Mark Learning
1. Operation Interface Description
:Press the middle mouse button in the preview window to move
the camera to the mouse cursor position
: Camera installation position, such as: FM, SM1, SM2,
SM3, etc

1. The real-time screen moves, so that the Mark point
appears in the display window
Mode 1: Move the camera on the APP interface,
APP interface to set the PCB board Mark coordinate X/Y parameters, click Move the
camera to the specified position
Mode 2: Move the camera on the learning dialog interface
1. Simultaneously press the keyboard button + Any of the up,
down, left and right keys,Control the camera to move until the Mark point appears in the display
window
2. The Mark point is at the position of the display window and should avoid appearing on the
edge of the screen
1. Learn to generate Mark template
1. Calibration detection area
a. Click button,Enter the Mark template setting mode
b. Click button, in the color dialog Select the color of the
detection area frame, the default is blue
c. Press the left mouse button in the detection area frame of the display window to move the
detection frame to the desired detection area
d. Click the left mouse button in the detection box area, and blue dots will appear in the four
corners of the detection box rectangle. ,Move the mouse to the blue dot, the
dot will turn red ,Keep pressing the left mouse button in the red dot area, you
can drag in the direction of 4 corner points to change the detection area
e. Click button,Obtain the coordinates of the detection area
1. Calibrate the Mark area
a. Click button , in the color dialog Select the detection area
frame color,Default green
b. Press the left mouse button in the Mark box of the display window to move the Mark box
to the Mark area
c. Click the left mouse button in the Mark box area, and blue dots will appear in the 4 corners
of the Mark box rectangle , Move the mouse to the blue dot, the dot will turn red
, Keep pressing the left mouse button in the red dot area, you can drag in the direction
of 4 corner points to change the detection area
f. Click button,Get the coordinates of the Mark area
1. Learn and generate Mark template
a. Click button,Extract the Mark feature parameters in the calibration Mark area,
and determine the Mark center of mass coordinates,After the learning is completed, the machine
learning results dialog box will pop up on the screen and mark the Mark box and centroid .
,Click the "OK" button in the pop-up dialog box to complete the learning
and calibration of Mark,Status bar showing learning results:
b. Learning failure,A dialog will pop up ,please at Enter a
value less than the current value, then click button,Relearn
1. View the detection area and mark area pictures of the currently open template settings
Click or button,The detection area picture and Mark
area picture set by the current template can be displayed in a small window
1. Verify the Mark template
1. Change the Mark coordinate position
a. Click button , The window displays the real-time image of the camera
b. Pressing the keyboard button + Either move the camera or move
the PCB manually,Change the coordinate position of Mark on the screen
1. Validate the model
a. Click Mark template generated by button verification learning , Template
validation succeeded,The screen displays the found Mark box and centroid ,The status
bar shows the verification result:
b. When the template verification fails or the offset of the Mark center of mass coordinate
changes greatly, please adjust the position of the Mark area frame or the threshold size and re-
learn
1. Save the model and Mark coordinates
After learning and validating the model successfully , Click and
, button , Save the template and Mark parameters generated by learning 。 Click
button,Exit the Mark Learn dialog
1. Matters need attention
a. Please make sure the picture mark is clear, if the picture mark is blurry or the picture
is too dark or overexposed, please adjust the camera focal length, check the fill light, or
reload the camera’s factory settings
b. The image content of the detection area calibration should be unique in the entire
camera image, and the image content in this area has unique and easily distinguishable
features in the entire image.
c. The content of the screen marked in the Mark area is unique in the entire detection
area
d. The detection area should not be too large, so that during real-time detection, the
part of the detection area selected during calibration due to PCB board offset cannot be
found in the current screen, resulting in a matching failure.
