Every little girl loves a ballerina doll and perhaps even dreams of being one
herself one day! Crochet this pretty in pink ballerina to make a perfect gift for
your little princess. It will be one of a kind present, you will not find in shops!

To make this amigurumi ballerina doll you’ll need:

• Yarnart Jeans (55% cotton, 45% acrylic, 160 m / 50 g) in beige, brown, light pink
and ashy rose colors
• 2.0 mm crochet hook
• 9 mm safety eyes
• Fiberfill
• Black embroidery floss for eyelashes
• Scissors and sewing needle

The finished crochet ballerina is about 19 cm (7.5”) tall.

Crochet with beige yarn. Stuff as you go after inserting safety eyes.

Cut the yarn, but don’t fasten off. Crochet the second leg in the same way but
don’t cut the yarn, continue working.

Take the first leg and place the stitch marker in the next stitch from the last one.
This is the place where the body is started from. Then undo 8 stitches on this
leg, fasten off and hide the end.
Make 1 ch from the second leg and crochet sc in the first leg (in the next stitch
from fastening). Crochet sc in next 7 st till the stitch marker.
Body:
Continue working with pink yarn. Stuff as you go.
Rnd 1: sc in next 4 st, sc in next ch, sc in next 12 st, sc in next ch (opposite
side), sc in next 8 st [26]
Rnd 2: sc in all 26 st [26]
Rnd 3-4: sc in all 26 st in back loops only [26]

Fasten off and hide the end.
Belt:
Crochet with ashy rose color in front loops of Rnd 3 starting from the middle of
the body back.
Rnd 1: 1 ch, sc in next 25 st, join with sl st [25]
Rnd 2: sl st in all 25 st [25]
Fasten off and hide the end.
Assembly:
1. Embroider a nose between Rnd 14 and Rnd 15 of the head.
2. Embroider a mouth between Rnd 16 and Rnd 17.
3. Embroider eyelashes with black floss.
4. Sew hair to the head, then sew the bun on it.
5. Sew head to the body. Put some fiberfill in the neck before finishing.
6. Sew arms to the body between Rnd 15 and Rnd 16.
7. Making ribbons on ballet shoes: insert pink strand between Rnd 6 and Rnd 7
of the leg (4 st between the ends of the strand). Wrap the ribbons across the top
of the foot, then bring the ribbon across the back of the ankle, and again across
the front part of the leg. Tie the ribbons.
8. Make pink shoulder straps between Rnd 13 and Rnd 14 of the body (3 st
between the straps).
9. Tie a hair band around the bun.
