Answer: FCC is a Future Cinema Corporation. In this scenario we will tell you about the commitment of Top
management of FCC. They demonstrate the top management commitment by following ways:
1. Exceptional Health and safety departments:
One of the top commitments of FCC is to developed modern and highly centralized health and safety
departments which marked the clear-cut focus on the critical areas.
2. ISO 45001 Certification:
FCC’s Certification to ISO 45001 is a sign of great commitment to the department of health and safety. It
indicates the clear goal of corporation to implement a powerful health and safety management system.
3. Support Local Cinema:
FCC itself is a highly organized corporation with Certification of ISO 45001. FCC actively involved in helping
other local cinemas to get the ISO 45001 certification which show their pure dedication to develop better
and better health and safety standards across the cinema industry.
4. Arrange Regular Audits:
FCC has separate health and safety advisors they have their own role in conducting regular audits in cinemas
and identifying and addressing some of the potential hazards and how to give protective measurement about
the hazards.
5. Experienced Staff with safety qualification:
All over the staff of Future Cinema Corporation have a well experienced of three years in combination with
the relevant qualification certificate in different levels of health and safety which indicate the standard level
of the corporation.

customers and stakeholders.

FCC has a clear goal and target to implement the health and safety standards in each of their cinemas. For
that purpose, they have separate Directors, Managers and Advisors who help the organization in achieving
high goals.

The Corporation is organized in such a way that they make a framework with define roles for every person
includes the health and safety Directors, Regional Health and Safety Managers and Health and safety
Advisors. Everyone knows their role very well because there is a division of labour among them.

One of the best commitments of FCC is to organized regular surveys to check the control measures and
performance of health and safety in each of the cinemas.
10. Focus on Prevention:
Major aim and objective FCC are to put efforts to reduce or prevent the risks of accidents and injuries. This is
