production manager Mr.Sahuket Shah. We ask him the questions relevant to our project. He gave us almost 2 hours for showing the whole process of Production of bread and half hour for discussion.
Company Production process:
Main products of the company are Bread and Pillow Rusk
Finest flour is used for production
Flour and catalyst are mixed in a mixer for a 8 minutes, water is also added in it
Then Doe cuts automatically and put separately into sancha of bread and then sent to the Oven for bake for 20 minutes and the temperature is stetted to 45 degrees and the humidity level is 70 % When bread comes out from the oven it is automatically packed by machines in the packet
Then all the stock sends to the ware house where the work of our quality control
department starts.
No. of Employees in Production Department is 200. Machinery setup is totally automatic which reduce the errors. Main machinery is imported ad very efficient as compared to the local machinery.
Monthly wage rate of production department employees is 8,000 to 11,500. Working time of employees is 8 hours. Break time is 1 hour. Company has two warehouses for holding stock. Stock holding capacity 15,000 units. Safety sock is 2,500 units. Overtime wage rate is 150%. Company conduct two times meeting with all every day.
Company`s competitors are Dawn Bread and Bunnys bread.
The competitive edge of the company is more efficient and affective automatic machinery
imported from China which reduce cost and time 5% of the production of the day put separately for another test.
Company use F.I.F.O as material costing system.
Research and Development Department
The Purpose of R & D dept. is to control and maintain the product recipe and its costing, in order to improve overall quality of products at Ethical Foods (Pvt) Ltd. to satisfy its Consumers. In our R & D Lab, Premixes are prepared with precession and accuracy under the guidance of qualified Professionals. Also, Accurate measuring and blending of sensitive materials are done according to their recommended dosages. Lastly, we perform different trials for improvement of existing products as well as to innovate new products

Our Q.A department makes sure that company's product meets the customer's satisfaction and to ensure quality of product from raw materials to finished product.
Report
All of our group members felt pride to do work on this project. By doing work on this project we seek how a production company makes itself to the level of other production companies with short period of time We did the whole work together and every one of us chooses the different tasks to do. Like one of us Naeem Ul Haq communicate with all the resource persons, and 2nd member Atiff Butt write down all the process information and discussions while Rizwan haider introduce himself in report and project preparation. Another thing which is most beneficial that with the help of doing work on this project every one of us now have the knowledge of their interest. At the end we again thankful to Allah and Prof. Khalid Parvez who enables us to do such type of work
