SCOPE OF INSPECTION
SCI inspector Mr. Alex Tang visited to Inner Mongolia to carry out the inspection as client request from 11th Dec 2023
and detailed refer below description.
1. Hydro test (step 19 of ITP)
Level of inspection: 10% randomly witness
- SCI inspector reviewed calibration certs of pressuge gauge and found in valid.
- Total 128pcs pipes were presneted to hydro test from 28th Nov ~ 1st Dec 2023. SCI inspector witnessed hydro test
for about 30pcs pipes and the results are satisfied with spec and ITP requirements.

Comment:
- Total 7pcs pipes failed to pass to the first UT test but these pipes were polished by vendor, then these 7pcs pipes
were passed to 2nd UT test after polished.
So total 7pcs pipes were presented to hydro testing after inspection plan scheduled. So inspector didn’t witness
hydro test for thee 7pcs pipes.
The inspector reviewed and checked the hydro test records and curve of these7 pipes, these records and curve
were satisfied with ITP requirements.
