Preposition: it is a word used before a noun or pronoun to

show its relation to some other word in the sentence.


e.g.: The book is on the table.
He is standing under the tree.
1. Preposition of Direction: (to, towards, for, along,
across, against, up, down.)
To: it indicates the destination.
